I got my mother’s fave; the filet-o-fish. The trick for a great sandwich is to order it freshly made so it nice and crispy when you receive it. You’ll enjoy it every single time!
Not much to say lol its mcdonalds for frog sakes. But coffee is really good better than starbuccks garbage for sure
This location is good. I like the big old style arch at the front. The playground is big and fun.

Every time I go through the drive-thru something is always missing or done wrong. Either no condiments or a wrong sizing but this is a first time I got a burger with no meat. Convenient reciepts are by request only.
I dont understand why they consistently screw up in person, drive through, and delivery orders. Mistakes once in a while are fine, but its just rediculous to have something wrong so consistently! I am not ordering anything custom, jut missing fries in happy meals or whole sandwiches not present. Then I get interrogated for a receipt as if I am the one trying to swindle them.
I realized I hadn't eaten in about 15 hours so I swung by on my way home to grab breakfast. I was greeted in the drive thru by a very nice lady, but she was cut off by a Hispanic woman who rushed me through my order. I could see into the restaurant that there was only 1 other guest and I was the only one in the drive thru, so they weren't busy (at least not with in-person orders). I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle with no egg, and received the sandwich with egg and no sausage. I tried eating it without the egg, but have you ever tried eating a pancake with syrup and cheese? Without the savoriness of the sausage it was inedible. I got all the way home before I realized and couldn't drive back. I tried calling them but no one answered. Only 2 stars because the older woman at the drive thru window was so nice.
I had to wait about 15–20 minutes for my burger. It looked like there was only one girl handling everything at once — preparing the food, serving customers at the register, and also bringing out the ready orders. I saw the bag with my order number sitting there, but the other employees ignored it, except for the girl I mentioned. She did a great job.
We cannot see the tip until we deliver the order and complete the delivery. That's why I couldn't tell you anything definitive.
I complained about this about 3 months ago. I went to the counter to get a coffee refill. Several associates just walked past me not even acknowledging I was waiting for assistance. Waited at least 5 minutes until I asked for assistance. Like I said before the staff gives the drive through customers more attention than to the dine in customers. This is the Kadera Ranch McDonalds.
Used my 30 minute lunch and waited the entire time and they still didn't start. Terrible spot
Our food took 30 minutes to finish and through those 30 minutes 25 of it, they weren’t even making our food such a disappointment
the second time instead of a hot latte they gave me iced, when I said that I ordered a hot one, they said that they don't have it. they didn't put 3 fries in the bag. the service is at a low level. I don't recommend it.
How do you forget a 40 PIECE?! How?! Do?! You?! Do?! That?! You forgot a 40 PIECE?! IN A MOBILE ORDER?! THAT'S SO UNBELIEVABLY STUPID! I WANT A REFUND AND ABSOLUTELY DAMN THIS LOCATION TO HELL! AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Shungo the cashier simply won't look at you when you ask for a cup for water, even get pointed out he will still refuse. Here is the number of manager give me for reporting the incident to their 'corporate' and here is his name. Have everything video record, will make sure everyone knows about my experience.

Laziest employee or manager on service in the mornings. 3x I’ve came by to pick up from driver through at 5:30-6am. Only car in drive through but asked to park in pick up stalls to wait. 10 min later the woman wearing the headset comes to the door with the food and opens the door, standing in the doorway while holding the bag. I’m in stall 1 for pick up and she holds the bag staring at me and says “your food” in an upset tone and makes me get out of my car to grab It. I don’t mind walking. The issue is how she handles this. She could have walked 10 steps to hand me food in the pick ups talk I was asked to park in to wait. But instead she stands in the doorway and asks in a rude manner for me to get out of my car and grab the bag from her. She needs to learn manners. If she’s the manager, this store can do better.
Today, I had the worst experience at McDonald's. The french fries were unsalted and not fresh. My 'Double Cheeseburger' wasn't great either. They forgot the onions and mustard, and the pickles with ketchup were only in the middle. The patty was not very fresh. This is clearly poor service from the staff, and unfortunately, I no longer want to order anything from there.
just another location that wastes extra bags and paper and cardboard, all for delivery orders, especially when drinks belong in my cupholder, not in a bag with a chance that they can fall over and spill all out in my car
The kids area is filthy. Trash on floors and in play areas, tables dirty This is not the first time I come to this place ( on weekends) and it is always dirty
