I always go here and get the pepperoni pretzel with the cheese sauce. They always taste great. Be aware that Google says they close at 8pm but they actually close at 7pm!

Great place for hot dogs on a bread bun..and that 😋mustard Guldens ...tops it off!! Try and get them when they are fresh made if you can ? Pretzels are good too I get pepperoni with jalapeno..dip in pizza sauce..extra $ but 👍 too. Coupons in Entertainment books saves you some dough$ !!

Food is literally hours old and they refuse to make it fresh… This location is now a joke

Tried to place an order and was told they were out of Pretzels and if I could wait 20 minutes. I waited like a dummy because it was for my daughter and after twenty minutes was asked again what I would like to order. After I told them I've already paid I'm waiting on a pretzel they asked to verify my receipt. Finally my daughter got her Pretzel took about 3 bites and was done with it. 🤣

Sunday before Christmas and I decided to get some pretzels with my kids. There were four parties in front of us in line inside. There's a window outside where one can place an order, but no one is outside. When there's one party ahead of us people start lining up outside. The cashier takes an outside order before helping me. Okay. I understand she should be alternating customers. The cashier takes a second order. I stop her and ask why she is taking a second outside order. I point out we have been in line before there were any outside customers. The cashier states, "I thought she was with the other lady who just ordered." I look out the window. The other lady is gone. She swipes the a credit card for the outside order. I express my disappointment. My kids and I left.

Brett tried to serve us food a previous customer had returned. He also accused me of lying after I asked for a missing dipping sauce and demanded to look into my bag. Later he found the dipping sauce in the bag he was trying to serve me from that had the other customers bites. The line was moving so slowly at least 3 people behind me left. The pretzels were already made but it still took ten minutes per transaction

Workers are lazy and rude! Female worker looked at us, rolled her eyes, and didn't bother to greet us. There was almost no food readily available about 2 hours before closing. We arrived at 630pm and made an order but cashier told us that what they have is what they got. He did not offer to make the order or even give us a timeframe for prepping more pretzels, etc. Annoying experience. Employees were just standing around and could have provided better service. It wasn't even close to closing.

Back to back awful visits. On Mother's Day I went to get pretzels for my wife. I ordered two pretzels and cheese. The employee charged me for pretzel bites and cheese. The girl working had to cancel the order, refund it and redo the whole transaction. Not once did she apologize. Today I ordered the same thing and the two pretzels I got were rock solid. Didn't think I would need to check the bag to make sure the food was fresh since a supervisor was training a new employee on my transaction. I figured since it was a supervisor helping, that they would monitor the freshness of the food. I tried calling the store four times and no one would pick up.
