Most of the time they mess up the order, wrong tortilla or side item. It may not be the employees fault, maybe they have bad headsets? The food is great.

Second day in a row, yesterday we came in and it was a long wait to order and then to get out orders. I had to ask for my coleslaw to be exchanged for something else because it was rancid. Today we got here, there weren't that many people but it would have been a 15 minute wait to even get chicken so we had to order burritos. Our time was limited since this was our lunch break. I only gave it two stars because the chicken is good and not over cooked, however we won't return to this place.

Really bad service got there at 9:20 it supposed to close at 10:00pm they didn’t even answer to us Trough the drive thru we have to go to the entrance to see if they could take our order and no body answered the employees clearly saw that we were in the door but didn’t even acknowledge us and they already had the door closed

Ordered delivery. The 4 churros were disgusting. Looked like and tasted like they were made yesterday and then kept in oil until served. The carbon tacos cilantro smelled old and tasted bad.

Yesterday I came for 3 combos and time was 11:58 and chiken was limited ... i Saw the grill and was no chiken on the grill at lunch time!!!! Today I came again for 5 combos and 3 other person were making complain they were tried to teach them how to work has a team!! IT WAS CRAZY POOR CUSTUMER SERVICE NO ONE CARES ....

This El Pollo Loco is one of the slowest locations, I have ever been to. Placed an order ahead, showed up on time, and still waited 15 minutes for a burrito, a taco, and 2 pollo bowls. Pollo bowls even sat on the counter getting cold the entire time I waited. This should never happen. People who came in after me, and ordered at the counter, received their food before I did. Very small amounts of overcooked chicken in every item I paid for. Cold churro. Terribly unorganized and I will not return to this location. Total waste of time and money.

I came in at 12:00pm and there was a young Mexican guy at the cashier, I requested a corn street double chicken salad, but received a classic double chicken salad instead. Upon receiving the order, we politely informed him of the mistake. However, his response was dismissive and rude, insisting we ordered the classic salad instead. This interaction left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. While I understand misunderstandings can happen, it was evident that the cashier lacked enthusiasm for his job and exhibited an indifferent attitude. This may have contributed to the oversight in our order. Additionally, it was concerning that we were the only customers directed to collect our food at the counter, while others had theirs delivered to their tables. This disparity in service made me feel discriminated against.

This is not the first time and most likely it won’t be the last time. They don’t deliver what u ask for. Be careful . There is always one or two pieces missing. I just ordered half chicken and one extra leg. When I got home there was no extra leg. I asked them for extra crispy they gave me not even well cooked. Please check your bag. They are bunch of irresponsible people working in this store. I called them , no body answered the phone. Don’t recommend to go to this store
