The address on the website took us to a different location so it was kind of hard to find. It was our first Wingstop experience and didn't realize it's definitely more of a fast food experience vs a sit-down restaurant. Food was good, I wish my chicken tenders and the soggy fries would have been cooked longer like I ordered but they were still good. The ranch was delicious!

Ordered $56.00 of wings and fries. The cheese fries were $7.00 and.they would have been probably really good. If we received them with our delivery. Not great service and no way to get a refund. We went and got our order and should have checked. At least with door dash we could file a claim and get a refund.

They should call it fry scrap, fry remains, fry fragments, definitely not famous for their fries. The fries were so tiny I had to eat them with tweezers. Every time I come here and have the fries I think of McDonald’s or Whataburger or honore’s or Burger King. I mean the wings are nice and fresh and tasty but the fries need lots of improvement. My vegetables were also kind of skimpy in just looked weird. Wings are delicious though!

The wings were wayyy overcooked, not much flavor on the garlic parmesean and dry. The also charge almost $3 for water and not even a bottle, it was out of the fountain! Ranch was excellent but very disappointed in the wings.

12/13/25. What a waste of my money. There was so much seasoning on the fries you couldn't even enjoy them. I think I'm pretty much done. Wingstop do better.

Got 4 different types of flavors and there was basically so little seasoning that I couldn’t even tell which flavor was which. There are definitely better Wingstops than this one.

I have never been there, they ran out of frys so we just told them to refund our money and we will go eat somewhere else. They said our wings were done, but we didn't want them because we have to go somewhere else, then they said they do have frys. When we got our order the frys were horrible, limp not at all crispy so we just got our money back.and the ice machine didn't have any ice.

Unbelievably horrible service - but that’s what happens when you let kids run a business! The owner ANGIE NOEL SILVA really needs to check on her business!! I watched several people wait for 20+ minutes. One lady asked about her order and the girl working the front counter told her “10 or 5 more minutes.” The lady wasn’t wrong when she asked her “is it going to be 10 minutes or 5 minutes?! Those are two very different time frames!” This place is run by kids who have zero customer service skills and no adult supervision.

Please check your bags before you exit the building. I paid over $50 for my order! When we arrived home there was only one ranch. It clearly said (X4 Ranch) when I place my order online. This is such a bad experience and the worst feeling ever.
