I first went to this place by chance and fell in love. Since then, I always go here on special occasions. The food here is amazing and all the staff are nice. The atmosphere inside the store is good, but I really like the exotic atmosphere when eating outside. I'm looking forward to going here again.
I've eaten her twice, sharing their chicken nachos with two others and enjoying a Smog City Groundworks Coffee Porter on tap. The nachos were plentiful with flavorful chicken, plenty of cheese, olives, tomatoes, jalapenos and sides of salsa, guacamole and sour cream. The tortilla chips were nice and crispy. They have a wide selection of craft beer on draft, so you'll find something for whatever your mood. The servers were also attentive both times. If you're a sports fan, the numerous large screen TVs on every wall will ensure you don't miss a play. While I visited during the Cal State Fullerton students' winter break, I could imagine the lively energy when they return. Situated in a cool part of town with brick buildings and appealing aesthetics, Fullerton Brew Co. offers not just great food and drinks but also a vibrant location to explore with plenty of nearby stores. A definite go-to spot for a relaxed and enjoyable time.
Just loved it. Lunch price is great and even the portion was good. Soup & salad was just right and chicken risotto and parmesan crosted chicken was so good on point. Staff were professional and nice. Super recommended.
Loved the food. Ordered mainly appetizers and cold beer to wash it down. The margarita is large and a perfect blend of flavors
Blind pig and Pliny the elder, I personally prefer blind pig. That was the most unique and delicious taco salad I have ever had.
Been wanting to visit this place for a while. Finally got a chance to check this little hidden gem in (DTF) service was pretty good. Great selection of food and beer, I grabbed a few small bites but willing to try something different next time. Restrooms are clean. One of my favorite aspects, is that they have a digital jukebox with a great selection of music. Definitely coming back.
I love the chicken risotto, vaquero steak, pot stickers, Belgian waffles with fruit. They open early on weekends for breakfast everything I have tried so far has been good! Great spot for sports and drinks too!
Formerly known as Stadium Tavern. This place has a huge selection of craft beers. Amazing food too! I highly recommend the risotto. There's also outdoor seating. Find it at Suite #128 in the retail building.

I love this place! I first started going here because they have an outside patio where I can smoke a cigar. Turns out they have great food and an awesome tap list of craft brews. I highly recommend Fullerton Brew Co.
Awesome calamari. Delicious ribeye sandwich. Russian River pale ale and freshly tapped Blind Pig were excellent.
This place is cool! Probably one of the better lower key spots left in DTF. Not as packed as the other locations, so the bartenders and waitresses still like their jobs haha. Never have any complaints about this place :)
Kelsey gave us great service. Atmosphere was just what we were looking for on a Saturday afternoon. Good Brussels sprout appetizer!
Food and drinks are excellent, my second time there service was wonderful staff is friendly and make sure you have what you need. Love the way the set up is during the pandemic, brought back some normalcy seeing other people and socializing a bit. I highly recommend.
This place has great drinks and a large selection of beer. The food is amazing and the staff are all very friendly! Good place to get a bite and a drink and just chill. Tons of tvs if you're into sports too.
Really good buffalo wings and fries
I really enjoyed this place. There was live music on Friday. The food and drinks were very good. I will be coming back. Great atmosphere while sitting outside by the heat lamps.
I don't know why people would want to go anywhere else when choosing a place in Downtown Fullerton. The food here is awesome and it is not too much more than other similar places. The bar has about 20-25 different offerings, a majority of which are good craft beer. The drinks are not expensive, even outside of happy hour. The staff here are very attentive when it comes to the needs of large groups (splitting checks without having to even ask, ect...) and they do an excellent job waiting on you and making sure that your needs are met. The tavern has a small patio out front where you can sip on a scotch & puff on a cigar while watching the Downtown Fullerton crowd pass by. This place is really the hidden gem of Downtown Fullerton. Trivia Nights on Thursday karaoke on Friday Nights
Delicious food! Big portions. Highly recommend the pear martini
I had breakfast here and its soooooo good! You get HUGH portions. Everyone in my group ordered something different and everyone really enjoyed their meal. I will definitely come back for more.
Of all the places to eat in downtown Fullerton, FBC is my favorite. The food is great and the beer selection is huge, but pay special attention to the rotating specials. They're reason enough to go back every couple of weeks.
I had such a great time there. The beers were cold. The staff was so attentive. Absolutely loved it there.
Always a good meal a Fullerton Brew pub. We've been going here for years. Nice staff, great breakfasts and dinners and absolutely love the new "patio" they have out in the street. I hope they keep this wven after all the craziness has passed.
Food was great! I love the variety of beer to select from. I don't understand the complaining of price. I work in the food service business. The prices are fair. Will come back for happy hour next!
This place is so laid back and cool. It's where Ive come o on 1st dates. The place shows no frills, the drinks are priced right, the food is great and the service is outstanding.
Omg! The food portions on the breakfast/ brunch was ginormous. I had Minolta(?) Omlette & it was delicious! My friends had the chicken fried steak & waffle breakfast which looked spectacular.
They have awesome eggs Benedict with really thick ham slices. Also, if you love crispy breakfast potatoes then you are in for a special treat. Another of my favorites is their huevos rancheros because they cook the eggs so well. Gotta try their bloody Mary too!
Yummy seasonal specials (tonight: veal piccotta was tender tangy and perfect) change every 2 weeks. Happy hour apps and drafts are wonderful. Mmmm...chicken with risotto!!!
Again another fun trivia night like Dirty Nelly's. Nights like these probably will never repeat themselves. Things will become normal or probably there will be some bad nights. But for a brief period of time a slight portal was open where all things fell into place. Ordered mushroom burger and curly fries. And redbull drink. Went there for trivia only and had a fun time. Excellent company where strangers took you to their team with open arms. Plenty of mirth and merriment. Aspyn and the greeter Emily were very friendly. Who actually says "mirth"? smh
One of the greatest restaurants in Fullerton. Historical space & trendy at the same time. Food is outstanding, prices are just right, service is terrific. Ask for table that Kelsey might be working at, you'll be glad you did!
Quaint bar with good bistro fare and on tap beers. Guinness was poured perfectly and that's all that matters to me.
The food was off the leash good!! I will return.
Very chill place with no pretentiousness. Impressive craft beer list. Service is friendly. Great place to catch a big game. Could use another "hook" to make it more top of mind when choosing where to go in a busy / competitive restaurant dining scene in DTF. Like a signature drink or a signature dish. It's just one of those places you forget is there, but always enjoy yourself once you remember it is.
We used Stadium Tavern (now Fullerton Brew Co) for our caterer at our wedding. We chose them over the other options because of the attention to detail they have and the service first attitude of their staff and management. Having incredible appetizers and food was just a bonus! Couldn't have asked for more. Everyone raved about the appetizers and the "late night sliders" they made for us later in the evening. They were hard working, professional and the catering chef takes a lot of pride in the food that leaves the kitchen. While we were away during cocktail hour taking pictures they made sure we had food and drinks by running food down the street for us to eat in between pictures. VERY happy with this company. We even did our morning after brunch with them and the breakfast was the bomb too!! Thanks!
Hailey really took care of us and was very kind and helpful.
Great selection of beer, including Belgian dark strong ales. Food was solid. Outdoor seating was cozy.
I enjoyed my chicken risotto, and the skirt steak. Beautiful atmosphere, laid back and comfortable. Good service as well. Drink selection is extensive and has something for everyone. Definitely one of the best spots in Fullerton.
Read the reviews on the Chicken Risotto so decided to give it a shot......we have been back for the same dish 3 times now lol. We do not frequent places this often but we are going back again this week. I would love to tell you how the other dishes are but the Risotto has just been on point each time, we love it. Just a tip, if you are a couple the Risotto is big enough to split. Excellent beer selection too, one of my favorites in the area along with Fuocco down the street. A
Cool place. Super friendly service. Good food.
Went with family to watch the WNBA All-Star game. Smaller TV's and most were not tuned to any current sports. They switched 2 of the TV's for us but next time we would go somewhere else to watch a live sporting event. On the other hand, the food and service were both great. Would definitely return. Chicken risotto, appetizer pretzel, burgers and sweet potato fries all winners! Awesome server Brenna!

The food and service is great. Im not a fan of the cigar smell. However, if that doesn't bother you it's a great place to go.
Fun night out for some bar food, excellent drink selection, and comfortable place to connect. Loved the protein wrap impossible burger. Fish and chips was yummy. Curly fries are to die for. Great local spot in Downton Fullerton.

Pub/restaurant in downtown Fullerton which offers a wide variety of beers on tap. FBC offers both indoor and outdoor dining. Located in the historical Villa del Sol building, there are plenty of TV's to keep a lone diner occupied. The food is a bit bland, even for pub fare. At least you get a ton of it. Geez guys, reduce your serving sizes.
Nice place to have outdoor dining or a cup of cold beer. The restaurant is on the Wilshire Ave. which is closed to vehicles for outdoor space. Lots of shades too.
Place was chill but definitely gives older vibes. The beer selection is solid and if you like IPAs it's a good spot to try something if your new to exploring them.
Good on them that they tolerated the group I was in last night. Ordering 10 minutes prior to kitchen closing and so many drink orders. I will say there were a lot of over drinkers there, not all with me, very loud groups. They've got a good selection though some things were tapped I had the blood orange cider and the charcoal kombucha

Was looking for a nice morning drink when I stumbled upon this place and low and behold they have a cider flight! What!, I will have to say it was pretty good, they also have some decent food as well. When all the other spots for breakfast are full, this is a great alternative.
Nice pub. Good selection of beer. Service was a little slow but it may have been the friday afternoon/evening traffic that caused that. Food was pretty good.
Food was good but more of casual Bar food not very impressive, but overall the whole experience was good
Been coming here for years. They ditched the worthless manager and have some young buck who is a good dude. Wish Scott was around still not sure what happened to him. Servers are cute too.
Kind staff, a nice view of the - now people centric - promenade and an acceptable selection. My only complaints are for parking and the mildly high price. As an aside, do try there sours.
The appetizers are a bit small for the price, but the atmosphere is fun. My friends and I come here for karaoke, which is a great mid-week hangout for us to catch up! Love this place.
They have outdoor seating, which is nice, the food is decent. The sliders are good and juicy but the before are kind of bland. They have a good beer selection the only negative is they don't brew their own beer regardless of their name
Fullerton Brew is my go-to place to meet friends in Downtown Fullerton. Just the right size and noise level 😁. A great beer selection. Great wines for my wine drinking friends and plenty of great options for food! Appetizers to full dinners! The chili is great too!
I like this place. Great beer selection and tasty food. My only complaint is: for a pub that calls itself a “Brew Co” they should know what type a glasses are good for different classes of beer. I was served a Pilsner and an IPA both in a shaker pint glass. No beer should ever be served in a shaker. Head and aroma disappears immediately.
Fullerton Brew company has a very large selection of beers on tap. The process are reasonable. I didn't have any food, but the menu looked good. If you love beer, check this place out. They have something for every beer lover whether you like lagers or IPA.
This is my favorite Downtown Fullerton bar! The small sidewalk balcony is fantastic in summer, great for brunch. The renovated building is a great improvement, the happy hour food and drinks are terrific
A great place. Good food, good service. The bar staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had chicken fingers and fries. No complaints at all.
I went on a weekday, and thought it wouldn't be crowded but had a nice turn out for a weekday without any game/sporting event going on. Atmosphere was sports bar and the crowd ranged from young college to mature. Reason for 4 stars was selection at the time I went + floor was sticky but it could have been an off day, it was rather packed. Servers are friendly, great beer selection and good bar food.
i enjoyed where this is located and the socially distant outside seating they have here. our server, Jordan, was nice and attentive to our table needs. we ordered drinks and they came out quickly. i will only take 1 star away as i didn't see their house beers "fullerton brew co" displayed anywhere major on the menu. if they were there, they just blended in with the rest of the beers. we hope to visit again soon and try the food here.
3.5 stars.only ate here once since it changed names from stadium tavern. The grilled cheese was good, although many might not like the giardinera that comes with it.I personally liked it though. Looks like a decent selection of beers as well. Place has been updated as well so looks better than before. Wife's breakfast was ok but lunch might be better choice.
Ordered the chicken parmesan. Tasted a bit burnt but was still delicious. Daughter loved the Greek Tacos.
Pricey for the food but the service was amazing. Food tasted good as well. A good place to hang out.
I recommend the wings with buffalo sauce! I went on Thursday night when they have a really cool trivia night that was a lot of fun. This place has a trendy vibe with at least 8 big screen TVs, 30+ beers on tap, fresh paint, and really good service. I’m excited to try the rest of the menu. The location in downtown Fullerton is really ideal for dinner and a few drinks before going to some of the local clubs. If you want a recommendation from a local, go to The Cellar which is a hop, skip and a jump down a flight of stairs underneath this place!!
Wow. The service on Father's Day was exemplary. The bill for 6 of us was half what I had expected. Portions and value was peak. As a Dad, and taking my Dad out. This was a great start to the day.
Good menu variety, good drinks, friendly staff. Only downside is they don't open late on weekends.
This isn't a brewery, it's a taproom. They don't brew their own beer or have anything that would suggest it's an actual brewing company. I'm leading with that so those of you who are looking for a brewery in the area don't expect to find that here. Aside from that, it's a decent spot. They carry some solid selections and the food is what you'd expect for the type of setting. I was there during the day but it looks like it'd be a cool spot to hang after work.

I ordered southwestern egg rolls. They were kind of soggy & lacked flavor. The sauce was very watery & bland. Not something I'd order again. My daughter said the chicken strips with french fries were delicious! =)

Food was good, average. Service was great very friendly and quick. Atmosphere was clean-ish and average.
Food is usually good. They have good happy hour food and drink specials Monday- Friday 3 to 6 pm. Parking can be difficult if there are multiple events in the Villa Del Sol building, or it's a weekend evening with all the downtown restaurants and bars filled with people.
Good happy hour prices. Server was nice Calamari overcooked though. WiFi didn't work although asked for login and password. They changed their name but doesn't show it outside and all over menus yet.
I see everyone’s post about the potstickers and their pictures… I wish I would have taken a picture. It was DRENCHED in that spicy Asian bbq sauce. I can’t accurately articulate how soaked it was in comparison to others. Everyone’s pictures on here look like a reasonable amount… DANG did I have so much of that spicy sauce on my food. Why? It was earlier in the evening, but wow. Also it was between 5-530pm and there went to Many people in there but I felt the service was lacking a bit. It was absolutely nothing too bad but just felt like service could have been enhanced just a bit
Ok service, food nothing to write home about, and quite pricey for what they offer, also prices on menu don't reflect what they end up charging you for, a dollar here and there sure ads up. Only reason I'm giving it the 3 stars is because the server was nice and attentive. Won't be going back.
The best way to describe this place is "okay". It's not great but not bad. Food is decent, they have a good variety of beers, service is alright. All around its just an "okay" place to go. Nothing to crave or write a good review for but also not to bash. It's an okay local place to hang and grab a pint. That's about it.
The food took quite a while to arrive; it was lukewarm, especially the fries. They forgot the bacon and chili. We never got refills on our iced tea. We were not asked if we needed anything else. Previously, we had a bad experience at this restaurant, and we decided to give it a second chance. Unfortunately we will not return!!!
Nice place. Mediocre food. My friend and I both got taco salads. The things was HUGE and impressive looking. Disappointment set in when trying to find any meat in them. Probably less than 2 oz of meat which got lost in massive amounts of lettuce.

Little disappointed today I always come to eat breakfast at this places to be able to watch my favorite sport while eat my food never have a issue when the owner is on site. I ask if the can change the channel in one of the many tv, there playing the same thing so I could watch my game and told the was Sunday football and they couldn't change it really when ever the owner is there he at least change one of the many tv in there .....
This used to be The Stadium Tavern. It wasn't my favorite place it was a good place to grab some happy hour. They have changed the name and upgraded the interior. It looks really nice. They've added a lot of taps and have a great beer selection. Now the bad news. It is ridiculously expensive. A schooner of Coors Light is $10. A breakfast burrito is $11.50. They have a whiskey flight on W.ednesdays for $12. A full dollar off the regular price. I get it. Rent is expensive in downtown Fullerton, but this place is crazy. I'll never come back. I haven't even had my food yet don't know if it's good or not.
Not celiac disease Frendly at All. I ordered a Burger wrapped in Lettuce for $13. What I got was a Burger wrapped in a gluten Bun. Now I didn't mention at the start that I am allergic to gluten but I felt like me ordering a burger with no bun was signal enough, so that was my fault. I told the waitress that I was allergic to Gluten and they need to remake the Burger because it touched the bun. I was very specific that I couldn't eat the same hamburger that was made because of my allergy to Gluten. Now at this point the lady apologizes and says that she will take care of things for me. With in a few minutes they bring me a lettuce wrapped burger but it's the same burger that touched the bun. Me being diabetic also and my sugar was low so I started eating it because I had been waiting a while to eat in the first place. My kids got their food and I sat for a while before they brought me my supposed remade burger. Flash forward a few hrs when I am at home and my stomach is in knots due to my allergy to gluten. I don't think that the staff at this restaurant have any idea what a gluten allergy is and I am very displeased with the treatment I received at this location. The only reason they got a 2 star is because it was the soccer world cup and everyone was distracted. In the future please understand that this could have been much worse. Some people have celiac disease much worse than I do and you can get people very sick when you serve them the wrong thing. I should have gone back and talked with a manager but at this time I'm in a ton of pain so it will have to wait.
Only one server poor girl. We ordered several things on menu, only to find out they were out or haven’t served that in over a month. There for over three hours for dinner. Children’s dinner came out 30 minutes after the rest of us. Don’t think I’ll be back there again. Steak great, everything else not so much. Do not understand how they have fairly great ratings.
My girlfriend called to make reservations and confirmed over the phone. When we arrived the host had to try to find us a spot for our reservation. We were transferred to a bigger table after 20 min.and us placing a cocktail order. Manager said they were sorry but we had a party of 10 so we needed the room. It was for a birthday with our close friends and made thing uncomfortable and as if we didn't coordinate the gathering. Service was ok. Took a while to get our order in and for service. Food was ok nothing special. Unfortunately the experience wasn't as welcoming as with other outing. Don't see us revisiting..
Loved the dishes before and since this new takeover, I didn’t even finish my fav dish. Way too salty, way too greasy. Won’t be back.
I enjoy the food although today I waited 10 min for someone to inform me they were not seating anymore customers. Not cool. Plenty of tables. One person.
This place has a hipster vibe, if you're into that sort of thing. Ordered a Caesar's salad which tasted of old cheese and a patty melt in which the meat was undercooked. The service was disappointing as the waitress seemed out to lunch and overall the food was a little too expensive considering its lack of quality. Won't be coming back again.
I was looking for a nice local pub that had many choices for craft brews, especially IPA. First time in this place with the new name. Pretty bummed out with first impressions. No way anyone should have to wait over 8 minutes to be greeted. I left. I will not return. I will tell anyone who asks to avoid this place.
Terrible service, we waited forever, we tresses AMD waiter just hanging at the bar, not caring for us. Never go there 😡
We always come here, and I mean constantly! We came today on Mother’s Day, and I was surprised to see a place half empty. I know why. From being my favorite place to being the worst food I ever had and most expensive!! What happened to you guys! One server, undercooked wings, food that has no flavor, very expensive!
Horrible food, not worth it anymore. The food was good back when it was the Stadium Tavern, now not so much. Ordered a bowl of beef stew, looked like it was regurgitated dog food. The replacement meal was Short Ribs. Not only was that terrible, chewy and tasteless, when the check came they charged me the price of the more expensive(replacement) meal. This was last go round. I will not be eating there again. Used to be a weekly stop for us. Save your money, you are better served going to a fast food hamburger joint. Only reason I gave them 1 star was because I couldn't give them zero.
Edit: they took more than half my food away and disappeared. Didn't ask if it was bad, didn't wrap it, didn't offer a refund. They just know how terrible the food is and they're used to it. Terrible service, waiters avoid eye contact every time I'm here, I'm just trying to order more food. Theme: Salty, oily, greasy. Kinda had empty cups most of the time. Not impressed.
On a Saturday night, the restaurant is mostly empty and our group of eight was turned away. The waiter suggested that we go elsewhere....
The music is too loud, nasty music. The service was horrible, I tell the waitress no onion, no bacon and no sausage. And my order has onion and sausage. But the music was so so loud, in my opinion is for gangster. I will never never come back.
