Great food. We had the avocado bowl. And the devil shrimp. Both were good. The shrimp dish had more kick. Avocado bowl was nice, but a bit flat. Chips and salsa were good. Highly recommend the guac and making it spicy via their sereno peppers. Flour homemade tortilla are great. Very dog friendly! Great outdoor patio!

Service was great! Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The carne asada avocado bowl and guacamole were by far my favorites. Parking was a bit hard to find but I did find metered street parking a few blocks down the street. Whoever was in charge of the music gets a 5 star review as well. Enjoyed listening to Rufus Du Sol and Lane 8 amongst others while we dined🙌🏽

The BEST casual lunch spot for Mexican food, was so good we ended up eating here twice in the same week. The outdoor seating on the patio is cute and shaded. I’d definitely recommend the ceviche and frozen margaritas, you won’t regret it!

First time visiting Avila's and it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere was relaxing and fun, the help was very friendly and helpful with my gluten free needs. They made a special meal for me which was very helpful for me. It's not easy eating out with Celiac Disease, but Avila's made it very enjoyable

Tasty, healthy and reasonably priced food here with beautiful views from inside restaurant. Staff are friendly and attentive and service is fast. Beef bowl and grilled chicken taco salad were both amazing served with fresh salsa and chips was just perfect. Attractive decor with clean bathrooms. Great place for lunch today 👍👍👍

Find a parking place near the middle of Laguna Beach and go hungry. After stopping in for lunch we asked what is the special? The waiter stated so many things and it turned out to all be on one order ... unbelievable and so good I even almost finished it off!!

AMAZING. Recommended by a local so we came to give it a shot... we were not disappointed. The fish taco was killer, the California enchiladas were just as good! To finish we shared the Avocado Bowl which was a perfect bowl. But wait... the salsa?? AMAZING. Some of the best chips and salsa I’ve had this side of the border. Great service. Great views. Great food.

Their beans and rice are yum! Their chicken fajitas? 🤌🏻 Their margaritas, delicious. But my tamale was disappointing, almost all masa and not much flavor, disappointing. BUT I'd definitely return. ☺️

Went for a drive, quick walk and to grab some tacos. Still searching for the best taco. Started with some chicken tortilla soup and then moved on to a la carte tacos. Pretty decent. Service was ok. We had to continuously ask for items to be brought to us because the server kept forgetting.

The food and service were good, but I didn’t enjoy the atmosphere. There was no music, and the TV was playing a random, uninteresting program. THE WORST PART, was seeing a mouse run toward the kitchen right after we finished our meal. It was extremely unpleasant and honestly made me feel sick. So disappointing and unacceptable.
