I visited the Hawaiian BBQ for the first time Friday and, not knowing what to expect, was blown away! My $8 aloha special came with 4 huge prices of huge, light, flaky fish with delightful, crispy crust, rice, and salad. I will definitely be back! The decor was sparse, but tasteful and the restaurant was very clean, light, and roomy.

The restaurant was very clean, staff was very polite and respectful. Food was great as always, i jist wosh you got more short ribs in your order, but other than that. The food is always great. Sometimes the parking is hard to get being in a very busy shopping center. You guys and gals are great keep up the amazing work.

I really appreciate the generous portions here—every meal feels satisfying and worth the visit. The restaurant itself is always spotless, which makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. Service is consistently quick, so you never feel like you’re waiting too long, and the staff are unfailingly kind and welcoming. Ono hawaiian bbq is so SO good. The food is always super filling, the portions are huge, especially with the family meal. Add ons aren't terrible either, and even if the spam musubi is around 6 bucks for 2 pieces, its well worth it. Theyre thick spam slices, with a lot of rice and sauce packed into really good seaweed wrap. The mac salad is super creamy, but not overwhelmingly so. It pairs good with the rice too! I don't know how to explain it but the rice itself is *so* good. They must add something because it's flavorful on its own. The bbq beef can be a little tough in some places,but its still got a nice taste to it. The shrimp and the chicken katsu breading was really crispy, but not so crispy it hurt your mouth to chew, haha. Fantastic place. And our server was kind too, super patient while we asked for clarification on things. Can't remember their name at the moment, but they had dyed pink(?) Hair and cool hat pins. Really kind service. :)

This was by far the best Ono Hawaiian place I have eaten at. I have been to the ones closer to my house but I would gladly drive half hour to eat at this location. The food was fresh. Big portions and the staff was beyond friendly. They were constantly making sure the lobby was clean too. Good job!

With buy one get one free coupon, it is a real good deal. A lot of meats, can feed for two people for one serving.

The food and prices were pretty good. I had a mini chicken katsu plate (about 6 pieces of chicken) with rice & mac salad, plus one of their Hawaiian beverages and it costed me about $16. The employees were constantly cleaning the tables and greeting costumers but my food took so long to get ready (I went mid-week around 1 pm). The worst part was my actual experience to use the bathroom. Unfortunately they only have one of those everyone-can-use bathrooms and I waited so long to be able to use it. Once the person was finally done, it was one of their employees who came out and he left the toilet very dirty, didn’t flush properly. Even though the food was good, I would not come back based on the bathroom experience.

We were there for about 45 minutes and didnt see 1 person come out to clean. •The door had smudges all over the glass and an extreme amount of kick marks. •There was food all over the floors. And I mean aaaaaall over the floors. •even if you wanted to clean up after yourself, you couldn't because there weren't any napkins available. You got 1 napkin per meal ordered. •sanitizer station was out. it was also way too loud. Since everything is wood and metal, the place echoed a lot. You have the noise from the cooks cooking in the kitchen, the loud vent, people placing orders, people talking as they eat, plus the sound of the music. We really enjoyed the food but have decided to order it to go next time.

Disappointing. Sat in the restaurant for 30 minutes, watching them serve food to literally everyone, then, when I inquired, they finally decided it was ready. They wanted me to react so badly by taunting me, laughing in my face, but luckily, I have self-control, and peasants can’t get a response.
