As a Hilton reward member, we stayed at many Hilton Hotels. This restaurant is by far the best restaurant in their hotel chains. They have absolutely one of the best service. The staff makes you feel like you’re not an inconvenience to them by providing top notched service. I love the omelette station!!! They had a variety of food to appeal to the entire family-especially the picky eaters. For me it’s all about the details, having kids and a toddler-using a bendable straw is so helpful. The server brought the straws to our table to help the little one with his juice. As a parent, the stick straws can be challenging for my toddler. I was so grateful that our server noticed a need and acted upon it. I wished this restaurant were at more of the Hilton hotels.

I got a $45 dining credit from the hotel and decided to try breakfast. I was there for work, and tired of the hotel’s breakfast and needed something more aligned with my preference, and this definitely hit the spot. My waiter, whose name I cannot remember but initials are HH, was amazing and added to the great experience. I ordered the avocado toast but traded the prosciutto for smoked salmon since I don’t eat pork. It was absolutely delicious and my poached eggs were cooked PERFECTLY. I take the as serious as I take my steak so I was very happy. The passion fruit mango juice was insanely good though my blood sugar did not think so but I got some to go anyways. The potatoes were crispy and seasoned, and the restaurant was clean and had a great view of the lake. Though I ordered from the menu, they also had a buffet option.

The Caesar salad and Mac and cheese was amazing! The night we went was dead but service still seemed to be pretty slow sadly.

I had the Buratta and Panna Cotta. Deducted one star because the dessert had a cookie in it that is hard to break apart and makes it difficult to eat but it still tasted really good. Love the view love the atmosphere and the servers!

The food is ok. The service is ok. The waiter feels like not welcome to the guest visit. Not too smile. Didn't work hard on the hospitality. The restaurant in the hotel is using the old system for the waiting list program, which all the guests need to wait for them to call the name of when the table available, as most place already using the digital system for it

Food was good, price was fine, server was diligent. Food came immediately... i didnt like that the brownies with the cake was cold, i think it would have been nice warm. We had to pay $40.00 for parking which annoyed me because it was unexpected. The whole night for my husband, son, and I was 220.00 which included a 20% tip and then the 40 for parking. 🙃 will not be returning because of parking...I know of other nice restaurants that dont charge me to be there lol.

30 bucks a head for powdered eggs on a breakfast buffet ! Everything is barely warm.. dinners were good BUT 30 bucks for a Mediterranean salad with shrimp . ONLY 4 pieces of shrimp! Grouper was about 3.5 oz . All in all food ok. WAY OVER PRICED !

Nice restaurant with friendly service. Delicious cream of broccoli soup. Unfortunately the fried chicken sandwich was so salty that I couldn't eat it.

My burger was ordered medium but arrived well done Still ok but not as ordered my wife got shrimp scampi she said it was almost without flavor. The waiter never came back and did not refill drinks til we asked to speak to manager. Only the waiter came and took 20% off the bill. we also made reservations and had to wait 30min past our appointment to get seated. It is hard to find any likes with this kind of service

I understand mistakes, but at some point you feel like someone isn’t paying attention. We ordered a burger, just meat and cheese, that came out with some sauce on it. We politely advised my wife doesn’t eat sauces and they took it back. The next burger didn’t have sauce, but had a bunch of sautéed onions. Would have been fine for me, but she doesn’t eat onions which is why we emphasized, multiple times, just meat and cheese. The burger itself was ordered medium well - I’ll post a picture and the reader of this review can determine if it was medium well.

Came in for breakfast. Boyfriend wanted to get the buffet and I wanted to order French toast. Jean our waiter came over, asked if we wanted coffee (not very nicely) and picked up the menu. I think he assumed that we were both getting the buffet. Boyfriend got his attention to call him over, he did not come over immediately, which is fine, they were busy. Boyfriend had gone up to get more food when Jean came back to the table and said "yeah he called me". I ordered the French toast. He walks away and the table behind us must have waved for him because he said "yes sir" and went right over. When he brought out my order I thanked him and he just kind of grunted. We have basically been ignored unless we get his attention and call him over. He seems to be pleasant to other patrons at the tables around us. Not sure if we said or did something wrong but really not happy with the service we received. Also, coffee is not great.

I came for lunch right after the breakfast rush (11:30am) and was seated right away. There were maybe 4 other tables in the whole restaurant so I figured service would be quick. Many employees walked past our table and didn't acknowledge us, smile or anything. After almost 10 minutes of no one coming to our table to give us water or take out order we just walked out. Came back for dinner (we were out of food options) and they wouldn't seat us because we needed a reservation, but the restaurant was dead!? We met some people at the pool and they advised not to go there because the food was terrible and they said service was very mediocre. I'm really surprised because at Hilton you expect great everything. Super disappointed

Went to this restaurant for lunch. Hostess took my wife and I in right away and we sat for 10-15 minutes. No hello, no water, nothing. The place was dead! We just left... We tried again later that night for dinner. The place was dead again. We counted 4-5 tables with people and they were turning everyone away as soon as they walked up. Fully booked and reservation only. Literally empty tables everywhere! The couple in front of us had a confirmed reservation on their phone and the hostess couldn't find it and turned them away as well. This is by far the worst dinning experience of my life. Don't waste your time or hard earned money on this restaurant. Go anywhere but here!
