I frequent this location after work with some friends. Bar staff is extremely attentive and social. Especially Siaari. Gives suggestions for food if asked which was a nice touch.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. As it was the first time in years visiting Dave & Buster's, I observed that the pricing had changed. The front register staff member kindly explained the new procedures without rushing or belittling me, taking the time to help me select the appropriate package. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism of the front register personnel, as well as the courteous bartender. The bartender demonstrated attentiveness to our needs, and I was pleased that there was no extended wait for our drinks.

My kid and I had a great time at this place! It is huge and there are tons of games, as well as bowling and billiards. The staff were very helpful. Jarren and Omaris both went out of their way to answer our many questions and show us around. They were friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. We ordered pizza which was great as well. The music and the overall vibe was fun. Looking forward to cocking back!

I don't normally leave reviews but I had to for Brian at the human crane game. He was so sweet and accommodating when I told him my son was nonverbal. He went into the pit to grab him the inflatable that he really wanted but dropped at the last minute. Thank you for giving him that special moment, Brian. Dave and Busters, he deserves a raise!

Food was amazing. Drinks were cold and always came before you were finished. Games were extremely fun. My son enjoyed every bit of his trip here. Even though it was a weekend it wasnt that crowded until later that evening.

Who knew I’d be having a full-on meal at Dave & Buster’s? Their burgers are literally bigger than my head and it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked and extremely huge! The sweet potato fries were s pot on. The regular fries were just okay (tasted a bit old), but nothing to cry over. I also had nachos, but they were so good I devoured them before I could even snap a picture. 9/10 meal overall! The games were solid, and the point system really makes you want to challenge yourself. Who doesn’t love winning prizes? Definitely a fun time.

We went here today for an after camp session and we bought the 90 minute play and eat combo and we had a mixup with ordering and the manager went above and beyond to help us. Truly appreciate the top notch service and we are looking forward to our next visit. Also happy hour is from 4-7 and they have some great $5 margaritas on the menu 👍🏾

Just went to the grand re opening yesterday. I absolutely loved it. They've added a human crane, connect 4 basketball, ax throwing, more games in general and more group games. Everyone was nice. The server's and the employees just walking around. Everyone! Now let's get into the food they let us try. I had Cajun shrimp and sausage pasta, pot stickers, crab legs, fruit and nut salad, sliders, mozzarella sticks. Everything was good all of it. The dessert I tried was the cheesecake and the churros. I loved the cheesecake. The churros were good but a little too rubbery. We went up stairs and the vibe was nice . They had hand rolled cigars. There was a candle lit room with a dj. They had gin and juice by Dre and Snoop merch everywhere even a mural of it. It felt like a nice lounge atmosphere. I would definitely return to. The new changes led me to believe they're trying to make it more for adults than for teens. Great job !

We took our the kids to Dave & Buster’s, and we had an awesome time! There’s a huge selection of games that kept them entertained for hours. The food was great, and even though the place was packed, the service was amazing. Waitress very friendly. Very family friendly place highly recommend for a fun outing with the family!

We watched the college football final four here on New Years day.. Got there at 330 and left at 1130.This was the best spot ever...the staff was extremely friendly and didn't pressure us. We ate different menu items and all were made to perfection... There weren't many people and they gave me a choice of booths. I mean seriously the customer service that day and night was amazingly excellent. They kept checking on my party of 3 and even gave us a complimentary photo. I'm coming back here for every sporting event and reco.mend you do too... 5* all the way.

Great place for Arcade games and food . Depending what you order it may be expensive at the end , came here a second time and took some pictures of the place , My only complaint was the bathroom could have been better cleaned some of the toilets wasn’t flushed and garbage on the floor They had a lot of games you can win as points and get game passes , at the end you can either save your points for prizes at the gift shop or keep playing Helpful staff throughout the building Thank you all

Haven't been at Dave and Busters in a while. I'm now remembering how fun it was. Went here on a whim to celebrate with a graduate. He ran all around the place like a five year old and had a ball. Everyone with the party had a great time. Didn't have to go far to grab a bite, either.

It was a great experience and the service was really good. Even we made a request regarding food and they sweetly accepted it. Had fun.

First time going to this D&B location since the Richmond location was shut down. Has cool machine options for the kids, they should change the Photo Booth. Wasn’t a fan for extra fees for taken pictures. Food honestly wasn’t the greatest and didn’t exceed expectations and my drink wasn’t nowhere near the image lol. But overall as far as ambience and customer service, it’s a great place! Leila was an amazing and kind server. Manager Kendrick was very attentive.

I haven’t been to a Dave & Buster’s in years and I was happy to stop by. I had the teriyaki steak, tangled onions and loaded mashed potatoes. It was so delicious! Definitely worth it. I will say for a Monday night it was crowded and service was busy so it took us longer than usual to get drinks, our order in, and pay for the meal so be prepared.

We did the eat & play. Food was good. I was expecting chicken fingers to be bigger. Really liked the remodel. When I went they were having some water leaking from the roof and an area was closed down so couldn't play all the games. But overall really nice place. They have 50% off games on Wednesday.

Great way to spend the afternoon with all the entertainment, they keep the games up to date. Our server was overworked and did her best but there was still a long wait and could have had more support staff assist if that is possible. Ordered a kids cheeseburger plain and that didn't come with cheese, other than that everything else was good. The redbull lemonade was delicious and allowed me to keep up with the kids running all around.

Had my son 6th bday party here and the kids had a great time. The waitress Lucina was amazing and helped manage all the set up and tear down. The food was delicious even though it was a bit over priced. I ordered 2 of the chicken platters and the kids had the pepperoni and cheese flat bread. They enjoyed it and the fries of course. Outside of the party section a few of the guest complained that it was hard to get any help with machines that weren't working properly or food outside of the party area. Overall my experience was good and I'll be back in the future.

Great place for a date night or with the family. They have bowling upstairs as well as an open bar with food to order. Games all are on the first floor. Pretty spacious with plenty of games to play from. Each game will be about 7-10 chips. Pricing is pretty fair and will offer extra % on more chips for little more money. They have a place to dine in to eat when you get hungry, service was pretty slow sadly. The burger I ordered was pretty tasty, I love the buns. Everything you order will be a minimum of $15 each.

I've been to this location a dozen times and it gets worse every time. The food was awful, the service was invisible. Had two servers, one downstairs and one in the bowling lanes. Both sweet as can be. Both were simply overwhelmed with our table of 14. Cold food. Stale food. Disgusting soft drinks. Next time I will eat somewhere else then just come play games!

The place itself is great — fun games and a good environment to hang out. However, my experience with one bartender completely unacceptable. On the night of November 22nd, there was a young black woman with pink hair (or faded orange) bartending at the smaller bar on the right side (past the Skee-Ball area). She deliberately ignored me twice while I was trying to order a drink, choosing instead to walk past me and serve customers further down the bar. I was standing alone and was the only person at my end, so there was no confusion about whether I needed service. When she finally came near me, she still didn’t acknowledge me. I had to speak up just to place my order. I then waited 15 minutes, watching her repeatedly take new drink orders from customers who had just walked up, while my order sat ignored. When I politely asked about my drink again, she said, “Give me a minute,” and then proceeded to TAKE AND COMPLETE FOUR MORE DRINK ORDERS for other guests. I got up and went to the other bar and was greeted with smiles, jokes, and a quickly made drink. I’m not sure why a simple top-shelf margarita was treated like an inconvenience, but the lack of basic service and professionalism was extremely disappointing and needs to be addressed.

I bought my daughter all the way from WOODSIDE Queens. I am so disappointed. The service was horrible the food was discusting. We ordered calamari which looked like it was someone else’s left overs. The manager was nice enough to replace it. However it’s not work to come to this place. The silverware was disgusting it had food residue . We were offered plastic silverware. These servers need a brush up course on customer service. I will never come back it was such a waste of money and my daughter had a horrible time food burn totally disgusting

Bought a power card through the app for $55 and wasn’t even able to use it. When I tried to get help from the staff they refused and told me to call customer service, when I called customer service they said to speak to the staff at the store. Ended up having to buy another card for $50 and got screwed out of the original $55, won’t be going to Dave and busters anymore.

Me and a friend timed cards and we wanted to do one more round of dance dance revolution we got in line we were the next people up, and had 30min left on the card but the girl that was finishing her game started a another one and we ran out of time. She had been on the game all night and frequently played multiple games while people were waiting causing lines that made it really hard for anyone else to play, we asked the front desk to just over ride and let us play, but they didn't care and where dismissive
