Hey y’all. This specific location is awesome 👏🏾 the service is A1 & the drinks are amazing (strong & delicious). My waitress was great and very attentive. They were busy on a Sunday but it was a great time. The vibe was immaculate. I got the Enchi plate. It was good. I would have liked for them to tell me shredded chicken substitution was an extra charge but I digress. Other than that everything was nice. I will definitely be back.

I ordered Uber , paid over 40.00$ for soup and a quesedilla. Soup given in a wet bag , no chips . Absolutely nothing special. Waste of money.

Location was very modern inside with current music playing. Staff is friendly & food comes fast!! BIGGEST downfall, was the ANTS ON THE WALL AS WE ATE. Wasnt just one, but many, climbing on the far wall by the first window. One of the ants ended up on ny bfs shirt from the booth. Definately a turn off.. if ants are in the dinning area, how many ants in the kitchen?

Good food that is reasonably priced. They are practicing social distancing. After multiple visits especially at the drive thru. The pandemic precautions are not being practiced very well. The service has deteriorated as well as the prices have gone up. The condiments are not provided even if they are asked for. I have been going to this restaurant and others in this chain since the late 80's and have become disappointed with this one after multiple snafus. I will continue going to others in the chain even though I have to drive further. The last 2 recent visits were greatly improved. Therei seem to be new staff but they tend to forget to refill things like water, ice tea, chips and salsa. Let's chalk it up to growing pains. Edit- it seems like this location is getting worse. The food was overcooked almost burnt.

This use to be mine and my daughter's favorite spot to have our favorite foods, celebrations or just a mother daughter date. Of all day we went this past Valentine's day. We were supposed to celebrating her making Masters on her Benchmark. We have never been treated with such disrespect which we still don't understand why. It was very degrading experience to say the least. First the place was practically empty so you would think service would be good. The lady took our drink order my daughter had a little trouble deciding on a drink then we got a Horchata and a banana smoothie. We sat there for a good while plenty of time another couple sat down at the table in front of us. More time passed our chips were gone by the time she came back. She had taken the other ppls drink orders and was conversational with them. As she went to give us our drinks I guess she thought we were ready I went to say thank you and she rudely with an attitude said give me a minute. She then left us to take the other ppls orders who had just gotten there. Sat and conversated with them took their order blew us off like we weren't even there. Then when she came back to u my daughter and I proceeded to order and I couldn't even get a word out or my daughter and each thing she responded really loud and rude with disgusting attitude yeahhhh okkkk yeah like it was so rude like she was agitated at the simple fact we were there. Like the audacity to even be there or be ordering. I wanted to leave at this point but my daughter wanted to stay and we were looking forward to our favorite meals gets the 5 taquitos I get Tacos El Carbon. So we thought why let some rude lady ruin our evening celebration for her not too mention it is Valentines night. I don't even know how long it took we had order a large queso to have an share its our favorite as well. When the food came and queso it was cold and I don't mean Luke warm it was cold and gross. If anyone knows queso is supposed to be hot its melted cheese you enjoy with chips and food. Not to mention we never got asked one time if we wanted refills how are you doing NOTHING WHATSOEVER . ITS LIKE WE WEREN'T EVEN THERE. It's really sad that we came to celebrate her and be together and enjoy Valentine's day together. She never spoke to us until we were ready to leave and got to go boxes and the check. She proceeded to finally stand over me waiting for me to give her a tip. Now I still tipped the lady $7 on a $50 bill. Now , poor service should of been $5 and I still gave her way more than she deserved. I guess we won't be coming back. We have shared so many memories there and even sat at our same table. It's sad bec it use to be a completely different experience and the ppl are always lovely and treat you like family. We have never been treated with such disrespect and spoken to in that manner. Sad experience and ruined our Valentine's day dinner completely.

Me and my little boy always get our haircut next door on Saturday’s then walk right to this spot for nachos. We’ve been doing this for years and he loves this place. Not anymore. Today they had our car towed for parking in the shopping center parking lot. There is ZERO signage that says the ENTIRE parking lot is reserved for Taqueria Arandas customers only. I’ve never had a problem before and my family and I have been regulars for years. The manager at Taqueria Arandas said they have a contract with the towing company who actively monitors their security cameras and tows anyone who doesn’t immediately walk into Taqueria Arandas. The other businesses in the shopping center are being run out of business because them doing this to folks on a regular basis. It’s an absolute scam and completely unethical. I hope whatever yall are getting out of it was worth losing customers who have been coming here regularly for almost a decade. You should ashamed of yourselves.

This morning I had the worst tacos I ordered 2 potatoe egg and bacon tacos 2 pastor tacos and 2 beef fajita tacos. The food is always great but today it wasn't the bacon was not cooked the eggs were not cooked all the way the potatoes were hard half way cooked the pastor had a weird smell to it like it was old the fajita Tacos I didn't eat I know I am going to be sick later ,if y'all have a new cook fire them cause someone is going to get sick and probably die from food poisoning If I get sick y'all will hear from me I don't like giving bad reviews at all and this is my favorite taco place so please correct this

Ordered nachos not a broken down tostada. The nachos tasted horrible. This location has terrible food and will not be returning. I expected the nachos to be consist with the other arandas. Waste of my hard working money.
