Very delicious cod fish and calamarata ! The steak was also very well cooked. Even the bread was good - fluffy and freshly baked forgot to take a pic was too hungry This place is very homely and although on the outside it may not seem like anything the food is outstanding ! Highly recommend

Great lunch with my wife. The atmosphere is nice both inside and outside, you can feel the old town of La Spezia surrounding you. The service was really good attentive and present. Food was presented well, with good portion and very tasty. Good selection of wines. Price in range.

Portions are small but very tasty. I ordered the Ligurian style fish and it was very good, with fresh bread it was a great lunch meal. In our group there were also comments that the pasta carbonara was deliciously al dente. I recommend this place!

Foods are superb, all of dish are top notch!!! That steak with pepper sauce is the top of the night, melted in your mouth, we weren’t too sure about it when we ordered but I can assure you, that will blow your mind away! Steak, ravioli, homemade tiramisu are must have!! Must visit and worth to spend a night here!

This is a small little restaurant tucked in a side street off the main strip. The waitress who served us was friendly and spoke English. Everything we ordered was delicious and well priced. The caprese salad was extremely fresh and large enough to feed 2 people. The stuffed mussels came with about 10-12 shells. The red sauce was delicious and had to be soaked up with the table bread. Both pasta dishes tasted like the sea with the amount of seafood in them. The fried mixed seafood plate was freshly fried and came out steaming hot. There was a cover charge of 1-2 euros per person as well. Every restaurant in the core seems to serve more or less the same types of dishes at various price points. This restaurant seems to have a smaller and more seafood focused menu which is always a good sign!

Fantastic & typical family Restaurant We ate here with my family based on the google review ranking. It was really good and aligned. We thought they really deserved the 4.5 they had. The family owning this restaurant is also very nice, we enjoyed every minute, and also this is a pet friendly place so great to be able to come with our dog. The food was excellent, everyone had different dishes and they were served rapidly and were really good. Would easily come back here!

Went to wonder around La Spezia today and came across this cute little restaurant. They were packed and the reviews read well so I decided to check it out. Had the stuffed mussels, a native dish to La Spezia, a must try and Filet of sea bass cooked in ligurian style. Food was delicious! Server was warm and inviting, spoke English and was efficient given she was the only server in the restaurants!! Highly recommend!

Was delighted to have found this lovely restaurant by chance while wandering round La Spezia. We were after some fresh seafood dishes and that’s exactly what we got, wine was also very nice. Great service and nice relaxed atmosphere and very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic dinner at Antica Osteria dell’Uva in La Spezia! The seafood risotto was rich and perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor and fresh ingredients. The fritto misto was also excellent – crispy, light, and full of variety, including shrimp, squid, and anchovies with vegetables. The atmosphere was cozy and authentic, and the service was kind and attentive. They also have a good selection of drinks and local wines. The menu offers a great range of seafood and traditional Italian dishes at reasonable prices. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!

Super friendly, great service, and fantastic Ligurian food - the trofie al pesto were the best I had in all of the Ligurian coast, and the smoked tuna mille foglie was inspired and superb. The local DOC wine paired very well with the supper and it was perfectly finished off with an excellent sciacchetra. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my dinner here. The staff were super accommodating and friendly. We had a lot of requests and they didn’t seem to get annoyed by it. They also watched my phone while it charged for me. I ordered a seafood risotto which comes with all the shells removed which is great if you’re not up for doing that but it doesn’t make the food look very appetising. It tasted rich though slightly too salty depending on your palate. Overall the food was delicious.

We discovered this place walking around La Spezia and it was an amazing surprise. Great food from the sea, from the tuna tartar, to the branzino and the fritto misto! Everything at a very affordable price. Definitely recommend!

Went on a day but it was closed and returned the next day to try again, service felt alittle hostile at first (not sure it’s because they were busy or we were asians) but it became better after. Food took awhile to come, taste was OK but not impressionable
