We went to spirit Halloween and saw that wiener was on the way so we made a stop and couldn’t decide what to choose. Andrew was patient and very kind and honestly we felt honored to be helped by him! His cheery attitude would have made us buy more! I have been sick for a while so it’s difficult for me to go out and sometimes even at stores people are unkind. But Andrew truly made it such a pleasure to stop by! Andrew you are an angel and also you touched us all ( my kids husband and I) with your “take care okay guys?”. You never know when you will make someone’s day just by being yourself! Special shout to Julian as well who was holding it down with Andrew! ❤️❤️❤️

This Pollo Loco has very kind staff. The meal I ordered was hot and fresh. The tortillas were also hot and didn't get hard, unlike other Pollo Locos.

I’ve been coming to this El Pollo loco for a while now since switching office locations. The staff is always on point and respectful. The restaurant is always clean. They keep their music at a decent level and often on a Spanish music channel to keep the Latin theme. The girl with short hair and tattoos (I think she’s the manager) is always on top of things and treats her employees great also…. Probably one of the reasons the place is ran well.

This time going to El Pollo Loco was as good as usual. I flew in from Seattle and bought a friend who's never eaten at El Pollo loco's and we got it to go and headed to our hotel. Even though it was burned, some of the food was delicious.

They need to payattentuon to cooking the food mini corn dogs burnt on out side taste like fish and still ice cold in the middle That's not what I call yummy

I have passed by every Sunday and Monday for the month of March till April to get the chili lovers deal. And they always say that they ran out of food and are closed. Avoid this place at all cost.

Can someone please tell these so-called customer service restaurant workers that pretending certain people are invisible, and that you can’t understand their English- when you speak English better than they do- is not a good look, at all. The thing these workers are worst at is servicing customers. They really act like it’s a bother to them, or beneath them! I can’t wait to vote no for the rest of the time democracy lasts whenever fast food worker wages comes up on the ballots. Clearly, unscrupulous workers were flooded in from elsewhere any old kind of way to disenfranchise workers who’ve been sacrificing their all for little in return. Now you’ve got these stone-faced robot workers everywhere spending most their time with their back turned to who they’re serving- and we’re supposed to fight for laws to give them wages that we never gave to the hard workers who were here before? Yeah, right.

Arrived at about 9am. I had been waiting for 5 minutes to order, there were no other orders, no other vehicles. The person on duty was texting on her phone. When she saw me, she immediately walked out the back door instead of taking my order. The food here isn't even that great. Prices aren't very impressive either. I will not be returning.

Skimpy over priced portions. Won’t be eating here again. And they couldn’t even put a fork in the bag for my chili cheese fries

Don't come here if you are in a hurry, they will literally take FOREVER. We ordered 2 banana splits and a banana split shake, this was in drive-thru and we waited for 15 minutes, like ok? 15. Minutes. For ice cream. And they were all la-di-da about it, no trying to get our order out fast or anything, just takes all the time in the world to get our stuff. There are way better Wienerschnitzel's to go to! Like the one on Beach & Talbert or on Springdale & Warner. Just avoid this one!

Tostada bowls were filled with black lettuce, brown/hard avocado, dry chicken, and found black hair in my food. On top of that they shorted on the dressing. Tried calling for a refund with no answer so will be issuing a chargeback.

Something wrong about the way they Cooked the food. I’ve been enjoy their chicken for long time. Since I see many new face there, their food tasteless too. They gave me rice that hard like rock. They should taste the food before selling them to customers. Don’t want to go back to this location.

Went there with a friend. Got the tacos and a tostada. It took 15 minutes to get our food and it was not good. The whole staff was more concerned with cracking jokes with each other than getting the food out. Just ridiculous. Will not go back.

my grandmother and I haven't been to this location for over a year for various reason... things have not changed! We stopped by, we thought redemption would happen... WRONG!!! They have cross contamination with food. We witnessed a worker scoop means into a container and then dump it to put mashed potatoes instead. Then, they have a large tray of tortilla chips just sitting in the open where a person sneezed and the tray wasn't even covered!!!! People grab it with their bare hands too! Beware of cross contamination, unsanitary food and poor customer service! *if you have allergies please be careful*

Will never buy from this Westminster location again. Grumpy and not friendly. I ordered a tostada salad and a burrito. They asked if I wanted any salsa or sauce. I said just one extra creamy cilantro and they wanted to charge $0.85 for one, while other locations give it for free.

El Pollo Loco's nutrition info says that one chicken breast should be 4.3 oz. If they do not like you, they will cut corners and they will give you a small piece. But if they like you, they will take care of YOU. This location is not a friendly location. If you are looking for El Pollo Loco, I don't recommend this location, no GOOD, period. It seems like they are always upset with something. I was there on 2/04/2024, 6 22 pm, Sunday. I talked to the maneger, I told him about my issue. He did not care too much. This location needs a mature maneger not just a high school adult.

Our card wasn't working at drive-thru window, so we went around the front to pay inside. The cashier ignored me and the other people in line for five minutes, never letting us know she'd be right with us. Upon paying after a long wait, I asked for our nachos. They told us they gave them to someone else, so we had to wait an additional ten minutes or so. When we finally got our nachos, it was not chicken. Perhaps carnitas or shredded beef. And the meat was bone dry. Looks like it was out all day. Awful experience.

I will never come back to this location again!!! Here are the reasons: 1. I ordered 16 pieces of chickens. The worker packed my ordered and let it sit around for 10 minutes to go look for containers to get the salsa for me. He gave me only 4 containers of salsa and I asked if I could please get a little extra salsa, but he said there was no more. I asked if I could have other types of sauces instead if salsa was out and he even said there was no more too….Would you believe him that there wasn’t anymore sauces at all??? 2. Chickens were cold and dried (they were not given the chickens from the grill. Chickens were also burned (see photos) 3. A piece of hair was in the rice 4. Workers were not pleasant Please take my advice and not to come to this location. I anticipate they will definitely be closing out this location soon if this is how they are running their business.

I went in to get the new Beef Birria Tacos since i had the Beef Quesada and it was Awesome, so i get off work go in order them get home and i open the box I see the tacos wrapped up take one out and it feels really lite.. so i open the taco and seriously hardly any meat in it I was shocked! I looked at other hardly any meat in it.. and of course i just got off work I had not eaten all day so I ate it.. so i call up and ask to talk to a manger or supervisor I was going to talk to Jose I had pictures to show him.. he comes over I explain how much I liked the Quesada so I tried the tacos but there was no meat in it..I show him the pictures he goes that is the way its made.I go for $9.00 you get that little of meat? the Quesada has more meat ..he says it's 2 ounces of meat.. It did not look or seem like it I told Jose i guess i won't be getting the taco again what a rip off.. I also am going to show anyone who is in The Store and they order it.. I am going to tell them its not worth the 9.00 and show them the pictures! see picture of quesadilla last picture look at the meat compared to the taco.. seem weird the big difference for the same price?? went to go in to the restaurant, I was doing my laundry next door and I think I saw Jose at the register, so I did not go in..just do not feel good about him as a Manager as far as honesty goes! hopefully he will not be there next time I want to eat.. 4/28/22 update
