Solid pub fare. Been here many times and it does not disappoint. The bartender is always very welcoming and helpful. Pull up a stool, have the fantastic wings and a beer. One of my favorites in Warwick.

We are return patrons. General Tso Ribs were great! Deep fried cauliflower was great! Caesar Salad was great! And so was the Reuben wrap! Best waiter! We will be back!! Thank you!

Food is fair. It's a pub, so considering that it's a pretty acceptable place to eat. My biggest issue is the service. It's consistently lame. The servers should stop looking at their mobile phones and try scanning their tables to see if anyone needs anything. I can't tell you how many times I have gotten up and walked up to the server (hanging at the end of the bar on their phone) to ask for a refill on my drink, or something else I might need.

Been sometime since I've ordered food from halligan's and used to be really good. Ordered through grubhub. alarm burger medium. (Came burnt on one half of the burger. Cheesesteak which was good. Ordered kids chicken fingers and were sent adult chicken finger appetizer which didnt come with fries instead. Called and they made amends after arguing with me.

Facility is an old fashoin Irish pub.  A Lot of high tops and bar seating.  Very busy on this Friday - very noisy. Nice selection of menu items and quite a few burger choices. Add 3% to the cost of all menu items when using CC.   Guest WiFi decent. Staff friendly and cordial.  Very shy on dark beer choices.

The food was good when we finally got it but for a party if 7, there was easily a 15 minute gap between the arrival of each person's entrées. Regardless of the new chef in the kitchen, the waitress could have been a lot more attentive.

Tables near the front door really need their own speakers for music to drown out the bar. Portions have really gotten small. AND YOU REALLY NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB SHOVELING YOUR CROSSWALK!!!

Ordered through GubHub. Don’t mind paying the GH charge but Halligan’s charging 20% more for a smaller portion than what you get at the restaurant — not cool.

I went there tonight after being there several times before over the years. And we were totally ignored. We waited almost 2 hours for our meal and never got it till we finally left. They had the nerve to charge us for our drinks without even a discount. We took a friend with us and had to order a pizza and have it at home. We told our friend that he would love this place as we do. Bad first expression. Would think twice before going again hoping they fired the waitress.

No wonder this place is dead.. Rude and unprofessional wait staff especially the blond with long hair.. took the time to phone them for last call for kitchen and bar. Told me 9:30 for food and 11:00 for bar. Needless to say was not like that .. we will go back but definitely not her as our server. Owner needs to re train staff and show a little more respect for patrons .. remember without your patrons you don’t have a paycheck ..I still left 20% gratuity even after never getting the rest of our food. She knows who she is . This is the last thing inflated to do

So I tried to order food at 8:50. The phone was busy for 30 minutes. I walked down and tell her and show her my 29 tried calls over the last half hour. The rude waitress working tonight 6/11/25 said “oh well we are closed now” ( angry face and all) and literally didn’t care AT ALL that customers that are trying to order food can’t. Honestly think it was off the hook on purpose bc she was so off and rushing to do her paperwork. Just so you know. Not going back anymore, it’s been so bad lately. Why is is so hard to get people to treat paying customers like they even care? I’ve never seen more miserable looking staff then I did when I had to physically walk there to try and get food and still Couldn’t even get anyone to be like “that sucks we’re sorry”.
