Mary working the drive through was very chipper, I appreciate the positive attitude it made my day a little better. Service was fast and my order was correct can’t ask any more from a Taco Bell
Tonight was a great night. The crew was very nice and really understanding on a few of the mistakes we made on the order, apparently we have to read just a bit better. The team definitely made sure our food was made correct. The manager on the shift did not get upset and just made it happen. We were able to end the night sing happy birthday and not rushed out. Thank you all tonight. I hope that you all get a raise!!! The food was fantastic….
Sally took our order just now and we didn't have to repeat ourselves or slow down. Sally is the best order taker we've ever experienced at a fast food place. 2 thumbs up to Sally!
Fast, friendly service, and they have yet to get my order wrong. All you can ask for in a fast food.
Jacob and Shay were AMAZING!! Give them a raise!!! Amazing personality and friendly service. I would come again just because of them.
The older lady working the drive thru window around 7:00 PM on 1/7/24 was awesome and extremely professional. She went out of her way to provide excellent customer service, which is very rare these days! Our food order was perfect, hot and delicious. Thank you for the amazing experience. It makes a difference!
Hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever ordered from. They always get custom orders right and always make great food. Ordered tonight with extra fire sauce (per usual) and the incredible service of the team provided us with extra of every other sauce and a note - above and beyond what you would expect from fast food. Keep it up y’all! We WILL be back!
First time coming to this location! Haven't had Taco Bell for a long time and I had veggie burrito set value and it was very nice! :) It's good to come once in awhile! :)

This is my wife's favorite fast food. It doesn’t disappoint again this time.
Yall. Mary, in the drive thru is FANTASTIC. I don’t know how she juggles so many tasks at once and maintains such a great attitude. She was friendly and offered all the things and made sure we left on a good note. Fast food industry is so hard and people are so quick to complain. Not this time- so great to have positive experiences in our small city. Thanks Mary- just saying- you need a promotion!!
I ordered two nights in a row, 8/27 and 8/28. Both nights my order was PERFECT! I received everything I ordered down to the exact amount of sauce packets. All my food tasted and looked fresh and bountiful. I have seriously never had such a top tier experience at any taco bell ever before. Kudos to the staff from those nights!! Excellent food quality, speed, and friendly customer service. Genuinely will be going here more now over other fast food spots due to this! Highly recommend.

For fast food not so fast in making. Small order at kiosk took over 15 minutes.
I agree with everyone else's comments. Very clean inside and the employees are very nice. This isn't my first time ordering here and each time my order was incorrect. Today I walked in lobby and ordered on the kiosk. I stood watching the drive through being taken care of. One employee kept coming and checking on me and refreshing my drink. But then she finally asked what I ordered and she said they didn't have my ticket! I'm assuming someone cleared it. She was quick to get my order made but I paid extra for a steak chalupa and received 2 chicken. At least it was good I guess. Yes, check your orders.
Jarrell taco bell needs some help. First the staff are very nice. The lobby where guests got is clean and spacious. The drive thru and ordering inside is a painful wait. It is nit fast by any means. Also really check your order as it is likely to be missing something. I've now gone here 5 times now over a 6 month period and the swiftness of the service has never got better. So I encourage you to eat here but don't expect to get in and out quickly. For just a bean burrito and a crunchy taco, that was a 33 min wait from ordering inside. They had 5 people working. Everyone was working noone was goofing off. They just very slow.
This location sold me two enhanced burritos. I asked for a mountain of sauce -- they gave only 5 packets... which was less than half of one burrito. 🤔
Always a classic for late night food runs, but this location sometimes doesn't meet expectations. Fried foods often taste like they were cooked in older oil, and some ingredients, like meat or beans, might come out a little dry. Service can sometimes be a little slow, but they are normally pretty good about getting food out in decent timing.
So we've lived in Jarrell for about 2 years now. Been to this Taco Bell more times than I'll admit on Google reviews lol but it's always been great. The staff was really nice, food was good and getting our order was always quick, never a long wait. What happened??? We place online orders and pickup and almost EVERY SINGLE time they have forgotten an item or two, or just gotten the order wrong. It's not worth it to go back up there for one missing $3 taco. But now it's added up and it's about 30 bucks worth of food they've gypped us. While the manager did offer once to just replace our whole order, that's not fair to their business to have to give all that food for free when it was just one missing burrito. We went to pick up an online order today and when my husband got home and opened the bag, one of the tacos was not even in the wrapper, it was upside down in the bag and lettuce, tomatoes, beef, sour cream, grease, all over all the other stuff in the bag. The tacos that were in their wrapper (doritos locos tacos, have that little holder and then the wrapper around it... the tacos were in so many pieces, like someone assembled it, wrapped it, and then squeezed it to crush it lol not sure what's going on, maybe they've gotten new staff that could use improvement. No idea.

Take more the 15 to prepare the food. I want talk to the manager and never show up wait around 4 minutes.
Honestly this Taco Bell is pretty bad. They make the food wrong some times, which is not something I get mad at. But when there is no customer service it’s a problem. There is one lady who doesn’t talk and opens the window and has a mad face on. Then one day they forgot one of my items when I went inside there were 3 other people who were waiting and no one was handling the front, and when a customer asked is anyone taking care of the front no one even moved. I like Taco Bell but if we get service like this then I can’t spend my money here.
I really am not one to complain, but this is a serious medical issue and the employees were extremely nonchalant about it. I went to Taco Bell with my family today and ordered a Mountain Dew Baja blast ZERO. My daughter and I shared it and drank the whole thing. My husband went to refill, but noticed the machine was out so he took it up to the counter. They then explained that they are all out of Mountain Dew Baja blast zero. Instantly alarm bells went off in my head and I went back up to clarify what they meant because they just gave us a Mountain Dew Baja blast zero and the worker explained that no they gave us a regular one because they are out. I asked them why they wouldn’t make us aware of this and ask and he said because most people just take the regular as a sub. I’m sorry WHAT? I have hypoglycemia. Sugar makes me extremely sick. It makes my blood sugar skyrocket then dip dangerously low in 45 mins which can send me in to a coma! Diabetics can’t have sugar either. It’s like an allergy to us. Why would you not at least make me aware of this sub and I could’ve asked for a Diet Pepsi instead? Now everytime I go back to this location I’ll have to ask them if it’s zero or regular because apparently it doesn’t matter what I ordered?
Their drive thru is great. If you're in-person, they barely acknowledge you. Often they take forever, I've seen waits of 20+ minutes. It can be hard to get them to acknowledge you or even talk to you.
The diner was very clean and well managed but my order was messed up. The cashier was also lost but a very nice guy. Messed up my order by giving less food then I ordered. I order 6 tacos but was only giving 4. Was charged 19.39. The tacos I did get very messed up as well as I should add.
Went to this location on Friday night & while waiting for my order a black manager was yelling at employees & could be heard throughout the restaurant. Very unprofessional while another manger just stood around. Overall bad vibe won’t be coming back there again.
Will not ever eat here again. Got food poisoning from this location. Ended up in the emergency room. Most likely due to contaminated food or employees not practicing safe hygiene or sanitation practices.
This Taco Bell is not good. The food always looks like garbage. I get it, the lies in advertising aren't what I'll get. The AM crunch wraps are always just a tortilla bag of bacon eggs and the thinnest hash brown. But tonight they cut my quesadilla like a pizza. Why? Just to be a jerk? "Lol guys look, I'm funny." I'll make sure to speak much louder next time so I don't get sour cream on my REGULAR DORITOS LOCOS TACOS. If you can't hear someone on headset, ask them to speak louder and remove the earbud from your open ear. Surprise! You can't effectively take orders while listening to whatever garbage you choose. This all after 2 months at maybe 7 or 8 visits. I like the awful Taco Bell food, it fulfills a nostalgic urge so I gave it a chance. But nope, done. I'm on a health kick, already. I quit smoking and now, thanks to Taco Bell, I'm quitting fastfood altogether instead of just cutting back. I will also encourage everyone I can to quit fast food or at the very least stay away from this Taco Bell.
Trash lobby with busted flavor packets on floor, deliberately overlooked by staff. Bathrooms are disgusting! I had to take my child in the men's room and it was horrible. Funny it was right after the male employee left it so they know. They saw the lobby and bathroom, both employees decided to leave. Get drive thru if possible. Might not want your food if you saw inside.
After 5 separate visits, they never... not even once... have they given me the correct order. It's a bunch of kids that couldn't care less working there. Never go here.
Every time I go my order is messed up, the Customer service isn’t great.
Ordered online and the lady didn’t even say hello just got mad I didn’t stop at the drive thru..will never go there again..sad people are so rude.. the app told me to go to the window…don’t usually leave reviews but this really hurt..we all need to be kind..never know what someone is going through..
We went to this location today, and it took over 30 minutes to get my food. They focused on the people in the drive through. An SUV that got there after me had it's 4 people fed before I did. The guy who was there before me got his after I got mine. Not happy.
Hay if I wanted to learn how to put a order in I would just get a job here. Why don't you get someone to work the counter. What a truly unsatisfying experience. I just wanted to eat a taco and not have to learn a new skill.
Mary M as a cashier was horrible. Worst customer service ever, but what can you expect from a Taco Bell employee ig
I just came back from this Jarrell, TX location and bought 1 chicken chalupa and 1 chicken quesadilla....it took 20 minutes and there was no one ahead or behind me! As I pulled up to order, there was complete silence for around 5 minutes....then, a random lady's voice says "you can order when you're ready"' very unprofessional and rude as hell! I calmly made my order and then this same lady started to rush me saying "what else" rude as hell over and over again and started to cut me off while I spoke! I asked her if she was in a rush and she says "no" and went quiet again... I pulled up to the window, she did not even open the window to greet me or take my money. Instead, she went in and called another employee to take my payment and kept her back towards me the entire time. I asked the other lady if the rude lady was also the manager and laughing, 2 employees said yes, while shaking their heads as if they themselves were annoyed of her! So, this lady is being rude as hell to customers but when confronted back, she has no gall or professionalism (especially being a manager) to come and speak to me....THE CUSTOMER! how is she handling that entire taco bell and the employees in it is beyond me! Driving that business straight to the ground! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A TACO BELL DUE TO THIS MANAGER. I'm a Jarrell, TX resident but I will not be going to this location anymore and I will tell all my friends, acquaintances, and neighbors to not ever do business here either! Good luck treating other customers this way again!
I continue to go here because they’re the only place open late around here. However I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a complete order in the handful of times I’ve been. I’m often leaving with half my food because there’s not even anyone to have an interaction with to rectify my situation. It’s all outta sorts. Get it together.
We came here and bought 3 quesadillas, All 3 of which were so poor, I'm not even mad, I found it comical, I would gladly work here for free just to provide better service for the Location, Do Not come here. Ice machine was broken although they offered to use another machine so we could have ice in our Baja Blasts, The quesadillas were split into 3rds as always but ⅓ of each of them were tortilla and nothing on it, The middle had steak and unmelted cheese, and the last cut of it had shredded cheese falling out of it (unmelted) With no traces of meat on 1 chicken quesadilla, and 2 steak quesadillas, we were polite to the staff and did not complain, but chose to suffer in silence, headed to McDonald's down the road to cheer ourselves up with a happy meal
We were the only people here it took forever to get our food for it to all be crushed ordered no sour cream and the paid no attention. These employees took no pride in thier job.
Everything i order nacho fries they are soggy. Seems the fries been made day before nd reuse it. It crunchy taco same thing soggy or dont have no meant or the meat have weird taste to it. Those employees are not cooking the food right nd not checking if bad. Not surprise it has bad reviews on it. Should close the place down.
Atmosphere is a 10 of 10. It’s very clean and nice but the service is horrible. You can’t order from a person you have to order through the machine and if you have cash then you’re gonna be there for a while there’s no one ever ask you that.
I ordered 2 orders of chicken nuggets, I received chicken tenders that had been burnt to a crisp and torn into smaller pieces … what a joke
Drive thru 8pm may 1st. Missed 4 tacos from the order. Came all the way back. Stood at counter for 10 minutes until asked for help. Asked for manager and the dude went back to rolling burritos. An employee had to get a cup up front. Rolls eyes cause she had to help me. Told em I'm missing half my order, then finally got it started. 3 people in lobby, 2 in drive thru, 5 employees on deck. Man, I Contemplated my life decisions standing at that taco bell counter. My kids were hungry so I waited. So my bag was brought up and there was about 20 burritos in there. Another customer came up and it was his... and mine... mixed together. So We got to watch her unroll all the burritos to divide them up. Then another customer sitting in the lobby came up and said his order he got 5 min ago was wrong too. It was funny at this point. Man they need some help. Hate to bash em cause they all were working so hard on their tacos. But it was so bad. Somebody please train these people. Food was good besides my cheesy gordita crunch. It was very weak. There's a Pic of that.
The server there do not know there job I got extra chicken added to my order and the put 5 little pieces in and and barely any ground beef I would say they pretty much gave me a bean Burrito instead of a beefy 5 layer. It show very well how Poorly they pay attention...... I also got 2 Cheesy gordita crunches with added chicken to which they also barely added and ground beef to them as well I would not recommend going there till the management pulls there act together and trains properly

I ordered 5 layer burritos and the tortilla was not heated/cooked at all. I don’t know if they think the customer won’t notice, or they just care that little about people. The taco and chips were also stale.
Hands down the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Management clearly has zero control over their staff. Employees need to slow down, pay attention, and actually do their jobs—my entire order was completely wrong, and the food was ice cold. This location is an absolute disaster and is in desperate need of new management from top to bottom. The level of incompetence here is beyond unacceptable. I was left disgusted, and honestly, this restaurant shouldn’t even be allowed to stay open in its current state. This store deserves a zero star!
I loved this location when we moved to the area in February but the past few months have been very disappointing. The portions have gotten ridiculous. My taco had more ingredients than my $5 burrito. No matter how many times we order no lettuce for one of our children and their tacos it never fails it's coming with lettuce.
Never returning to the Jarrell location, after ordering my food I noticed that they had messed up on multiple items even though the screen shows you exactly what to put they still managed to mess the order up not once not twice but three times after asking them to re make the order. after the third attempt I asked for a refund because I no longer trusted them to handle basic tasks like reading and multitasking. A red haired employee who I assume is one of the mangers was running her mouth to her co workers after I had asked for my money back saying that “they are going to have to start fighting everyone who comes in with a complaint” mind you I am standing right in front of her and can hear what she is saying when she’s hiding behind another employee running her mouth and when I asked the employee what her name was no one was able to give me a name saying they didn’t know her. Even the manager Elizabeth couldn’t give me a name. Never will I return to such a terrible run establishment again.
Absolutely wretched service and food. This location, when it first opened, wasn’t too bad, but the decline is real. Went there last night to order dinner, which was my first mistake because Taco Bell is terribly unhealthy anyway, and I was extremely clear in my order. Everything was right on the receipt and the packaging was all correct, right number of items, etc, and my second mistake happened here since I didn’t check before leaving. We paid extra for nacho cheese shells on the gorditas and asked for no lettuce. Very simple. It was entirely wrong. I called the store and said my order was incorrect and the employee handed me off to her manager, a guy named Ron who spoke to me like I was just complaining to complain, using the most aggravating tone to try and placate me. Y’all are the worst fast food joint in Jarrell and only lack of options keeps you open. He tried to say it was employees being trained for a new store, as if messing up an entire order is somehow okay for people who’ll be working at a different store? The lack of care and the total indifference to this situation is not new, but what a leap to try and say it wasn’t HIS bad management and lack of quality control, it was THEM. Sir, you’re the boss. They only work at the standard you hold them to. Won’t be back. We’ll go out of our way to drive to Georgetown instead and hopefully this location eventually closed entirely as they are nothing in this community but a blight of ineptitude and laziness.
I went back to this Taco bell after about 3 months due to the black manager / Lead was very rude and not give her name. So I tried again and guess what same black / African American was there and she continued to be so rude to me. I ask her name and she walk away. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS TACO BELL RUNNING WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY WITH MGRS / LEADS. Don't GO HERE BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 930 PM AT NIGHT
I ordered the #2 combo with three soft tacos, a side of nacho cheese, cinnamon twists, and a drink around 10:30 yesterday. The food quality was terrible. The tacos barely had any meat in them — the amount of meat looked like the size of a pencil line, and the rest was just lettuce. There was also barely any cheese. The drink tasted bad, and after eating part of one taco and drinking some of the drink, I ended up feeling sick. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. I’ve noticed the food portions and quality here have been poor for the past couple of years. I kept my receipt because I was so disappointed with what I paid for. Customers should receive the same quality and portions they are paying for. Unfortunately, this location has been very inconsistent and disappointing.
I’m writing this because the experience was unacceptable and I hope corporate sees it. I ordered the #2 combo with three soft tacos, nacho cheese, cinnamon twists, and a drink around 10:30 PM through the drive-through. The tacos barely had any meat on them — it was mostly lettuce and the portion was extremely small for what I paid. The drink also tasted strange. After eating part of one taco and drinking some of the drink, I started feeling sick and had to stop eating it. I kept my receipt because I couldn’t believe the quality of the food I was given. This is not the first time this location has had poor food quality and small portions. People work hard for their money, and when someone stops to get food — especially late at night after work — they expect basic quality and safety. No one should pay for food that looks rushed, poorly made, and ends up making them feel sick. I hope Taco Bell corporate looks into this location because the consistency and quality here need serious attention.

Men’s restroom sink not working. No way employees could wash their hands before returning to work after wiping their butts. How is this lack of hygiene possible in 2025? Other than that, very nice store and super nice people. Hope they can get this fixed soon.
