I’ve visited a few times for breakfast and the food is always good. The service can be a bit hit and miss at times but the quality of the food more than makes up for it.

Great service, restaurant is clean and pleasant. Most of the food is very good but every once in a while there is a dish of mad quality. Mostly we enjoyed eating here! It was quick, easy, and delicious.

When you compare this Toks to other Toks restaurants in Mexico City or Acapulco, then you will see this restaurant is worth nothing. Food is average, really average, and place is cold. I will never come here again...

I have been coming here for years And feel like something has changed this year with this Toks. The food is great, reasonable prices, and plenty of space to sit and enjoy your food. These last couple of weeks I have been going in to get food to go and at there is always at least 3 workers in the front. One wearing a black shirt, one wearing a white polo, and one wearing a grey shirt. I don’t know what their roles are but in 4 different occasions I have come in to get food to go and they all say the same thing, “Someone will be right with you to take your order.” Except 3-5 minutes pass with no one to take my order, when I ask them (the staff in the front) if they can take my order they say no, a server has to come up to take my order. They weren’t always like this, I used to be able to go in and place my order with the first worker I see. Very disappointed with them - possibly a change in management and restructuring their intake process? Not customer-friendly. On the plus side, there is a worker/food-server that wears colorful eye-shadow/liner, she is fantastic! Friendly, quick, and works fast!

Breakfast omelet looks great on picture, however it is very dry no taste. There's no sides offered, no ketchup,no salt, or anything to compensate the dryness. After two bites I pushed the plate away as a sign of displeasure. Waiter has not shown for long time, and then he vaguely presented me with the bill,haha 250 pesos for couple of bits.Avoid this place.Next door Chilis is fantastic.

Good service BUT I ordered the continental meat and it was one of the worst dishes I’ve ever been served. The rice was semi cold, the meat could’ve been cooked better, and overall the whole plate was below MID. I had to cancel it and they thankfully accepted it back. It was a very disappointing experience, especially because I know that their milkshakes hit. Hopefully they can improve their food to be at least on the same level as Sambors.

At 10:15 they say is to go only even though they close at 11. They said you can't sit in the dining room because they already started to clean the kitchen. But how can they make the meal to go if they already started to clean the kitchen? Horrible! Discrimination!

Overpriced food.. The new fish dish was plain and no taste at all besides the sauce it was added on the top. The waiters confused our drinks and insisted that we ordered something else.

Credit card number was stolen by staff at this restaurant and used following day for online purchases. I know it was this location as it was the only place I used the card for a purchase while on vacation in Cancun. I will be disputing all charges including the dinner I ate at the restaurant.
