The food was good! I had the chicken with Mac and cheese and fried okra. My son had the brisket and Mac and cheese. Very good. I love the covered wagon tables; very cute and makes for a fun atmosphere. Can't believe i forgot to take pictures of the food....I must have been so hungry!! Lol

I stopped by Chuckwagon and ordered a few items to try out: the chicken sandwich, fries, coleslaw, and a side of chicken wings. Overall, I had a great experience and the food definitely hit the spot! The chicken sandwich had great flavor. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned. I had asked for it chopped, but it came sliced instead. Not a big deal, as it was still delicious and satisfying. The sandwich had a nice balance of textures and flavors, and the bun was fresh. The fries came out hot and crispy, which I appreciated. They were a bit on the salty side for my taste, but after brushing off some of the salt, they were just right. Still enjoyable, especially when paired with the house sauces. The coleslaw was creamy and refreshing — a great contrast to the heat from the wings. Speaking of which, the chicken wings were a standout! They were spicy, just the way I like them, with a flavorful kick that made them addictive. Service was friendly and fast, and the food came out fresh. A couple of minor hiccups, but nothing that took away from the overall quality of the meal. I’ll definitely be coming back to Chuckwagon to try more from the menu!

What a hidden gem 💎 the best burger, halal brisket, yummiest baked potato in Katy/Fulshear area. Definitely try Dino BEEF RIB that's being served on the weekend, to die for! Totally pleasantly surprised 😍🤗 The interior design of the place is another pleasant surprise, great signs and phrases, lights, sitting areas...super welcoming! The service was amazing as well, and they kept checking on us (party of 6) to make sure everything was great! Really appreciate such service, rare catch these days!!!

Was passing through and saw this place had great reviews. So glad we stopped in, and I can’t believe they don’t have 5 stars across the board. Insane food! Friendly staff. Clean and nice atmosphere. Even the French fries were absolutely delicious. Best bbq place we’ve eaten at in a long time, maybe ever. A true gem!!

Food was delicious, was first time here and very glad I took the time to stop. The employee was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very western themed and added to the experience. The memorial wall with all the dogs on it really tugs at your heart but after the employee told me what the owner does for the dogs and their family and their last meal really made me glad to support this wonderful restaurant

Chuck Wagon BBQ in Katy is one of those places where you can taste the care in every bite. We’ve been a few times now, and overall, it’s been a consistently great experience. On our most recent visit, we tried the loaded nachos—one with brisket, one with chicken—and both were excellent. Packed with toppings, full of flavor, and generously portioned. The brisket fries were another hit: crispy fries topped with tender, smoky brisket and just the right amount of sauce. The chopped brisket sandwiches were solid—juicy, flavorful, and served on soft buns that held up well. On a previous visit, we came by on a Friday and tried the halal beef burnt ends—easily one of the best things we’ve had there. Tender, caramelized edges, and that deep smoky flavor that makes burnt ends special. We also tried the halal sausages and sliced brisket—both were just okay. The sausages had decent flavor but didn’t stand out, and the sliced brisket didn’t have the same tenderness or depth as the chopped brisket or burnt ends. All in all, Chuck Wagon BBQ is a great spot with plenty of hits on the menu. If you’re going, definitely try the chopped brisket, burnt ends (if available), and those loaded nachos. Friendly staff, spacious setting, and a welcome option for halal BBQ lovers in Katy.

Recently, I went to @chuckwagonbbq1463 for some authentic Texas BBQ. and this place does not disappoint. we tried multiple items from the menu, the sliced brisket, brisket sliders, brisket fries, hot links, and sausages. everything that we tried was delicious, especially dipped in their hot BBQ sauce.

Not busy at all at lunch time. Had good lunch specials. I really liked the turkey but the brisket was just okay. Great barbecue sauces and sides. I would go back.

A small bbq outlet in a stip mall. Counter service was good and prompt. We ordered the lunch special of 2 meat plate with burned ends brisket and pork ribs. The ribs were juicy and tasty. The burnt ends were mostly fatty (half fat and half brisket). The sides were ordered were fries and fried Okra, both good and hot. We also ordered a side of smoked wings, very juicy and good barbecue taste. Service was quick and welcoming. Portions appropriate for lunch and not large. If you want more, order regular meals off the menu. We spent $36 for the above items.

Today, I sampled their two-meat brisket and ribs plates but found them disappointing. The brisket was dry and lacked a strong smoky taste. The ribs had a flavorful rub and were enjoyable. However, the mac and cheese and pastrami cabbage sides were rather bland. The service was pleasant. We placed our order at the counter, and the food was delivered to our table. I would go back to try their burgers next time.

I came her with a group of friends a few weeks ago to get some dinner and the food was pretty good and the service we also good too. The only thing I will say is that a few of the people in my group had order things and was brought things completely different then what they ordered but we were able to get everything fixed and squared away. I would definitely come again though in the future if I’m ever in the area, I would love to try the peach cobbler next time!!

Shout out to y’all on YouTube reviewing 1 star reviews. Well here is one for you. Your employees are rude, prices are a joke, and burgers shouldn’t be in your name when they taste like McDonald’s. The place is clean and nice atmosphere… Your bbq is alright (mid) but still way too pricy compared to the other bbq joints around Katy and them being more exceptional in flavor…
