Yesterday afternoon 11\26\24 the gal that made my large white chocolate mocha and my daughter's vanilla bean did an amazing job on my tree it was perfect absolutely perfect the temp the flavor completely on point so I just had to leave her an amazing review thank you I went today hoping you would be there so I can give you another tip.

They consistently make very good drinks. The Jamestown location tends to forget to ask if I would prefer hot, iced, or blended (And I forget to request my preference). They automatically will blend my drink which is fine, but I usually prefer a hot drink. Their breakfast bagel sandwich could be better (crossing my fingers for a partnership with Bagel Bin one day), scones are always delicious, and the muffins are prepackaged.

Their service is excellent. Their products far exceed Starbucks. Love their drinks!

Always efficient and friendly service and the coffee are consistently good. Expect lines during rush hours.

At least one window was in service, the other had a fat mouth with a 15 minute conversation in the other. It's not break time.

I also come here and I’ve never had a employee quite this rude !!! I was upset with the service and the way my order was handled so I reached out to the manager. She immediately blocked me. I was a loyal patron of the columbia day o every day for over a year. So rude.

The customer service was not the best. In fact, it was probably the worst. Just my opinion. It's cool, I can get better coffee and better service anywhere.

Says they closed at 6pm. They were closed at 5:15pm. It would be helpful to have the correct hours posted here on google.

Worst service ever I sat in the drive-through before 4:00 p.m. until 10 minutes after and they close the shade in my face and told me they were closed. Only after I had to Bang on the window to get them to even respond to me.

It says espresso but I swear there's no real coffee in this place. It's all flavored powders.

I was hesitant to even go there because the always screw up the process of making my drink. They constantly put the frap powder(which is for blended drinks) and put it in my Hot Bar drinks. Instead of making actual mochas with syrup and shots they just mix the powder with milk. (NOT THE SAME THING DAY O) I even specifically asked the barista to make it on the hot bar with syrup and still got a super frothy powdered drink. No other coffee shop in history has made mochas wrong. But day o does. Makes a delicious drink taste like 💩💩💩💩 Never going back again. Waste of 6 dollars every trip.

Next can I have some coffee with my creamer and warm water .. 🥺. I do not recommend the hot white mocha or the iced white mocha.
