Últimamente el servicio se ha vuelto muy eneficiente, anteriormente era un gran servicio ahora no se que ha pasado, las pizzas ya no están tan ricas y hay ocasiones que hasta dos horas tardan en entregarte una pizza mal hecha y sin empeño, hojala que vuelvan a su receta original y que tengan la misma calidad que tenían.

La verdad es un lugar que me parece realiza buena comida, pero, mi queja es que un repartidor me dijo que no tenía cambio, y me tenia que regresar 20 pesos y me dijo que en otra rodada me traía el cambio, eso fue hace como dos o tres semanas y el cambio nunca volvió. Mi error fue volver a confiar en Pizzas Hugo's. Me tardaron más de una hora con 30 minutos, la pizzas frías y el servicio de pésima calidad tercera oportunidad jamás.

La atención que da la mujer que contesta el teléfono se nota que no tiene ni una pizca de atención al público, corta la llamada y además te deja sin atenderte y se pone a platicar con otras personas, si le molesta su negocio o la pone de malas mejor que lo deje y que se dedique a otra cosa, y con sus modos mejor di las gracias y busque otra opción, por lo tanto NO LO RECOMIENDO.

The truth is the pizzas taste good, the problem is the service they offer, they say one time and end up being late for more than double that time and they never answer when you ask for a reference of their service and it's not the delivery people's fault but the people who take the orders there, they forget to pass the orders and blame the delivery people, this is the third time they've done the same thing to me and I'll never buy there again. Bad service and they still get upset as if it were their fault.

They serve you reluctantly, if you ask for home delivery they reject your calls and leave your messages on read and when they deign to answer it takes 4 hours to deliver or they made a mistake with the order.

The food is good, I won't deny it, but the service is very slow. I ordered a hamburger and it took more than 30 minutes. It's clear that the takeaway service is somewhat better.
