Food was magnifico👌🏽 My waiter was very polite and refreshing . First time eating at Laundry’s in Kemah , I appreciate the full menu as opposed to the limited one in Galveston. P.S there’s a lunch special for $18 you get a pretty good amount of food and you choose the appetizer and entree . Overall great dining experience ♥️

Phenomenal! It's definitely a place to try if you enjoy seafood dishes. Another thing, if you aren't, then they also serve different variety selections. Service was quick and pleasant.

Everything was great, service was not overbearing Andrea was a pleasure and the portions of food were great for the price. The manager Roy even stopped by to welcome us in and delivered our birthday dessert. We will definitely be back soon!

Service was great. I had a dairy allergy and the waitress was very helpful and recommending dishes and making sure it came out correct. We enjoyed dinner and the girl who served us a lot.

Some dishes were a hit, especially the lobster and shrimp cocktail . A couple were just okay, but overall a solid seafood spot with friendly staff.

My sister and I went there on 09/02/25 at 5:14 pm at table 12/1. Duke was our wait person. We have never had a more personable and professional waiter ever. He was so enjoyable to talk to. He was always making sure we were good and was happy to assist. The food was absolutely incredible and very large portions. I live in Arlington TX and wish I lived closer. I would love to eat there often and would definitely ask to sit in Dukes section everytime. Thank you Duke for giving us an incredible memory !!

I recently shared my birthday celebration at Landry's seafood house in Kemah with my girlfriends we had a wonderful time.The food was magnificent. I had the Chilean Sea Bass with Risotto and Asparagus it wonderful 😋😋I also had a Lemon drop raspberry martini which was to die for😋. My waitress. Andrea was simply the best🤗💯. I will definitely come back again, And I would love for Andrea to be our waitress.

We had crawfish bread, snapper and oysters. It was very delicious 😋 😍 😊. I liked all of it and I enjoyed watching the boats go by too. I didn't know until afterwards there is an outdoor bar. Very nice !!

I had the Coastal Seafood Pasta and absolutely loved it. Landry's has a standard that they follow, and they come through every time. Whether you're here for a formal or casual dinner, you'll enjoy your time at this location. The view of the gulf is really nice (as nice as you can get, Texas does not have the most pretty ocean views), and the food came out delicious. The only thing is the cost. The most inexpensive dish on the menu starts at $22, so just be prepared to spend some money. . Update 6/27 - I went to Landry's last week to have some delicious seafood and was definitely not disappointed. One of the clams did have a funky taste, but the rest were delicious and the Mahi Mahi was soft and savory. I love coming here and the view from window-side is satisfying when you're enjoying seafood.

Landry on the boardwalk is one of our favorite locations. The food is always good. I am writing this review more so as a shout out to our server , Richard. New to this location. He covered more tables than what seemed possible and yet made us feel like we were the only table. Definitely an A rating for Richard.

As a native Louisiana Cajun, I grew up on the original Landry's Seafood. It's great to see that this location in Texas stayed true to its roots. Beautiful restaurant and fantastic food.

I have never been to a Landry's before and I am very impressed. Of course you have almost 360 degree views of the bay that are hard to beat. We got seated right away, you have different servers to take care of all your needs, the portion sizes are enough to make the prices worth it, and it is delicious! It is pretty much a fine dining experience without having to be dressed to the nines. If you are coming to the Boardwalk, I definitely would choose Landry's above the others...did I mention you can watch the boats coming in and out of the harbor?

Great place to visit when near the boardwalk.the lobster tail caught my attention and I was not disappointed. I never had a tail of that size and it was very filling. The mash potatoes came with bacon and cheddar cheese which was my first time and the flavor was incredible. The pineapple margarita was unique and exquisite of flavor. Never had that flavor, was totally worth it. Lastly, the waitress was amazing. She was kind and caring for my needs.

My sever Marci did a wonderful job. Not only with her service but the recommendation she gave me for dinner. It’s been 15+ years since I have been in a Landry’s to eat dinner. But if I ever get back to this part of the country, I will definitely make an effort to stop by.

Had a business dinner with some clients. Got in early for dinner and were given a window seating. Waitress was super nice and forth coming on what were the best dishes. Had calamari and crab fondue for appetizer, shrimp gumbo for starters and the sea bass for dinner. No room left for dessert. 😵‍💫

I loved everything about my meal here 4pm ish on a lovely October Sunday. I was seated outside on the Boardwalk as the weather was gorgeous. My waitress Chris was great, very personable, so I gave her the choice of which entree to bring me and she choose their seasonal scallop dish with a creamy corn sauce and man they were large, flavourful and well seared. Personally, I wouldn't have cut the scallops in half like they did but that would be the only fault with the dish. I started with the pear, beet and blue cheese salad and that was pretty good too though could have used more beets. The sparkling rose they have was perfect with my meal. Sitting next to the water was a treat. Would definitely return.

Everything was so delicious. Our waitress was very attentive. They didn't put many chips on our plate for the crab dip so the waitress brought more out to us without us having to ask. All 4 of us enjoyed everything we ordered. I had a hurricane and it tasted just like a hurricane should.

On New years Eve, we couldn't get the full dine-in experience, but we did manage to self-order from the bar and seat ourselves. Despite being understaffed for a NYE event, they held it together and maintained a warm-spirited and positive environment. I really enjoyed the food, but it did turn cold quickly due to the patio location. I can't knock them for that, especially since everything except for the potatoes tasted pretty good cold. What I'm saying is that we would visit again, and I wouldn't mind having leftovers.

Outstanding service from Bryan and Sophie! We were treated like royalty even though we were all sweaty from playing in Kemah all day. They kept us hydrated and fed and celebrated our birthdays! We had an amazing dining experience at Landry’s in Kemah, TX! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what truly made the evening special was our waitress, Victoria. Victoria went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail was outstanding — from helping us choose the best dishes, to making sure our drinks stayed full, to checking in just the right amount without ever interrupting our conversation. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and her friendly, professional attitude made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. The food was fresh and flavorful (the seafood is a must!), but Victoria’s exceptional service is what will bring us back again and again. She turned a great meal into a memorable experience. Our waiter, Gerrod, was the best! We were a party of 9 for the Thanksgiving buffet. He watched over us! The buffet was great...all we needed for Thanksgiving...seafood, ribeye, and turkey with all the trimmings plus gumbo and assorted salads and many desserts. We'll do this again next year as we have done in years past!

Gorgeous place to sit and watch the boats go by on the water. A little spendy but food was great. Had the Black Cherry Palmer Mocktail, crab, spinach, and artichoke dip, Rainbow Trout broiled with Melissa sauce and my husband had the Chicken with Mushrooms. Clean restaurant with friendly service.

Great place to dress up and enjoy a beautiful sunset on the water. The food is top notch and the staff is friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. The steak dinner is a favorite of mine and always cooked to perfection. The drinks are delicious and made expertly by a very friendly bar staff.

Stopped by on 8/25 at 930p for some birthday dessert. Had the Banana Foster and it was on point!! The Banana was awesomely caramelized and gave a nice little crunch to the dessert. The ambiance in this place is unmatched. Great views all around as the building has glass windows everywhere. A definite date night spot! My wife and I will definitely be back!

Celebrated my daughter's birthday there...the food was amazing. There were 9 of us and our server took great care of us and very attentive. Will definitely go back.

My husband and I decided to come and try this place while visiting Khema. We went off-season when it's cold, so there weren't many people but the service was still excellent. We ordered everything, from appetizers, to main course, dessert, and drinks. When I tell you that every single item that we got was absolutely delicious. I think my most favorite item was the creme brulee, it was the perfect dessert to end the night with.

I ordered the half dozen raw oysters and the Lobster Tail. The oysters were a little warm but delicious. The Lobster tail was a good size and had great flavor...even better after dipped in butter. My waitress was very attentive and friendly. Being a Wednesday, there weren't many people in the restaurant which made it pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The restaurant itself is beautiful on the inside. Plus it also offers a view of the ocean if you get seating near the window. You can your meal inside or outside on the deck. The lunchbox meal tasted delicious. I had the fried zucchini with the shrimp scampi. The portion are sufficient for two people in my opinion. The waitress named Niah was excellent and knew the menu and offered us a variety and they even catered to our specific needs when it came to our selections. Will visit again when back to Kemah.

I explained to our server, Lisa, how I wanted my meal prepared, and she put more effort into follow-through than the contractor did who remodeled our kitchen. Lisa made sure every aspect of our visit was spot-on perfect. We’re almost 70, and I don’t know when we’ve had a more satisfying dining experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a day after Valentines dining experience at Landry’s Seafood House in Kemah! The atmosphere was lively and perfect for a night out, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Anna, our server, truly made the evening special. Came in during the "almost" ice storm, so it was not busy at all, maybe five tables taken out of the whole place. So with that said, I absolutely enjoyed my quite time meal with a very attentive staff. Despite the cold outside the staff was very warm and welcoming. Went here for New Year's Eve dinner. I had the Caribbean Lobster tail and my husband had the Filet Mignon. We also ordered the Oyster Bar Trash as our appetizer, which was blackened shrimp with lump crab meat and white rice. Everything was outstanding. We poured the dipping sauce over the rice as the shrimp and crab meat were already delicious. The sauce really enhanced the rice. Originally we had reservations for 7pm, but decided to try to eat much earlier & they graciously accommodated us, even though we showed up two hours early. The host staff were friendly & the wait staff were excellent. The view on the water was lovely. Without a doubt, we will be back. Only wish I had taken photos.

Myself and four other ladies were there for Regina's birthday on November 8th and my birthday was on the 22nd ..we walked around the boardwalk and then went inside to dine and the food was delicious I had the fish and fries..I can't remember the waiters name but he was very nice and attentive...they surprised us birthday girls with a large cookie caramel ice cream treat in a large tulip globe glass absolutely delicious 😋 so we left walk to where the music was danced and listened to some good oldie music 🎵🎶...wrapped it up as a wonderful birthday evening. We've been here a few times, but this was our best visit so far imo. No searching for a parking spot to no waiting for a table. Everything was already starting off good. We had a party of 12 so the restaurant sat us in the private dining room as soon as we walked in. We were then greeted almost immediately by our very helpful waiter. Drinks were brought in timely fashion as were the appetizers. The suggestion for the appetizers was spot on, so we went with it. It was very good, nice big portions and great presentation. The main entrées were ordered soon after. Everyone's plate arrived on time and all of them looked so good. Everything tasted as good as it looked. Doggie Bags definitely weren't needed! LOL! We skipped dessert this time but that won't happen next time😬

We made reservations for a birthday dinner and asked for a window table. We arrived early and were seated immediately. We ordered drinks and gumbo while we reviewed the menu. My husband said the gumbo was good. When she came back to take our dinner order, I asked her which was better in her opinion between the almond crusted mahimahi and the coastal seafood pasta, she said the mahi mahi so that’s what I ordered. It did not dissapoint. It was so flavorful I ate the entire dish. My husband ordered the stuffed shrimp enbrochette. He did not like the stuffing part. Said it tasted undercooked. The green beans that came with it were the opposite and overcooked. They even brought him a second portion which wasn’t any better. The manager was extremely apologetic and took half off his meal. Which we appreciated and did not expect. Now the desserts were absolutely delicious!! My husband got the triple chocolate cake and loved it. I got the seasonal buttercream cake with strawberries and OMG, it was AMAZING!! It tasted like those strawberry shortcake ice cream bars but WAY more delicious!! I ate the entire thing!!! It is not on the menu. It is a special so you will have to ask for what the specials are.

My experience at Landry’s was outstanding. I’m from New Orleans and enjoy the Landry’s there and I’m happy to say that the service here is just as pleasant. Our server Karina was absolutely amazing! Although they were pretty busy, she made the wait very worthwhile. Management on duty also checked in on us as well while we waited. My wife and I shared the New Orleans Crawfish Bread as an appetizer, and had the Stuffed Salmon & Stuffed Shrimp Enbrochette as our entrees. We both had Flavored Palmers to drink. The food was fresh, the portions are filling and the taste is just as great as it is down home. We walked the boardwalk after dinner and came back for dessert. The Cinnamon Bread Pudding was great but the Triple Chocolate Cake stole the show. We were in town for our anniversary, and they made our visit just as special as the day already was. Will definitely stop in to dine anytime I’m in the area.

It's a nice restaurant with wonderful views. The food is nice but some of the dishes lack flavor. The lettuce wedge salad is refreshing in a hot day. The kids macaroni and cheese was very good. The red snapper lacked a little flavor. Overall I enjoyed my visit here.

While waiting on my sister-in-law, my wife and her two cousins stopped here and had cocktails and some appetizers. The bartender kept up with us and was very attentive. The ambiance next to the water was a fun touch and the surrounding park noise was actually drowned out even though we were outside on the patio area. I ordered the Old but Fashionable, and it tasted smooth! Really enjoyed it. Really enjoyed my experience here and the service was great. If I were to give any criticism it would be that the zucchini fries were soggy. I don't know how to make them, but perhaps there's a better way to cook the water out before frying it? The seasoning and breading tasted great though.

Good place to go. Reservation is highly recommended. I got us a reservation at 7pm and the place was pretty packed. Steady flow of people coming in and out. We got a window view of the Bay which was really nice. Food was good, a little overcooked, but we had an awesome server named Trevor who made the time and experience enjoyable. He was friendly and attentive.

We haven’t been hear in a long time because I do not care to pay for parking and the large crowds. We had free parking driving through on a beautiful day. We sat at the bar and Cody made our experience a great one. I showed us the new spring menu with a couple items that sounded wonderful. Also showed us happy hour menu but we were too early. We stayed with old faithful items. Food I gave 4 out of 5. My wife was happy with her salmon although just “so-so”. She had it seared. I had the bang bang shrimp as I was not that hungry. It was great, love the sauce, love the tempura batter. I wish there was just a little less batter. May just be my preference. I want to make public announcement for all. GET THE MAI TAI!!!! You will not be disappointed. I will be back!!! I had not used my Landry’s card in forever and was disappointed to find that the points expire. I was really just glad I did not get charged to park.

The place is decent ! Clean and tidy Employees don’t seem to be happy working here because the attitude they have is very bad no smile no greeting and sort of rude. Food is good not that great. Restroom is too small ! One person at a time, such a big restaurant and this is the restroom feedback! Prices are okay ! Do not seat out because seagulls will steal your food so better seat in and enjoy your view! Wouldn’t come back because of employees attitude 👎

The food was amazing. My family and I love visiting the Kemah boardwalk. We have been coming to this restaurant for a while but today the food took a little longer to get. The waitress was a little aggressive when interacting with us. We spent $120 for 2 adults and 2 kids We sat close to the window and watched the boats and happy people pass us by. The restrooms were clean, and the ambiance was very pleasant. Overall it was a good day to have lunch at this restaurant.

We went to go eat with friends/family for June's 60th Birthday party! The service was excellent and the food was good but I did not care for the dirty rice at all. It was horrible and they need to change the recipe. Other than that my son like the pizza and my shrimp en brochette and green beans were delicious. I ordered a mango mojito and it was delicious. Everyone had a great time and we had a window view but it was dark out so all you can see are the boats and yachts passing by.

We went there with family. For our steak lover, we ordered the large filet cooked medium. He loves steak, but this one was inedible. Just a tough, unseasoned wreck. The other dishes were better but still underwhelming. I won’t go back voluntarily. Too many great seafood places nearby or in Galveston.

The patio view here is fantastic, and the service was, too. The food, however, tasted like it came straight off a Sysco truck. We ordered a burger, a grilled shrimp skewer with rice & green beans, and two mocktails and our tab was $65 (so $79 total with tip). We won’t be coming back.

We've been coming here since it was Jimmy Walker's. For some reason, we were really disappointed in the batter on the fried shrimp. Their big bowl of gumbo wasn't any better. The flavors are just off.

The ambience is nice because you can look out at the water while you dine. I was not impressed with the food or service though. Our server seemed forgetful and we had to keep reminding him of things. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks. Our appetizer (raw oysters) took 35 minutes to come out. Then he brought out our main course 2 minutes after the appetizer which to me seems like he forgot to pick up our app and it sat back there a while. Flavor wise, meh. Not impressed. Everything seemed so bland to me and the food was cold.

Service and atmosphere were nice, Mr. Gary took care of us! No loud music and very nice view at the bay! The almond Mahi Mahi is beautiful in presentation but quite simple on the combination of flavors. The glazed salmon 3 out of 5! Not bad, but nothing great! I will give it another chance later on time because there were other dishes which caught my attention.

It was the service , our server was not with us ! I had guests from overseas, took them to Kemah and reserved a lunch at Landry’s . He took our drink order , since I had ordered a bottle of sparkling water I asked for another glass .he did not come back with it at all , so I went to the bar and asked for one , they gave me a glass when I got to the table I saw it was very foggy. ! Then my guest went to the bar and asked for disposable cup . After our lunch was served , our server came and asked if all was okay , I asked him for a hot sauce, he never came back with it , he went to table next to us couple times , yet did not deliver that either . So I went to the bar and picked up the hot sauce . I am not sure if I can say he did not care for the people at our table or he just was a bad server , but he sure was paying attention to other two tables he covered . We all were very disappointed.

Great location, beautiful views, great food.. terrible service. Im not sure if our waitress was a horrible waitress or if she had too many tables she could handle. We were there for an hour and half tonight for no reason. The majority was waiting on everything for so long. She hardly checked on us and by the time we finally got the check she forgot to take our appetizer off for staying at marriott. We were so happy when we could finally leave.

We got the gumbo and the fish and chips. It was decent but I have had much better. Out waitress was very sweet and attentive but the service was slow overall. We sat outside on the deck and the views we fantastic. Had a great time watching all of the people and the boats go by.

The best part of the meal was the crab cake. I think the crab cake was listed under sharable. I don't think it was a sharable portion but it was pretty good. The drinks we ordered were good also. The server was friendly and attentive. Our entrees were subpar for the price. Neither meals tasted as if they were seasoned. Very very bland. We went to landrys in LA just last month and it was amazing. This location was a bit of a disappointment.

The atmosphere was good and it was a breezy evening. The bathrooms needed to be tended to, the waitress seemed nice at first but was very forgetful and didn't inform me I'd be drinking my wine from a plastic cup, our food was sub par - the old fashioned we ordered came to us in a plastic cup as well. She seemed to be more attentive to other customers as she kept making mistakes at our table. Asking for tartar sauce and small plates- took forever to return to the table. It took 20 min to get a straw. It was very disappointing as Landrys has always been a go to for fine dining and Seafood- it didn't taste like the landrys I'm used to- it gives a bad experience.

The food was disappointing— the shrimp pasta was not good at all. The appetizer also had a thick, suspiciously short black hair in it (see the attached picture). The manager did come out and apologize, but overall, the experience was more negative than positive.

I recently visited Landry’s Seafood to celebrate a birthday, and while the food quality was slightly above average, the overall experience left me disappointed. I made a reservation through OpenTable and noted it was a special occasion. I also mentioned the birthday when I checked in 15 minutes early, yet it was completely overlooked, which spoiled the mood. Adding to the frustration, I was told to wait for my table, but after 35 minutes with no updates, I realized I had been forgotten. I had to return to the host stand to be seated. While the hostess and manager apologized, it didn’t make up for the disorganization. Once at the table, service was extremely slow. Dirty dishes and even my three empty drink glasses sat on the table until the end of the meal. Although the red snapper I ordered was fresh and delicious, the inattentive service and lack of acknowledgment for the birthday overshadowed everything else. The restaurant had a moderate, respectful crowd, so it wasn’t overly busy, making the service issues even harder to overlook. Unfortunately, this disappointing experience warrants only 2 stars.

Took my family here this past weekend for what we thought would be a nice dinner. We wait over 30 min for bread and had to ask several times before it was delivered. I ordered an old fashion and they brought a different version out that had a peach in it. Once I asked the waiter about it he said that’s the old fashion they have. After another 30 min he came out and apologized and told me he put in an order for some new type of old fashion they have there. The first one was terrible and not even close to an old fashion. Instead of making it right as soon as I brought it up he waited till I finished the drink to address it and ask if I wanted a regular one and got charged for both. Most restaurants won’t charge you if they bring out the wrong drink, especially since I brought it up immediately that it was wrong No one at our table got refills and we all got unsweet tea even though sweet tea was ordered. The food took over an hour to get and our food wasn’t even warm. Then we waited another 20-30 min for the bill just to have it mixed up with the group next to us. I’m honestly not usually picky about things but after spending several hundred on dinner here it was a hugeee let down.

Food was good, service was abysmal. It would seem that our server was caught up in her personal drama whilst serving us. We ordered our drinks, including an iced coffee (which apparently only comes with alcohol), so we ordered the iced coffee with Bailey's, and it came hot. We then said that the coffee was ordered as iced coffee with bailey's, not hot. The server then returned with said hot coffee and told us they could pour it over ice. Nevermind, sent it back, no biggie. Ate dinner and it was fairly good value for the quality. Server came back and collected the empty plates and immediately asked if we wanted the cheque, not if we wanted dessert or anything, just "hey, so, shall I bring the ticket?". We said we just got done eating, give us a minute. Server came back 5 minutes later and slammed the cheque on the table, after which we decided to go ahead and order an Irish coffee (which came cold!!!). This place is quite backwards on drinks, but okay for food. Just don't expect good service. Probably wouldn't visit again, just based on service, as that seems to be the general feel of the place. No wonder it's not busy!!! Would explore other options next time for sure.

After 2 attempts to make a medium rare steak they failed on both. Overcooked both times. Watched my wife eat and as she was finished by the time my second over cooked steak appeared. They offered no discount at first. Only removing the price and said I did not like it. I mentioned to the manager this was sad and he finally discounted 10%. Do not go here if expecting good food.

This place was horrible. Overpriced for microwaved food. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Bacon wrapped shrimp was cold on the inside. The manager was rude and was running guests off of the tables on the walkway. She was telling them that they were going to be seating people there when the restaurant was basically empty and I can tell why cause the food was disgusting. The service was terrible. I would never go to this place again. I do not recommend ever stepping foot in this place. You better off fishing off the pier and cooking the fish yourself…

10/10 do not recommend. It was my husband’s and I anniversary so we decided to treat ourselves to a nice dinner experience at Landrys on the boardwalk with some scenery. That was a mistake. We sat down wait several minutes for service. We went super early to make sure we made it for happy hour just to be informed that the empty restaurant we were going to be spending $200 to be told we have to walk up to the bar and order for happy hour. On top of that they did not have the full menu available that was online.
