Much better experience than my last visit at the Buda location. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their different coffees. They were out of coconut milk so I got a almond milk cappuccino. It was good and service was fast. I would come here again.

Nice little coffee shop/boutique. We are not from the area but wanted a sweet drink. I ordered a coffee milkshake which was super yummy but could not taste the coffee at all. Something to try if your looking to satisfy the sweet tooth. Missing a star since the moon latte was not served hot but was lukewarm.

I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't so freaken cold all the time. Drinks are great since I love summer moon unique flavor but this location is always so cold. I've lived in Kyle for 2 years and every single time I come here it's so cold. I don't enjoy being inside so I end up going to other coffee shops. Even during the winter, the heater is never on. Sometimes it's colder inside than outside when it's cold weather. It doesn't feel cozy or comfort to be in here.

First time stopping by, exploring the area for a new coffe shop since I'm new to Kyle from Dallas. First off walking in, love the rustic theme and the display of everything so neatly. For me it felt a little crowded but it was also 9am, I'm sure during the middle of the day it's not so busy. Plenty of places to sit and do work or just have a drink. Will come back to try some more of their beverages. The match moon is pretty good I've definitely had creamer matcha but this is a good base if I wanted more cream I didn't add anything to it. Pretty decent pricing for the sizes and everyone was quick to help but not rush you. The service was overall very good, quick and easy. Hope to be a regular at this coffee spot in the near future!

Super cute coffee shop. The prices were a bit steep and they do not mix certain drinks like I like but it was good and I would return. Staff was really nice and helpful.

The coffee is delicious, but the baristas absolutely short pour your beverage. It’s not a hit and miss situation, every hot drink I’ve ordered has been short poured and full of foam. I have requested many times for less foam or no foam, and the drink is still only 3/4 full.

I ordered a large hot matcha moon with 1/8 of moon milk but I ended up getting a cold matcha moon regular and a hot moon latte with 1/8 of moon. I wish I had caught that on my receipt that I have paid for two drinks and neither is what I originally ordered. I also wish the server could have paid a little bit more attention for the order. At the end, she did not repeat the order to make sure she had put in the correct order. I like Summer Moon but disappointed with the service.

I walked up 6:59 - the doors were still open so I walked in. I was cut off immediately with “we are closed”. The first employee was polite - I then asked,”what if it’s just a gift card?” A second employee from behind the counter raised her voice before I could finish and said,” WE ARE CLOSED!” I could tell the first employee was a little embarrassed for the rude tone. She said, “I’m sorry.” I have worked retail/ customer service for quite some time and I completely understand it is the holidays and there are closing procedures. I did not want to ruin their night, but just wanted to see if it was possible. Hopefully we can all remember to treat people like humans ( or at least pretend to) and practice a little empathy.

Giving a low rating simply because of directions. Summermoon is known for thier moon milk, so one would assume that they wouldn't forget to put that in the drink! Well they forgot. I received a bland latte, when I asked for a Christmas cookie latte. Tasted like coffee and water.

This one is Kyle makes the nastiest coffee. It’s super watery and they got my matcha tasteless multiple times. And one time I got spoiled milk. Very disappointed. The one in San Marcos is much better.

Coffe used to slap! But now it just taste like watered down milk with traces of coffe, pastry’s are hit and miss on the staleness. The only good thing is the people. Drive through super tight. You’ll spend 14$ for a medium and a snack basiclly

I have to give it a one star on the simple fact of not following instructions. I've been to many, many summer moons around the nation and I always order the same drink and always should taste the same as I order it. No additions, no complications, just one item, straight forward and simple. At this location I ordered my small usual summer moon coffee (and always tip too, but now won't anymore) and nothing else. The employee thought that she misheard what I wanted and had to ask again in which I repeated and completed my order ( strike 1). Another customer came in after me, got their order before I did and their name was called upon giving their coffee (person was in and out within a minute while I was still waiting for mines) but when my order was done , my name wasn't called out but set to side while I was clearly standing right in front of them!(Strike 2.5) When I finally got my order, they put the wrong milk inside and messed up my order! When back in line and another employee asked me what was wrong and I told her that they messed up my order. She took it, had it redone "on the fly" but was still slow and again, didn't apologize for the mess up or anything. (Strike 3) I had to taste to make sure it was correct and it was, and left but no one took accountability on the mess up that happen and kept going like it was a regular day. It wasn't that busy to mess up a simple order but good god you have multiple people in their and still fail to make a simple order! If you want a better service, and right order, the buda location is better. Would not recommend this location. 👎
