We ordered from this location off of Uber Eats for the second time and MAN this place has won our hearts. My first time I tried the Sweet n Spicy Meatball Sub and it was divine to say the least, and then tonight I had the tuna… I tried calling the restaurant to give the staff props but I think the line was busy from all the orders! Anyway, great job, taste is really good and I haven’t had a sandwich that made me feel good after eating it in a while. Definitely a staple in our house

Love the sandwiches but don't order for delivery. They use Uber Eats and took an hour and sandwiches were cold and soggy. I live 3min from this location. Will pick up if I ever order again.

The sandwiches here are actually really good and I like that they have Cholula hot sauce when you ask! However my bad experience was when we came 30 minutes before closing they closed early, which was pretty inconvenient.

Large group came in before me. Seems as though that was my fault. Clearly the staff were ticked off about having to make sandwiches. Cashier definitely had an attitude about helping.

Food delicious. I have two complaints: they have fountain drink and 90% not available. Ants everywhere outside tables.

They completely ruined the soup here. I've been coming here for the past year and their soups have been a comfort food of mine when I'm sick. They were very creamy and thick and just tasted amazing. Now, I went here a week ago to get some chicken dumpling soup and the potato soup and it was completely watered down and tasted disgusting. So sad to see this happen.

Not a friendly place for Blacks I guess. No acknowledgement. Not even eye contact. I had to keep repeating myself over and over. For a pickup order. I won't be back ever. Firehouse sucks!

I asked for deli mustard, oil, and vinegar. I got mayo and italian dressing. I was literally the only person there when i walked in. $20 wasted. I havent been to a firehouse in years and i gave it a shot. I'll never go back.

Unfortunately my visit today was subpar. Elsa, the manager in charge should revisit training with customers 1. She does not acknowledge the customers or greet them 2. She is not friendly towards patrons. Usually firehouse has excellent 👌 top notch service and usually are very warm towards patrons 3. She makes it extremely uncomfortable to ask questions . "I was going to ask what kind of hotsauce goes on my Cajun chicken" but no 4. The dining area was not well kept and the floor was sticky with bits of paper from opening straws all over. Food and crumbs on the tables and not being wiped down. 5.soda machine was nasty with sticky syrup all over. Do better Elsa. Your attitude is a reflection of the place youre running

Horrible experiences but this is the last. This location has incompetent management. They never fix the smokehouse cheddar BBQ sandwich correctly. Then when we voiced our concern to the manager on duty she offer to give one sandwich free when we paid for two 😂. This lady gave so much attitude it was as if we went to someone’s home ran business. Just completely unprofessional. How do you give a BBQ smokehouse sandwich “without” BBQ and then argue with the customer like ‘we’ messed it up lmao! Poor franchise with a manager like that.

I don’t know what’s up with the FireHouse Subs on Kingsland Blvd in Katy Texas but they have messed up my order three times within the past couple of months. I ordered a medium Turkey Bacon Ranch Sub on wheat with everything on it through the drive-thru. When I got to my office I discovered that half of the ingredients were missing. I paid ($13.30) for a sub with only lettuce, tomatoes, one piece of bacon and ranch. Not only am I upset, now let’s hope that my unborn baby doesn’t come out with a defect because I didn’t get what I was craving for from Firehouse subs. Picture added for reference.
