PÉSIMO SERVICIO, DOS HORAS PARA ENVIAR UN PEDIDO Y CUANDO LLEGA LA GASEOSA REGADA EN LA BOLSA. 😠 En otra ocasión pedi un pollo y nunca llegó. No lo recomiendo para nada

El pollo muy salado, a parte de eso se piden 3 porciones de papas las mandan solo en un recipiente cuando se supone que si son tres porciones es que son para tres personas diferentes, la cantidad muy poco, no parecía ni una porción, la chica no tuvo buena actitud cuando se llamo a preguntar por dicha porción, solo contesto que si quieren "pesenlas" mostrando 0 experiencia en servicio al cliente, no recomendaría el lugar

Pesimo servicio, la persona que atiende las llamadas no conoce de servicio al cliente y el pollo muy salado

Terrible! They deceive customers with their products. They don't send what they paid for, and then pretend otherwise. Don't buy.

At first everything was super good, nothing to complain about, but now the service is super terrible, if I could give it -5 stars I would give it, the chicken is dry, salty, very expensive, pieces that look like pigeon, immediately they cut the breast in half, in each whole chicken they steal a breast, and after that I order a very expensive chicken, the delivery is super expensive and immediately they don't send me any sauce, I do not recommend it, save yourself the bad time and pay more somewhere else.
