My food was excellent and the lady that brought my food to my table was very nice 👌

Inside they prefer that customers use the wall screens to place orders.. the only negative for me is I was paying cash. After waiting in line to place my order on the screen I have to go wait again at the cashier to pay for my order.. I noticed the ppl that placed orders after me and paid with CC/debit card they got their food before me.. not convenient for cash users but other than that food was good like always

I just had the best customer service experience ever here! I work as a manager at a local restaurant and got off work late tonight so at 11:00 at night I decide I want Taco Bell. The gentleman working the register was so nice when I changed my mind about what I wanted to order and was very polite and friendly without being too friendly where its obviously fake. This location usually has good service but this was the best by far! My only regret is not getting a receipt so I could fill out a survey so corporate could see it!

They fed me the best crunchwrap supreme ive ever consumed in my life, and i am an avid crunchwrapper. Additionally, thwy gave me exactly the amount of sauces i requested on the kiosk. I hope to birth my children in this taco bell. I love you.

The food is always great but there's really no one at the counter anymore. I know this is the way of things but one lady walked up and asked us if she was required to order using the machine like we were. We told her no. I do really like the machine because I can customize easier but I don't always get what I ordered when I customize. Like if I add steak to a bowl, sometimes they remove the chicken and sometimes I don't get the steak. It's only frustrating because you pay extra for steak. Otherwise we love the food.

Grilled cheese burrito cravings box hit the spot. Got it quick too. The atmosphere was meh cause it was a drive through after all and this particular drive through is really bad. Super narrow and snakes back and forth.

Good food great friendly staff only thing is its prices have gone up so much its expensive now for 2 people it was 30 bucks to eat didn't even order much two suprem tacos bean and cheese burrito and something eles like Mexican pizza or something but outside was clean inside was clean bathrooms were okay could be done more and better but all around was good

This Taco Bell is very close to my workplace.But noticed their food quality level is going down.I don't know if it's the workers of they have been told to work like that.Today I ordered chicken bowel ,and fries and the drink,and the bowel the half of plate was lettuce,uou barely see the rice and chicken.And the fries...are soggy ,oily and like old,seems it was yesterdays fries,which was deep in oil one more time for freshening look,but it was awful ...Next time if I order and don't like I'll return back to them to try that fries...I don't know why google doesn't let to upload pictures.I uave the pictures as well...

The food is good and fast for taco bell, but I can’t figure out why I am paying $3.60 for a 5-layer burrito that is the same size as a $1.50 cheesy bean and rice burrito when the only difference is a scoop of ground beef instead of rice and a dab of sour cream. Last time I came here I paid for their protein steak burrito ($8.99 i think) and again it was the same size as a bean burrito but had about 4 steak pieces in it and some lettuce. Is this the taco bell way not or is this store just not up to standard?

I eat TB, frequently and come to this location tons but lately I've been coming far less frequently because they've had an enormous dip in quality. Gotten sick from it twice in one month. Their wait at night is always unbelievably long no matter how many cars are in, and you can never know when they're closed or open because their light fixtures are broken. The food might come hot it might come cold. Who knows? Not me! Every once in a while I'll have a hair mid-bite. I've stopped complaining and just make the drive to the location in Glendale. Leadership is lacking to say the very least.

The staff count is so low they prefer you order from the kiosk instead of dealing with an actual human. When walking up to the register (I had cash) the staff was so busy they didn't get to me for a while. All the while people using the kiosk got their food within a few minutes. It was 10 minutes before someone was able to get to me, and another 10-15 before my food was ready. I don't blame the staff; they were sorely understaffed.

Music is loud, and annoying blend of current pop. Cannot hear the workers trying to yell order names over the music. Interior lost 1/3 of the seating for an expansive drink bar. Probably not an issue. Just fewer options on where to sit. Food was great. Drink was wonderful. Just very, very tardy.

We used to love this location, but it has gotten much worse in the last few years. Nearly every time we order from here, something is missing or made incorrectly. We also like to order extra lettuce, tomatoes, or other condiments (which we pay extra for), but it doesn't look like they're actually adding any extra. The drive thru is usually very fast, but if you do an online order it can take up to 30 minutes! They highly prioritize the drive thru, so if you want it quickly, just do it that way.

For some reason this specific taco bell puts little or no meat on their food items. They’ve been doing it for 2-3 years. No longer wasting my time or money purchasing $4 tacos with 1 oz. of meat. At least Del Taco gives you a fair portion.

Worst service ever!! Waited for 35 minutes and the place was almost empty. Everyone was missing something from their order and were super angry because of the extra slow service. After we got our things after almost 40min we also had one item missing. No one apologized and they just laughed when we explained that its not normal to wait 40min and then the order is not even complete.

Waited over an hour to get our food, even after ordering online. Nobody at the register to ask about, and when we did finally get someone to listen, they did not say sorry, did not ask what the problem was, they just went and hid in the back. We did not get an explanation as to what the problem was, they just gave us our food and left. Terrible service and their food is not even above average against other taco bells. I don't even write reviews but this place gave me so much time waiting for their food that I decided to use my time to write this.

Horrible experience here. I ordered through the app and I guess they gave it to someone else accidentally. So I waited like 20 minutes while they made it over. Then I asked for straws and mild sauce and they assured me it was in the bag. It wasn't. I also didn't receive some of the items I paid for. To top it off, my soda was completely tasteless because they hadn't changed the syrup on the machine but they didn't bother letting me know..I would've picked another option if I knew. I had a really long and stressful day working at my healthcare office and just wanted to have a dinner that I didn't need to stress over for my family. It was completely ruined. This was my worst Taco Bell experience in all the years I've been going to different Taco Bell locations. Very disappointing.
