Went through the drive thru no one infeont of me nor behind me the entire process was still asked to park and wait I refused nicley since there was no one waiting and instead of passing it through the window the sent it out to parking spot and I had to park to recieve my food in drive thru food was thrown haphazardly in the bag ive had a few other bad experiences at same location in the past dont waste your time or money

I eat McDonald's a lot, but the past two times that I have gone to McDonald's in order food my food was not fresh for one and secondly it was wrong the second time as well. McDonald's is the largest company in the world there's no reason why you should not be getting your money's worth. All I ask for is fresh food, informal order to be right. I have to file a complaint with corporate office.

Went through the drive thru. Nobody would acknowledge us on the speaker sat for 10 minutes. The employee said hi then ignored us after that. I think the employees were playing around in the back. Then my husband went inside to order he waited another 10 minutes for someone to come up to get his order. This reminds why I don't like McDonald's. Definitely not fast food. The reviews prove this. It is said a new resturant has bad management and employees.

I've not eaten here in years, and now I know why. There's nothing worse than cold McDonald's fries... My dog loves fries and he wouldn't eat them! The sandwich was luke warm. I needed a quick meal, but will never do that again. I just can't see how anyone could eat here except for the breakfast.

I got stuck in the drive through lane for twenty minutes and my food was still cold.It does not matter what time of the day or how long you wait.The food is always cold and nasty.

Worse customer experience at McDonald’s Smh first, I called the store to confirm it before driving over, and then they said they don’t even have the order. It was bundled with a free fry with a coupon. Then after getting very frustrated cause I was charged 20.12 the exact amount and they knew my name and the order details on the call. After getting worked up enough to tell the night manager that he was wrong he then was able to find it….🙄……after working here I know they clocked it out to make time…of course, it being the only thing available rn we re order in person to avoid any confusion and got charged 23.06 instead…

Customer service was very rude. Fries weren't filled up at all, went back to tell them and the lady at the window was very rude and said "Yall ate them" Lady downright laughed in our faces and was more concerned about "getting out of here" If we pay 40 plus worth of food, we should be getting our money's worth. Never coming back again, such a horrible experience. Chicken nuggets weren't even the right count

Older gentleman in a black shirt handed me a sweet tea 4” empty. I asked to top it off and get a ketchup/strawberry jam. He gave me grape and strawberry no ketchup and attitude. I paid for cheese and they didn’t even put it on there.

Every time I go there, there's always something in my drink I try to give it the benefit of the doubt every time and there's always something in my drink or food It's almost as if they don't clean their machines. I threw my drink out the car and threw up I can only describe to you what was in my drink, and it was a clump of something white I know my drink is not supposed to have anything white in it let alone something clumpy. Someone's gonna end up killed eating or drinking something from an unclean kitchen I don't know what was in my drink, but I'm truly disgusted.

UPDATE: my son went inside to get his food, the young man that worked there stated to my boy that “everyone was being lazy and didn’t want to walk your food out” MY MIND WAS BLOWN. That is 1000 percent RIDICULOUS!!!!! SMH Using the app to pre order is supposed to cut time, we waited at curbside for 15 mins, service stinks at this location.

Ordered through door dash and dasher mentioned they were taking awhile which was fine until I got my order. How do you forget the meat on a burger bro. Ain't no way.

Worst and slowest service. First I had another corporate coupon for a free burger, just like the one attached (different item), and my husband got denied the discount. He gets the burger but they were no where near on getting the frappe ready for him so he cancelled the order that he had fully paid for. I go in and ask why had they declined the coupon, so the cashier said it was not approved by "his manager," so I request this manager, which was a shift leader, who said she had to consult shift manager because she was unsure. 🙄 Seriously?! Why are you in charge, then? While I was waiting another lady came in from a drive-thru order for a really long time and still hadn't received her order, plus an elderly couple who had not had their order taken, left because of the wait time. And to top it off I asked for a No Pickles, No Onions and just got a No Onions, but of course, did not want to wait any longer.
