Food was good. Love the fish! Place needs a make over badly but it was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were singing in the kitchen. I think a happy cook makes the best food!

After remodel review* If you want fish go to razoos or Bubba 33 for cheaper price and bigger portions. This place is good for nostalgia I guess if you wanna say that. But go to the other places.

Woooooweee they need a new menu in the drive-thru really trashy And does not have specials. Overall food was great long John silvers never disappoints hilarious new boxes too

food was cold and wrong ...they did fix it but I'll never go back 😞.... so I went to the link where y'all told me to fill it out and I did and that was two days ago and no one's got a hold of me. like I said I'll never go back and I wouldn't recommend you to anybody... One of the worst experiences of my life eating out

I ordered 8 pieces of fish today. I was so disappointed. The fish was too dry and the oil was dark brown. It should have been yellow and moist.

Hello, I was hoping that my favorite place would be better than how I remembered it was back in St.Louis Mo. I'm going to be very honest, first off the price was a little pricey simply because the fish was cooked too long and the corn was also cooked a bit longer and it was probably sitting in the warmer all day, tasting like it never gotten changed! For me being a Chef for years I hope Companies would do better preparing the food that they offer or just think about when they go out and eat,would I eat that or why would you send that out of your work place? I will not eat there again!

I was sooo excited that it was open. Went at 3 pm on a weekday so it wouldn't be so busy. To my dissappointment the Order was wrong. Did not get green beans.fries were cold and stale. Fish crust was mushy and cole slaw was not cold. I'll will probably give it another try but not for take out. Take outs are screwed up everywhere. The only thing right was the hushpuppies

Went to long Jon silver I ordered a salon rice bowl, and when I tell you I’m highly disappointed. My rice was hard inside the bowl. Bowl wasn’t full, seen like they just slapped my food in the bowl and said Oh well. I’ll never go back again.

The food was old and hard. The corn looked REAL bad. And ceiling had white tiles that were brown from a leak somewhere. We have been here for lunch, and the food was amazing. I just think this was leftover food from lunch.

Just opened and it’s already going down hill. I recieved the incorrect food and it was close to closing and I tried calling but couldn’t get any answer. My daughter’s kids meal was extremely cold and not edible. They literally just threw things in the bag. Waste of $40. This is ridiculous. The fries are incredibly hard and the chicken as if it’s been out for hours.

Food was horrible it taste like it’s been out for hours then refried and burnt would have taken it back for my $17 and change but was not given or offered a receipt I want a refund!

I ordered food online and my husband picked it up as everyone else in the household was ill. When he got it home there was barely any food in it apparently they had forgotten to give us all our bags. I thought that was bad enough but I called up and was told I could come in and pick up the rest of the food. This was not an option we live quite a ways out and to tell you the truth after tasting what they did send I am so glad I did not have them replace the food. I did ask that they put our money back on our card and I was told they could not do that but they could give us food if we drove in. It was their mistake I felt like replacing our money on our card would be fair they did not. So I took the little we had and I split it up with everybody that's when things went really bad. I had ordered a dish with rice and grill shrimp for my mother-in-law and I because we were feeling poorly and thought how can you go wrong with rice. Well you can go wrong with rice when we bit into it it was not cooked and then we tasted the grill shrimp I can tell you right now as I have worked in many kitchens that shrimp has been frozen for some time it was rubbery and overcooked and it had a nasty taste I gave a piece to my husky he thought it was good but then he's eats things that we will not even talk about. Now my chorkie she loves everything I gave her a piece of shrimp she sniffed it and ran away I cannot believe the way this day is going. I will say that the coleslaw is quite tasty but everything else was either undercooked overcooked old or really extremely salty. This may sound like a vendetta but I have been eating at Long John silver's in that location since I was a child and I have grandchildren now. They had torn down the building and put a new one in we were quite excited we loved Long John silver's we do not anymore. The fish was extremely greasy and I'm not sure the fish oil had been changed lately. I've worked in many kitchens I know when the oil is old. So after being truly happy that they were back I think they can go ahead and close their doors because surely no one wants to eat food that tastes like this. And if you ask did we eat it no we did not okay we did eat the coleslaw that was quite tasty but how can you mess up coleslaw.

1/16/2026 we ordered two meals at 2:53 Store 70102 3 piece chicken, waffle fries, Cole slaw Fish and chicken meal 2pieces of chicken 1 fish Waffle fries, Cole slaw Well, the food was cold and tasted like it was leftover from lunch. We didn’t get our Cole slaw nor hush puppies. To top it off I called 3 different times and the phone just rang. So we paid $25 for old & cold food and half wasn’t even there. SMH #Do Better Killeen Texas, Do better

HORRIBLE. $6.59 clam strips that were burned beyond recognition. I’ve never had terrible long Johns but this place is it. Burned overpriced food . Wasted $42

Waffle fries are nasty- definitely should go back to regular fries. Ordered 3 piece shrimp and only got 2. Hush puppies were Stale and dry. Chicken isn't even breaded properly and soggy Entire store has went to crap. Long John Silvers is loosing its touch!!!!!
