Got 10 chili dogs for 20.00. On Glendora and Francisquito, West Covina. They were fresh & hot but they cut back on the chili. So I had to tear off both ends to eat a chili dog.

We beat the rush. We were first in line for our large order of corn dogs, pastrami fries, sandwiches and poppers. All the food was everything we expected. AWESOME SERVICE.

What can I say, "CHILI DOGS" are the GREATESTS. I usually go to the drive thru, and never have a problem with my order. The #1 with onions and no cheese. I know chesse on a chili dog is awesome, but the after effects are "NO BUENO!"

The wait was minimal the cashier was very friendly, but I have to say the poor guy was so hot there is a need for a a/c at the drive through window.

I top my hat to this place as you are the only place I have seen do this was there today which is Saturday and a employee was going to start her shift and before she could come through the door her temperature was taken and her shoes was disinfected before she could go in. My favorite Wienerschnitzel is the chili cheese dog with onion and my second favorite is a corn dog. The two problems with this Wienerschnitzel their drive-thru is kind of slow and their Lobby is still closed. Covid-19 is mostly political about one-tenth the number of deaths they claim actually happened open your damn Lobby Wienerschnitzel and come back into the 21st century with everybody else.

Soft serve ice cream has more air density than is whole counterpart, but it's so damn good. The way they provide it here with choice of candy in their dessert line... forget the entree , the sweet tooth factor brings you back.

Girl at the drive thru shoved the bag into my hand and closed the window without the ketchup and mustard i asked for. When i got her attention she Palmer the window to dismiss me in a "talk to the hand" fashion, so I drove away without condiments for my kids, my girls and my hot dogs for no reason. I'm sure she was having a bad day so i didn't complain to management bc i know how it is but it was extremely rude, regardless.... Oh well

Not a big fan of their chili, which is a problem because a good chunk of their menu is built around it. I wish they had more speciality dogs. They used to have a good BBQ Western dog, but that off the menu now. So is their pastrami dog. It would be nice if the offer beef corndog too. Update: Service seem to slower now. They now weigh thier fries, which seem to be more time consuming then counting scoops.

Not bad for a hotdog place:-) The dining room is closed still. You even have to waist gas in the drive through. Not cool. I went there to save money but ended up paying a lot for gas. :-(

Honestly I only got a Dipped cone. But it was all smashed down like the ice wasn't cold enough. I know the chocolate melts it but it shouldn't dripping off drive thru persons hand when they hand it to me

When putting your order in at the drive thru, keep in mind that you may be interrupted by the order taker in the middle of your order, so they don't hear the rest of your order. Then after they get their question answered, they may not ask what the rest of your order is. Then they may not repeat back your order, but instead ask you to come to the window, where you think they'll either retire at back your order or ask you for the rest of your order. But that might not happen, and instead the order taker will only give you the total for the part of the order she actually listened to. At that point you may realize you'll have to help the order taker take the order, yet they're the one getting paid to do so, and you're paying them to do so. All of this could happen, hypothetically. Not that it ever would. Oh wait. It just happened to me a 1/2 hour before writing this...

I usually love Tastee Freeze ice cream, went for an ice cream at this location, and It was Sad. Ice cream didn't taste like ice cream, it was melting all over, and had a weird after taste.

French fries were cold and stale, corndog was cold, but the chili dogs were ok. Very disappointing, especially for the price we paid. The food here is usually pretty good, but the pay coyote times, not so much. You can better Wienerschnitzel..☹️

Used to love this place now it's over priced. This specific one I ordered a street dog... It had so much mayo on it I was gagging just bringing it to my mouth needless to say it was uneatable the poppers were over cooked or what I like to call double dipped... In to the fryer to 'refresh" them

For the past 8 years my family and I have visited this location and have been happy there til now, I don't know if it's management or the company, but now the chili dogs have very little to no chili on them at all. My kids use to look forward to Wienerschnitzel, now they don't.

2/21/26 9:48PM Ordered 2 Barbecue Veggie Dogs and some other things. Got back in line for the Drive thru after seeing the Dogs had Barbecue, but had Cheese, no Pickle, and what seemed to be bacon bits. I had ordered a Barbecue Veggie Dog from this exact Wienerschnitzel before, a month ago. Plus another 2 from the 1212 N Azusa Ave. location a couple weeks ago. I gave the incorrect Dogs to the cashier, who then showed them to the cook. I also showed the Cashier and the Cook the images of what the 3 Veggie Dogs look like on a google search on my phone. None of the images look like the 2 Dogs that were given to me. But the cook insisted that these were correctly made and pointed out that the Chicago Veggie Dog being the only one listed on the drive thru menu (which is correct). (But what was given obviously was not a Chicago Dog) And the cashier did not disagree about the correctness of the order and handed them back to me. She said nothing else and (casually) closed the window. No confirmation as to what the topping was, that I allegedly mistakenly believed to be (non-vegetarian) bacon bits. They just said "it's veggie". And there was no exact confirmation if the cook had tried to make it this way because this Wienerschnitzel or the entire franchise no longer served Barbecue Veggie Dogs. And nothing had been said to me about this when I ordered, no "unavailability of the item you wanted" mentioned nor that they could/would make an alternative veggie dog with the cheese and ___ bits, but no pickle, as a well-intentioned (but not communicated) compromise. After searching online (trying to be as sure as possible and be able to show images from their own website), and deciding to smell the "indeed-they-surely-are" bacon bits, I got back in line for a 2nd time. And, so, I certainly could not recommend any vegetarian person ordering from here because I still didn't receive any clear answers, about what the actual issue was that led to this - a website problem?, a specific location difference?, etc. Barbecue Veggie Dogs are simply on the ordering website, are able to be ordered at this exact location, and there still was some issue. Obviously, they have the ingredients to make the Veggie Barbecue Dog since they made it that way after the 2nd time getting back in line and me showing them my phone, on which their website was on the screen. Since I have no idea if it was a "This specific Cook guy and Cashier lady" issue or if it was a systemic issue, or if whatever was fixed or not.... And I received no competent and/or apologetic reaction to encourage me to ever come back again, I have no incentive to attempt to order it again in the future. And thus, unfortunately that means I would not be supporting a vegetarian option. Nor would I pitch in a bit of money, as I had considered doing the 1st time back in line, because I know that people mess up sometimes and the vegetarian diet is a minority one which takes adjustments to accommodate for. If some person or restaurant would put Bacon Bits on top of a Vegetarian order, be shown it (as a meat eater themselves), and still have believed it to have been correctly Vegetarian until being approached about it a 2nd time.... And then never explained what the issue was...then I couldn't even trust that the Hot Dog meat part was actually Veggie meat.

Ordered a candy banana split. When I took it out to eat. There was ice cream with a brown banana split in half. How do u not see you are putting a rotten banana in and covering it with ice cream. The people were white, don't know if it was racial. But in any case look at ur food before eating it. Check your kids food also.

Drive thru lady who worked last night, doesnt hear orders correctly and when you confront her about it, she throws a fit like it's your fault. Shes dark skinned with penciled in eyebrows, if you're not happy where you're working then look somewhere else for a job, because fast food is not for you. Do not give customers attitude.

I had given a 3 star review in 2022. Store No. 657. 1731 Hacienda Blvd. La Puente, Ca 91744. But today 09 Jan 2023, I have to give it a 1 star. I ordered my usual two chili cheese dogs, small fries and a small diet pepsi. I paid $12.94. Today the buns were stale and the fries were not good at all. They apparantly gave me dry old fries that appeared waxy and hard. No flavor and not salted. I asked the girl at the drive thru window to please make sure they put salt on the fries. She said "okay". But instead she gave me 3 salt packets. It didn't do any good. Like I mentioned the fries were dry, old and waxy and the salt didn't stick. I don't know what's going on there but I hope it won't be a continuing trend. The drive thru girl was polite. I should have gone to Jack In The Box instead. 2022 I really like their chili cheese dogs, and French Fries. I wish they carried Coke. I don't care for Pepsi. Toooo sweet.

I ordered a chili dog fries pastrami sandwich and water cup. My finger accidentally touched the soda button while reaching the water button. The employee quickly jumped over and turned off the soda machine to make sure I didn't steal any soda. Only the water worked.I returned the fries for new fries since they were stale and cold. I mentioned I have California Food Handler Certificate. Food has to be hot, all the time.

This was this idiot (which Im thinking he must be the manager) messed up my orders twice and witnessed him being disrespectful to his employees!! One employee was nice enough to fix me up a fresh new order and was very nice about it though. Just watch out for the idiot manager!!

A disappointing visit in the drive thru. Ordered a couple of dogs, a lg drink and a cone. When I get to the window I get the dogs and drink and I ask for the cone. "I didn't charge you for the cone". I say ok and pull out. Look at my receipt and there's the charge for the cone. After all $8.50 is a little much for 2 dogs and a drink. I received a refund on the cone, minus the taxes, but the attitude I could have done without.

They messed up my food. I brought it home and went back. The manager accused me of eating the food that was missing. Then opened all the food and shot it back to me because she can see it was not eaten. I said I want a refund she said no. Then I said I will File with credit card. She threw the money at me coins and everything. What the heck was that. She messed up. She gave me Wrong order. Then she accused me of eating but knew I didn’t so then she threw money at me. All in all I will Never ever go here again. Even though it’s the nearest words to me And I like it. Really horrible Experience. I’m So mad

Just spent $16 on a meal that was on special for $6. I got out of my car to speak to the cashiers inside after going through the drive-thru and was told they can't help me and they dont make suggestions for the specials because signs are posted on the windows. Thanks for not caring about your customer. Horrible customer service. Shameful in treating people like you could care less.
