Dickeys BBQ 3 meat 2 sides combo is a great deal and they never disappoint with flavor, smokiness, juicy, and barked out brisket and ribs. The portions are plentiful which I enjoy so I can save some for later. The brisket is always juicy and tender and one of my favorites besides my own. The rib meat falls off the bone with ease. I don't remember ever being disappointed by Dickeys, keep up the awesome work and delicious plates!
So I’m in California for work and decided to stop in to my favorite BBQ place, Dickey’s, in Whittier. I almost just got the amazing lunch special they are offering but couldn’t pass up my old reliable 3 Meat plate since this is all I’ll get to eat until late tonight’ Brisket, pork, jalapeño sausage all legit (tasted before I doused them in spicy sauce like I always do haha), fresh coleslaw, perfectly toasted bread. Top notch. But if you are on a budget, that $10.99 pulled pork sandwich deal cannot be passed up! Wish more locations offer that !
This our first time here. We came at almost closing ( 840pm) but the employee was really nice to accomodate and still help us with the food. We ordered a combo 2 for $29 ( only online) n got it to go since they almost close. The food came out hot and portion is generous, they gave a lot of meat and sides r delish. For a bbq chain this is really good quality. Fries r crispy n well seasoned, mac cheese was good, bbq sauce was delishhh. The toast was soft but crunchy at the same time, very buttery. The meat is so juicy and tender and soft fall off the bone type. I couldnt finish my plate in 1 go n i was pretty hungry! Definitely will be back again :) 9/10
I’ve been here before and the last time that I was it was so delicious and good! That is why I am here again but this time with pictures and a little more information, I really would like to try everything but with my high blood pressure and high cholesterol, I really have to watch what I eat so I make sure to take it easy every time I go out and eat.
My family and I decided to try this place today and omg we loved everything about it. The bbq sauce is delicious!! Portions are perfect. The taste was great. Kids eat free on Sundays!! Looking forward to my next visit lol
The loaded potatoe & rip plate are my favorite...Both guys cris & cruz are fast & kick ass.. thank you guys...
It's been awhile since we had dickey's we were out in long Beach found the closest one was in long Beach when we arrived it was closed 4pm...so we shot over to the one in whitter very friendly staff nice relaxing atmosphere food hit the spot tasty and filling
A franchise that actually honors orders through the app unlike the Compton store. Was getting worried when the tracker wasn't moving but when I got to the store my order was ready and Kurtis was extremely helpful and friendly. This will be my go to store now.
I've been bedsick for a few months and this being my third day out of the house decided to come here. I still only have limited mobility. Upon entering the establishment, the staff of 2, went above their duties to accommodate my needs. This is what the other industries need people such as the staff here. DICKEY'S thank you for hiring such great people
Very friendly service and good food. Came here on a Tuesday. They also have free WiFi for me to get some work done on my tablet.
People that give this place less than 4 stars are impatient and dont know how to wait. Food is awesome, theyre just in such high demand that there might be a line. Never waited more than 5 min to order and i always found a place to sit. This place is great.... been to 2 in vegas 2 in socal and one in the bay up north.
My first time at this particular one.The service today for me was great ! The chicken sandwhich was good... solid !
I was lucky enough to have Andrew as my server! Very nice and attentive , willing to answer any question . Truly great customer service best in the west!!! The food speaks for itself!!
Great food and service at this location. Staff is always friendly. Store's clean and the menu is big. Plenty of options.
Food was delicious, it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves BBQ ribs, chicken, pulled pork, etc.
Second time coming back to this location to try their bbq. Still fantastic! They got daily specials so that was cool. Ribs were the highlight for us.
Haven’t been here in a few months. Came back today for lunch. Another great visit here. Staff was great and food was awesome!
Went to try out this place for the first time, and I'm impressed. Customer service is amazing and so is the food. Thank you for the great experience!
Great customer service. Very good food. Clean and organized I would definitely recommend this place over the one in Downey that one has horrible service.
This is the way it should be. Another nearby location was not worthy of repeat business. Thank goodness this manager takes pride in what they offer.
Been here a couple times and the food is DELICIOUS a bit Overpriced but overall very very good the bbq beans are the best and the baked potatoe caserole is great too all the meat choices are amazing Highly recommend nothing like this in the area
Since being in Texas I've decided to try this place here. Well I must say it's not Texas but it stands up to the taste. I tried the Thursday Special Pulled Pork and a Jalapeno and Cheese stuffed Sausage with fried okra and the Jalapeno Beans. Pretty good 💯
Courtesy comes first at this Dickey's establishment! My pulled pork sandwich was delicious. The side dishes are also A+. Bar B Que Ribs are smoked in-house and are finger linking good!!!! 🥪
We love Dickey's, chicken is never dry, very flavourful brisket, excellent pulled pork. Best bbq beans I have ever had. And kids eat free on Sunday's. Their service is great, very friendly staff and always making sure your dinning experience is the best. Kids love their free soft serve after their meal.
Great food. Ordered online for the first time and it was great. When I got there my order was being packed. The cashier was very nice offered me ice cream and a drink. Great experience. Thank you!
Omg I loved it! It was my first time and I would go again. FYI, currently this location doesn't have the infamous Ice Cream Bar I had heard about. However, still great food and Andrew gave us excellent service! 😋
I’ve reviewed a lot of Dickies BBQ from across the US. I landed here in Southern California for another job and of course had to find a Dickies. This place is the only one out of probably 50 I’ve reviewed that has actually done what I requested. Normally I waste half a plate due to fat on the meat which I cannot eat due to texture. They made sure no fat was on the meat they gave me and I was able to eat every piece. On top of that the potato salad was amazing (very good southern taste), Mac and cheese was on point and the slicked brisket extra lean was mouth watering. Big high 5 to the men in the kitchen. Amazing service guys.
R.J and Christina are super welcoming, fast and friendly with awesome customer service professionalism. They made our 1st time experience great and we're guaranteed to come back. Food is mouth watering as an added bonus.
The beef sandwiches are delicious 😋, everything is amazingly yummy!! You won't regret buying food here, sides are all good. Meat is so tender that I'm actually planning to bring my grandma ❤️
Cashier Amadeus, was awesome as soon as my sister and I walked in he welcomed us, and told us the specials and took his time with us, our family really enjoyed the food greatly!!!!! Definitely coming back…..
I love the pulled pork sandwich. It really hits the spot. They have turned off all the tv's except for 1 if you dine in. The service is always great.
I apologize because I didn't get the name of the cashier but give this man a raise. Super friendly and helpful. I manage businesses and trust me, it's not easy to find an employee that actually understands that treating customers in a friendly manner makes a difference in creating a loyal customer base. I'm sorry I only left a few bucks for tip. I'll be back!
Okay, soooo I NEVER take the time to write reviews buttttt this place and experience is just deserving of one. My boyfriend & I came in around 7:30 PM-ish for a quick meal before picking up my daughter from soccer practice and right off the bat staff was noticeably, genuinely, SUPER friendly and very interactive explaining the menu to us and giving advice on what’s best/most popular. Once we finally ordered after asking a gazillion questions, they made our food pretty quickly! Making sure to ask us if we needed any sauces, offering one of each so we can try them all (Spicy, Original, Sweet) - The spicy is not that spicy, but still my favorite. - The pulled pork is really good, aswell as the brisket. - I would assume the ribs are amazing too but I didn’t eat them since those were reserved for my daughter lol They looked very appetizing though With that being said, food is also 5 stars. Now I don’t have to drive further to Lucille’s and wait forever. Instead, we can just come to this local spot and enjoy a good bbq meal with good vibes! After we finished eating, they helped us pickup our trays without hesitation, had a little discussion and off we went! The customer service overall was definitely 5 stars. The cleanliness of this place was 100%. It felt comfortable and everything was organized and stocked. I didn’t get pictures of my food or anything cause I was HUNGRYYYYY but just go and check it out for yourselves (: We will definitely be back and share this spot with our family and friends. I didn’t get the 2 gentlemen’s names, but whoever was working the Night Shift on Thursday 11/02/23 around this time —- y’all know who you are! 10 Stars from us & my daughter lol (: Thank you for delivering the exact definition of good food and great service.
First time visit, we were driving around and we choose that place , actually my wife went to order a delicious brisket sandwich combo comes with 2 side orders an a big drink for 14 bucks !! I strongly recommended it!! Funny thing was that my girl imagined that any minute a bike gang would walk in because most of the customers were dudes with beards and tattoos 😆. Great customer service too!!
First time trying out dickeys bbq pit , it was awesome, I did have a little help from the cashier because I didn’t know what to order, I did want to try a little bit of everything so he recommended to try one of the family packs ,so I did and I added a few extra items, everything I got was so good but my favorite has to be the brisket hands down. Thanks to the ppl that helped make my order is was a big order, pricey but definitely worth it. Staff was helpful and friendly. Keep it up, will definitely be back. Highly recommended this place hands down.
Kurtis was very friendly. Food was hot and fresh! I got the 3 meat plate, (chicken, brisket, and ribs) all 3 meats were soft and tasty. Would definitely recommend!
This place is great! Baked potatoes, 6 different meats, ribs, like 8 different sides or so, dessert, combos, salads and tacos! They have it all! The line took a bit, but getting the food didn't take long at all! Friendly staff, good atmosphere, TV's, Coke drinks and ice tea. The original BBQ sauce is a bit runny and mild on taste. The spicy sauce has a bit of kick for us common folk, but not as much for the connoisseur of the spicy sauces. If you want a good BBQ experience, you can't go wrong here.
The food and service has been great at the Telegraph and Carmenita location. I phone in, and the food is always hot and ready. In one case, the orders got mixed, but they made everything right the next day. I could not refuse their offer comp the missed item. They deserve more customers from what l can see... and taste!
It was a good experience.. the customer service was great! The Strawberry Peach Drink was Amazing and Very Refreshing 🫶🏼 .. and The Number 4 was really Good 👍🏼 the Mash potatoes with The BBQ Bean with Meat in it so delicious 🤤... And My Girlfriend Had the Ribs, She said it fell right off the bone witch was great and juicy 🤤 🫶🏼 She Loved the Mac n cheese and Mash potatoes. Definitely go there again soon! 😍
We stop by this place for a quick lunch and it didn't disappoint, the chicken was my favorite it has a very good flavor, ribs are good and brisket is always good ,over all a good experience, i would definitely come back for more, thank you 😊 🙏
We order online for work lunches every now and then and our orders are always ready on time, accurate, and we are always greeted with a smile. This location is always clean and their new craft beverages are great. The peach iced tea is perfectly lightly sweet and tart. The food is always hot, the meat always tender. This has become my favorite location.

Large portions, enough meat for two meals! The ribs are ALWAYS CONSISTENTLY GREAT!You can also get a beer to enjoy your meal! Nice atmosphere and good sides.
I got half rack of ribs with loaded mash potatoes and Mac and cheese some toast.I loved it! try their spicy BBQ sauce. You'll thank me later. The girls working the counter were very helpful.

Food was great and the portions were better than other Dickey's locations. They accidentally forgot my mom's chicken on a two meat plate for pickup. I called to let them know and Mario offered to give us the chicken with a little extra to make up for it, but since it was late and it would have been a long drive back we opted to come the next day. Mario went above and beyond to make up for it by replacing the plate. Thanks for taking responsibility without hesitation and fixing the issue. We will definitely return.

I’ve tried this location multiple times, and overall, their brisket is delicious—juicy and flavorful most of the time, though it was a bit dry on a couple of occasions. They do have some inconsistency with the smoked turkey, which isn’t ideal when it’s listed on the menu but not always available. Portion sizes are generous—easily enough for two or even three people. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the restroom was clean and well-maintained. That said, it could benefit from some modern upgrades like touchless faucets and soap dispensers. Parking is plentiful, which is a big plus.
The food was good. Just the right amount and not hat bad of a steal. Was our first time here and was a bit confusing on how to order the food or get our order taken. Two other groups came in at the same time, and also was their first time. We all kinda looked around at the menus they have hanging above where the food is prepped. Although there's a big sign that says order here! It took a while to get customer service or at least a greeting. Although, I wouldn't mind going back again to try out something else.
I had the pulled pork bbq sandwich just ok. I've had it at other locations and it was good. Also had the fried okra delicious 😋 and the fries and Mac and cheese and baked potato casserole were all good
Dickey's is prob the best fast food BBQ places to go locally with decent prices specially if you sign up for with the 5 star program you get plenty of offers for buy one get one free deals. Food is good the only thing they have to do is train some of their staff with better customer service most of the time I go there the guy taking your order in the beginning looks like he hates his job and not very friendly.
Great bbq. But the quality and quantity of the food can vary. Also the store seems to lack air conditioning, so they have a swamp cooler inside. Which makes it very humid
Dickey's has a great happy hour special with $2.00 beers. Happy hour runs Monday to Saturday from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. All of their food is very tasty as well.
Portions were good. The food was excellent. It was better than the last visit.
Great food. Very nice staff. Just a little expensive for us to go as much as we'd like.
It was cool. Bbq Beans were okay. Loved the drinks. Loved the ribs. Mac and cheese has lots of room for improvement. However, this is a great eatery which shows much potential for growth. I can see dickeys as a world wide household name in the near future.
This place is always busy, I had to pick up for delivery. The food must be great , a long wait. The employees are friendly and know what their doing and fast.
My family and I love Dickies. We've been loyal here since they opened this location. Several menu changes later we're still here. The meat is flavorful and consistent. Their mac and cheese is solid. The onion tanglers and fries are only good if they don't overfry them..When they're busy sometimes the fryer beeping and be neglected. The bbq sauce has great flavor, but I prefer it warm. Recently the machine hasn't been working so well. Free ice cream to end the meal? Yes please! It's so delicious too. This is such a great idea. Food is amazing. Employees are awesome. I recommend for sure.
What I love is your choice of barbecue sauce (original, sweet or spicy). What I didn't like was that you have to pour it yourself. I order a pulled pork sandwich and to my surprise it came with no sauce. I had to go and get it myself. Also my friend order what he thought it was a baked potato. It turned out to be mashed potatoe with added flavor.
I don't even like pork and I avoid it all the time.... but this place makes you want to eat more. They even have a little ice cream machine inside for dessert which is free! I also appreciate that they have unsweetened iced tea that is made fresh.
Best spot for BBQ in Whittier just don't order your food through delivery they always mess up!
The bbq food is good and the price is OK. The meats have great flavor and have been cooked really well. The ribs fall off the bone but also have a good char on them. I love that they don't smoother anything in bbq sauce but give you their sauces on their tables for you to add more. They have 3 different sauces you can try.

Not a bad spot to stop in for better than fast food, BBQ. The food is always tasty and fresh, but their meats are really salty. I've never had anything overcooked or bad, so that's a big plus in my book. If you like veggies, try the green beans. The baked potato casserole is good too. It's basically mashed potatoes with baked potato toppings mixed in. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

It is an ok place for quick bbq. It was much better when it first opened. The brisket taste more like pot roast. But good for a quick fix.
I was really disappointed in the pork ribs. They unfortunately tasted like they had been sitting around for a while.
Dickey's is usually good but this visit the pulled pork was off. Not much flavor but on the plus side everything else was good. I recommend the baked potato casserole and the fried okra
I had the 2 meat plate with pulled pork and beef brisket with baked beans and potato salad as my sides. The meat was under-portioned and dry. The sides are bland; canned baked beans and market potato salad hold up better when compared to Dicky's. The food all together was lukewarm at best. I also wasn't greeted when I walked in and I had to initiate the experience. Usually the adage "you get what you pay for" holds true, but in Dickey's case, you are over-paying for mediocrity. The food didn't fill me up and is not worth it for me. This was my first time going to Dickey's and the last time.
Ordered for take out. Meat was very good as well as the Mac N Cheese. Disappointments: 1. Missing an item. 2. Okra seemed salty. Fries barely cooked and gross tasting, maybe the oil cooked in. Texas toast is plain bread. 3. Prices way too much for what you get. $100 for family of 5. Meals and only 3 drinks (1 of which came with kids meal).
Not good...fast food version of bbq. You can tell Costco Brisket is better than this place. They must have cut corners in quality like other corporate places are doing. I had birthday coupons for Firehouse Med. Sub and Dickeys BBQ. (YES i am a pig) On the Same day, i had Firehouse Brisket Sub-DELICIOUS!!!- and then had Dickeys Brisket sandwich- Walmart+ quality. Def. Will Go back to Firehouse Subs.
The place was empty inside. I ordered to go. I got there on time but it looked like my food was sitting there a while. Workers were rude, like I was bothering them. My ribs were grossly undercooked it just was absolutely not worth the money
This restaurant was much better in the past. Prices are way up and both portions and quality are way down. When we went there we had a gift card from Dickey's that they said they could no longer honor because of something to do with the sequence number on the back of the card.

Portions are minimal, but prices have risen. Not worth it anymore. Plus they've changed their chicken recipe. It is now a dry, flavorless, chunk of something. They have to drown it in sauce in order to disguise the grotesque lack of flavor
The only redeeming quality about this place for me is the free ice cream. EVERY SINGLE TIME my food comes out cool/ room temperature. It doesn't even taste very good and their BBQ sauces are just... meh. It's pretty indicative of a fast food/ chain place, but maybe a little less? I don't really know how to describe it. Everything is just kind of bland and tasteless. I don't often come here, if ever. I would suggest you don't either.
My sister my dad and I had the ribs. Although they were good, it seemed like they put the old with the new. Some of the ribs were dry, And some of them were moist. They're coleslaw was really good and their baked beans. The place was overall clean except for their windows they were filthy. Being raised with grandparents who owned taverns, bars and restaurants windows should not be that dirty in a place of business. I guess I'm picky that's the way I was raised. Sorry Dickies, but your ribs were less than stellar.
Took my fiance to tey this new bbq spot here in whittier and service was terrible, stood waiting to order for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. When finally ordering the guy simply stared at us. I had to acknowledge him to begin our order and even then it was awkward and uncomfortable. The food was good but not worth returning.
I had seen the picture of the stuffed baked potatoe weeks ago and had been looking forward to getting it. I am incredibly disappointed... very little meat or cheese ..less than a taco froom del taco ..a bunch of fried onions hiding how little else there .. offered lots of barbecue sause .. way more Ithan the meat on potatoe..I called the manager at whittier location and he told me it wS a quarter pound of meat .. Lie.. not even close .. something crooked at this location
I dont know if they're having hiring issues or under new management, but things have changed here. The first time I came here the food was cold. I gave it another chance and the food was amazing, so I kept coming back. But the last 2 times, it's was bad and gets worse. The employees look like they're about ready to quit and spit in everyone's food. They do not want to be there at all. They messed up my order twice in one visit. There's always that one guy who is training that looks like hes tired of babysitting. I guess they changed the roll to what they called Texas toast, it was just a regular slice of bread. And the food is back to being cold again. The staff always looks like they have no idea what they're supposed to do and its obvious there is a bigger problem here, and they're always out of the ribs (possibly due to bad timing, but it seems more because the team isn't meshing well and isn't staying on top of it). Maybe in another few months, it will get better again.
I was very disappointed in my meal ordered at this restaurant tonight. I've had the pulled pork sandwich here before and it was very good. Not tonight! The meat was not very tasty at all. I ordered it with BBQ sauce and it was served plain with sauce on the side. The bun was so soggy and tasteless. My kids treated us (a family of 7 adults) for my birthday. Our order was not inexpensive and the food was very disappointing, to say the least. I called and spoke to the manager Cruz who said upper management changed the buns and meat on the sandwiches. That is obvious! Definitely changed it for something inferior. A bun from McDonald's would have been better. Cruz said he was unable to comp any part of our charges. I won't be back.
Well.. i usually love the food here, but today was just horrible! The brisket was super hard and the smell was just very strong beef odor no flavor at all! So dissapointed! Hopefully the cooks get it together..and hopefully no one else get's to experienced this.
The BBQ chicken is really just a baked chicken breast with some sauce on it 🤢. I had it here just 2 days ago and it was actual bbq chicken, now its back to this vomit. Apparently I'm expected to eat everything with my hands and NO napkins. Seriously??!! I had to go out in search of silverware so I could actually eat
The brisket was dry taken out of a hot box wrapped in plastic had very little flavor and when i asked for sliced they sliced one inch thick pieces , the turkey was anything but it was also wrapped in plastic in a hot box and was the same as the Oscar Myers lunch meat turkey u get at a deli counter that u watch them slice on a deli slicer (not real turkey breast) there bbq sauce is watery and bland. if your looking for real bbq this isn't the place for you. had to give one star because if you dont then you cant post...............very disappointed in this place, do not recommend and will not return.........
Dirty, the food is not good, the service is not good
For the price it isn't worth it food came out luke warm brisket very hard days old food not fresh people working nice but food is not bbq quality
I have to say these were the worst ribs I’ve had. My husband and I were very disappointed. The ribs were from a day ago in a warmer to keep them up to temp. They had no flavor tasted like Cardboard. Will never go back!
This is my third time at this location. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich, fries, and a coke. The pork was cold. This is the second time this has happened at this location. If you are a first timer and want a good pulled pork sandwich, I would recommend visiting a different location for Dickies's Barbeque Pit.
I arrived to the store as I was notified my order was ready for pickup, while the cashier told me 10 more minutes, when it was 20. I was the last person to receive my order while there were 3 people who ordered after I had arrived, who received their bigger order before my own. The cashier also proceeded to make fun of my name because he has lousy hearings skills. The all young male comprised team were all nonchalant and unprofessional.
Wow, I don't know what happened to the Brisket quality at this location but it was a mix of dry over cooked and soggy fat cubed meat chunks. The worst I have ever seen. The green beans were falling apart and tasteless. The potato salad was not mixed well with lots of mustard. Will never go back again! The one in Brea is much better and the quality is excellent.
On March 22, ordered delivery, brisket plate. Food arrived. Opened the box meat was improperly cut. Meat supposed to be cut across grain, but was cut other way out. Called restaurant, some lady answered, I explained to her what went wrong, she hanged up on me. Called them again, same lady d, asked her to issue a refund to my credit card, she impudently refused. Never apologized and hanged up on me again. Now calling my credit card issuer to open dispute and to charge restaurant back. Horrible!
This is the second time i've ordered food from this location via the Uber Eats app and it will be the last. The first time we ordered from here they left out one of the sandwiches we ordered. Other than the one sandwich they forgot, the food was still decent. Today, I decided to give them a second try and again I was disappointed. We literally ordered 2 items, The racetrack and the Chicken/pork sandwich. The sandwiches arrived and they were literally just meat and a bun. There was no creamy cabbage slaw, cheese, or the pickles or onions we requested. We had to eat the sandwiches dry with no toppings. I called the location and the manager Caesar couldn't be bothered to talk to me and instead told one of his employees to tell me to come in and get new sandwiches for free. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering via the uber eats app.
Went today because T-Mobile Tuesday's special was a free sandwich and left empty handed. My family and I went to buy dinner and get our sandwhich which the employee said we couldn't get it, because they were starting to run out of food. Not that they had run out but they were starting to run out. Where I work, when T-mobile has a special with us, we prepare ahead of time for a surge in sales for that day and subsequent days, not here. We weren't only there for the sandwhich but dinner for 6 people. The guy said yea we are starting to run out of food so we are doing online orders only. If you are out maybe close the store or stop online orders, or maybe just prepare better next time. I don't reccomend this Dickey's.
Brisket so salty had to throw out. Saltier than sausage. Potatoes cold from refrigerator. Green beans salty and mush. The website didn’t get my okra order. Muffins cold like been in freezer. Never again.
April 13th 6pm ordered $100 worth of food curb side pick up for my birthday. They got most our order wrong, the ribs were the worst ribs I've ever had, and we were missing many items. I called for a full refund hoping this was a one off event that sometimes happens. They told me to drive back for more ribs... Obviously I said no just give me a refund. They refunded us for missing items but since we ate at home they wouldn't be refunding us.... Maybe they wanted us to return the food so they can serve it again? Since they didn't care about making the customer happy after they ruined out family dinner, I can only assume this is the culture of the business and they do this regularly. Very unfortunate they treat their customers this way. It's weird reading other reviews raving about the food and service while I had this experience.
We ordered through uber eats today. We ordered 2 basic meat plates and 2 deserts. The deserts were missing and the cornbread from one plate was also missing. When we called the store, the employee was rude and argumentative. He would not give his or the managers name. We had issues with orders at this location about a year ago. We decided to try again but it was a mistake. I will have to assume this location is managed poorly including the hiring of the employees We will not be use this location again.
This is my second time having their barbecue. The first time, somebody invited me and I was not impressed. For Christmas 2020, one of my employees gave me a gift card so I ordered food today from the Santa Fe Springs location. First of all, I could not find the restaurant because it is squeezed in between Little Caesars pizza and another low rate establishment. When I got home, I was completely disappointed. I ordered the chicken and brisket plate. I ordered one rib on the side. All of the food was cold to the point that it taste like it was pulled straight out of the refrigerator. The chicken look like processed chicken. It reminded me of a chicken patty you would buy frozen in a bag. It was sliced up nice and neat. I ordered corn bread that was in saran wrap and look like it was store-bought. The potato salad looked and tasted like store-bought potato salad as well. This place really sucks! I would never go to Dicky BBQ again!! YUK
They don't honor corporate sent email promotions and will just cancel your order. That's not enough. After order is cancelled you don't get cancellation email to prove that the order is cancelled. Then you have to go back to your credit card to dispute it. Very shady business practice at this particular location. I never had issues like this in other Dickey's. Corporate should check them out and audit their business practices. Every time I went during lunch or dinner hours it's empty which says a lot.
Never have baked potatoes they always run out for some reason this is the 3rd time at this location they’re always out of potatoes like whyy? If you guys know that you sell out of potatoes maybe make enough and I came at 7pm and you guys close at 9pm 3rd time at this location
