Say what you want about the politics of the corporation, but this is far and above the best fast food spot in Laguna Niguel. Staff is attentive, polite, accommodating. Food is consistent and great quality, you can eat relatively healthy or indulge. There’s a place for kids to play if you opt to eat in. And they’ve solved the traffic issue with a new double drive through. If it’s going to cost me 40 or 50 bucks for a family of four to eat out, for fast food, I’m choosing Chick Fil A Laguna Niguel 8/10 times.

This is my and husbands go to place for lunch. They get it right more than any other fast food restaurant. Always trying their absolute best to make everything perfect. Their app gives you free food often. Sometimes a manager will throw a free sandwich on your app when you least expect it. I wish all companies could function like this

Delicious chicken, waffle chips, and spicy burger. All get top marks for taste and flavour. If you're looking for really tasty takeaway food, I would highly recommend it. We don't get the same varieties of takeaway in Australia, so it was great to be able to try. I would highly recommend it.

I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A for a while now, and the staff is very kind but usually doesn’t start small conversations. Today, one of the members started a small talk and I enjoyed it a lot! I think his name was Micah and was such a sweet guy, the food was very good as well, came with everything I ordered

Friendly staff (as expected). Efficient service. This frozen lemonade thingamabob is FANTASTIC! You will get addicted. I guarantee it. Especially on hot days. You will eat nothing else.

Ordered 50 minutes in advance, arrived and still waited another 15 minutes for 1 combo and extra fries. Then to top it off, lights are flickering... wasnt this place just closed for remodeling and now hurting my eyes...

Pretty disappointed in this chick fil a. The drive-thru took a very long time and they gave me the wrong order. In addition, the fries container was only halfway filled. It’s over $17 for a single combo and then they get the sandwich wrong with half-filled fries... Not worth it.
