⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience at this Wingstop! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The wings were perfectly cooked and sauced just right — not dry and not overly messy. The fries were seasoned perfectly and still crispy when I got home. The staff was friendly, fast, and very professional. You can tell they work hard and care about customer service. Even during busy hours, they handled everything smoothly and kept a positive attitude. Definitely one of the best Wingstop locations I’ve been to. I’ll for sure be coming back!

The wings were a solid 9/10, just needed a little more sauce. We did wait about an 1hr/30 mins for our food, but I honestly wasn’t mad. The girl at the register was super nice and kept everyone updated that orders were backed up, which was appreciated. King City is a small town and this is new fast food for us, so patience is important. You could clearly see the staff working the whole time nobody was standing around. When I came back, my order was ready. I’d suggest ordering online if you can, and please give the workers a break. They’re trying their best, no need to be rude.

I ordered online, and arrived to the location ~30 minutes later I waited ten more minutes and my order came out, while waiting the service I was observing was amazing with the cashier (girl with glasses), she was informing customers about the wait time and their situation, assuring customers that Wingstop understands where they’re at, customers on the other hand were rude for no reason like everyone who is leaving s bad review needs to understand that Wingstop is getting swamped with orders and they’re trying the best. Especially all the moms just waiting in line, talking smack about Wingstop when they can go home and actually cook something. Wingstop is doing they’re best and I see it. Shout out to the cooks for cooking everyone’s food

I live 45 minutes away, and ordered pickup on my way going to the bay area. Order was for pickup at 12:45pm. I get there and am told I have to wait 20 minutes. I guess the previous 45 minutes wasn't enough? Now I have to wait here and end up being later to the event I was driving for. This place doesn't have a freestyle machine either, so no hope getting the drink I want, so I'll have to settle for coke zero. Got the order at 1:10pm. Food wise, the fries were hotter then the tenders. Not sure if the chicken was Louisiana rub. Just waiting this long for this is a disappointment.

At around 7pm they also had said that they also ran out of fries so now i don’t even get my full order That should have been made before they even close to running out. I waited for a little then three hours and only got half my order (Substituted Sides I didn’t want) And then I won’t even get my sauce that I asked for and paid extra for. Then, finally when I get my order, it wasn’t given to me properly. All I was given was just the sides and they were expecting me to leave without my full order.. Even between the process of waiting for those three hours, I seen people who had orders between 5pm - 6pm Get theirs before I get mine and when I do get my order it’s after they run out of stuff.. I understand it’s new and I was trying to be very respectful, but it upsets me with how unprofessional that Experience was

i was more understanding that the food for the first week was going to be somewhat ok but i gave it a week to die down then proceeded to ordered hot honey, lemon pepper wings and hot honey fries extra cook time, idk if there just stingy with the seasoning but all of my food came with little to no seasoning had to double check i didn’t order plain wings very disappointed i thing i would genuinely just drive to salas and back to get better quality.

Food was actually decent, the fries were hands down the best I’ve had at a Wingstop, they were actually crispy. However, there is absolutely no ambience or seating at all at this location. The staff really need training in customer service because it’s nonexistent here. After placing my order and waiting in lobby I noticed a screen that indicated that my order was ready, so I went up to the front counter but there was no one there. There was a very large group of kitchen staff yet no one even bothered addressing me or even asked me to wait. After awhile of waiting, one of the kitchen staff came over to the front counter on the lobby area side and cut right in front of me and placed her bag on the counter, she then proceeded to yell at kitchen staff that she wanted to place an order. After awhile, another staff member came over to the counter and before the rude staff member had a chance to place her order, I asked for my order that was “ready” as per the screen, it wasn’t ready. I took the opportunity to request honey mustard to go with my order but the counter girl seemed frazzled and asked me if it came with my order, a question that truly puzzled me, never had I ever been asked that at a Wingstop. The rude staff member (who I suspect was some sort of supervisor) started talking Spanish to the counter girl and demanding that she look up my order to make sure honey muster was part of my order and if not she needed to charge me extra. All this for a side to dip my dry fries. Don’t know if this is something new at Wingstop, to charge extra for dipping sauces, but I have never been charged extra for dipping sauce at a Wingstop before. Granted, it’s been a few years since I’ve been to a Wingstop. Anyways, they charged me almost $2 for the side sauce that I was planning to dip my fries in. Outrageous! To my surprise, my order also included a side of ranch, which I never asked for or wanted. Nor did they ever offer to swap it out for the honey mustard. Seems like their priority is providing mediocre customer service and weasel their way into overcharging customers with add on fees. This experience I had was on 02/01/2026 at around 7pm-9pm (don’t recall exact time but it was after coming back from the Pinnacles.

Terrible experience. The service here is extremely bad. I went to ask if my order was ready and the employee didn’t even check—she just said no. My order ended up taking over 3 hours, and when I finally got my food, it was wrong. They didn’t give the right amount of fries, then said they ran out and never replaced them. I also paid extra for ranch and never received it. On top of that, they gave me a burger that was already bitten, and the staff laughed about it instead of taking it seriously. What made it worse was seeing employees touch money and then handle food without washing their hands. Overall, wrong orders, missing items, terrible hygiene, and awful customer service. I do not recommend this location at all.
