This place has turned around for the better. You are treated with a greeting coming in. The staff are attentive to everyone by walking around and saying "is there anything else I can get for you today." Many reviews are old and trust me it's much better now.

The customer service is great. My go-to order is the Santa Fe Chicken sandwich (extra Santa Fe sauce), onion rings, and the cookies and cream ice cream shake. There could be long lines at the drive-thru. There is plenty of parking in the surrounding vicinity.

Now, not being sophisticated about current popular culture I didn't know who Alix Earle was and did not do a Google search before ordering. My decision was based solely upon the picture and description on the menu board. The burger itself was a tasty combination of textures and flavors while the fries were hot and crispy. The frozen lemonade was the correct balance of tart and sweet! A delicious combo at a reasonable price.

We ordered online hoping it'll be ready by the time we arrive for pick up, however, when we arrived food wasn't ready and other people who came after us, receive their order before us. Hope they resolve this issue with prioritizing different types of customers.

One of the WORST performing Carl's Jr.'s we've had to deal with. This place needs to seriously shape up. They haven't failed to mess up our drive-thru orders. Missing burgers, missing fries, there's always something missing. When ordering inside, the employees will IGNORE you. It took them several minutes just to say "I'll be right with you". I used to work at a Carl's Jr before and this is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but what happened to "six dollar service"? If you order here, check your bag twice. Seriously.
I bought chicken sandwiches yesterday to take home and enjoy it but when I check my sandwiches 2 of 4 the portions of chicken was really small, I take them, next day to same store and spoke with Michael M which is the lead person, he refused to give me another sandwiches instead he told me to call the phone number on my ticket, which I did, I spoke with Gabi District manager she resolved my issue very well and thank her for it, I think better training for those lead people to resolve easy issues safe customer a lot inconvenient.

Ordering was hard due to employee was hard to understand, dining area looked very grimy, like they don't clean the walls and chairs, bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, smelled like mildew and walls were really bad.

The store is way understaffed. It took me almost 10 minutes to get my food from the drive-through and there was only one person ahead of me. Also, $17.50 for one person at Carl’s Jr.. That’s too much.
Drive thru forget food items. I wonder how much they profit from "forgetting" customer's food. They keep your money and never give you what you ordered and paid for. Walk in and ordered my food, needed ketchup because the ketchup dispenser was out of ketchup, mine you it was 8:45 in the morning. Sat down and was eating and there were ants walking on the window sill. Hear the employees laughing instead of do there jobs.

Ordered a double, got charged for a double, gave me a single patty burger. When I tried calling in to inform them so they can be more careful for the next customer they refused to answer the number posted on google
I stopped at Carl's Jr. And asked for a Mocha coffee and I was told that they didn't have any. I was in the drive thru so I said okay and move forward. I paid the girl at the window and I asked why didn't they have the coffee she looked at me like I was crazy. At the same time the I'm guessing manager said that they didn't sell ice coffee. I said then why was it advertised outside she said it's not coffee it's a milkshake it doesn't say coffee. I'm sorry If i didn't say Mocha coffee milkshake but it does say mocha coffee. She's supposed to be in customer service. And the customer is not always right so correct me before I get to the window. I don't want to wait another 10minutes for a "coffee milkshake"
The morning manager is very grumpy. She seams like she is totally unhappy and reflects it in her customer service. I've been coming to this location a couple months and they are frequently out of certain foods. They have one job sell burgers how can they be out of burgers. Think it's time to find a better location
I was excited to try the new Golddig Cheeseburger. The commercial made it look so good. NOT! I was soooo disappointed. Not even close to the commercial. I couldn't even taste the sauce. I had to look at the receipt to make sure it said Golddig. Burger was so little. Should of went to Wendy's.

Was offered a receipt but I declined so I could have been charged incorrectly. I’m not sure if people don’t care about their job, not trained well, or both.

3 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in this location yet they are STILL open.
Not open when I came at 4. Saw someone there but no one came to window or to take order
Told them about their American flag being faded and torn and got a dirty look. Been a week and they still have not replaced it. Unacceptable!!!!!!
This location claims to be 24 hours but I lost count of the number of times I came here at midnight or a little later and it is always closed.

Went to get sliders after seeing commercial during laker game, don’t do it! They were cold, dried out and a waste of money.
I ate in with my two sons and the worker placed the black trays on the heater and thought it was funny when he slid them to me I tried to pick them up and burned myself I gave this man no attitude was very polite to him and yet I’m the customers and getting treated very rude
Prices are really high the food is lukewarm, if you get it through the drive-through and wait till you get home to eat, it's gonna be cold... But that's only if they get that order correct. Nothing like getting home and realizing somebody's entire meal was left out or they've Giving you the wrong food.
Horrible food. The quality was not even edible. We ordered two famous burgers, criss cut fries, and their new bacon ranch fries. The ranch fries were stale and had a funny taste like it was rotten. I had to spit it out. The burgers were slapped together like someone threw it from afar. I expected more but will not return to this Carl's. I had a bad experience before with their quality. Employees were ok. No issues with them.
I've come to this location only as a last resort due to previous issues, now fast forward 2yrs later and I decide to give them another try. I dont think that I asked for anything outrageous other than what they advertise with huge banners. Drove up to the drive through at 10:53 AM on 03/18/2018 and asked if they still had the 2 for $2.50 deal egg and sausage biscuit. The response that they gave me was yes! I then asked for 8 or 4 deals, the female responds back with we only have two left. I ask the person what time is breakfast served till and she responds with till 11:00 AM, so I respond with you still have 6 minutes at this point to make them and I will wait. She then responds with we have cleaned all the breakfast stuff up and are no longer doing breakfast. While this is going on I can hear in the background that she is being directed to tell me to order a lunch item because now breakfast is done. And you wonder why the locals avoid this place at all cost!
This place is horrible, even for a fastfood restaurant. The food always seems to be a mess. Things like lettuce look and taste stale/wilted/old/nasty too often. They've messed up my order quite often, which resulted in me having to drive back to get my proper order. All of this is bad enough, but one of the biggest thing for me was the fact that they "closed" earlier than the official time they're supposed to close at. I had several times where I would drive in at least 30 minutes before closing time, and they turned me away saying they're completely closed. I've worked in fastfood before, and we never did this. We'd get chewed out by the owner if we ever did something like this. If it was a real slow day, at best we'd keep a skeleton crew, and if this Carls Jr did that I'd understand that. But to close shop completely is dishonest to the customers who actually make the drive out there. 10 min before official closing time is more understandable, but 30 mins ... The only reason I still kept coming here was due to the convenience factor of being close to my house, but if they're not even going to stay open properly for the time that they THEMSELVES state that they're open, they don't deserve my business
Claims to be open 24 hours but everytime I come after midnight, they are always closed. Why would you lie like that? I have also ordered Uber eats late at night and the drivers have to cancel. Wasting peoples time and gas.
Ordered the beyond star burger for my vegan girlfriend only to find out that, after she took a bite, it was beef. Everything said beyond star burger and even was labelled special in the wrapper, yet it didn't stop her from throwing it up. Absolutely disgusting!

Tried to pick up for a food delivery service late night. Employee told me someone picked up the order, then later said multiple people picked up that order already? So I verified with the customer, and the customer said no, they haven't received any food. So I asked if they can just cancel and re-order and your employee straight up refused with a bad attitude, saying, I will not make anymore food for that customer. As if the food was coming out of his wallet personally or something. It was one of the most unprofessional things I've seen doing this job.

Just left with my drive thru order, couldn't be more simple, a chicken star childrens meal for the little one, and a double famous star for myself with a lettuce wrap, their signature burger. As has become the norm for this location in recent years there is ALWAYS something wrong with the order no matter how simple it is. This time I was given a regular single famous star, with a normal bun. Not exactly the end of the world, except that I'm on a keto diet and placed my order accordingly. Of course the adults working what used to be a job for entry level teens 20 years ago when their service was better, had no issues reciting my exact order to me twice during the drive thru experience. Likewise they had no problems charging my credit card the correct amount for the food I actually ordered. The problem didn't arise until somewhere between charging me, and handing me a bag of food with incorrect items inside. Of course I didn't discover this until I arrived home with a simple order consisting of two of their more marquee and likely common items they sell. At which point I realized the mistake rendered my order insufficient to satisfy my lunch needs and was forced to seek alternatives. I guess from here on out it's on me to sit idle on their drive thru and quality check my own order from the window while anyone behind me in line waits it out.
