My son fell and bumped his head while we were waiting in line to order. As he began to cry the manager came over and asked if I wanted to find a spot to sit and they could take my order there. They took my order, brought me my food, filled up our drinks twice, and checked to make sure my son was ok. Best service I have ever experienced. The food was of course yummy to!

Who doesn't love chik fil a its always a pleasure going here i usually do pick up cause there lines can be long at certain times. Now don't get me wrong it moves fast but I just like being able to pick it up and go. Their point system on their app is awesome with that I've gotten two whole meals for free just had to redeem and pick up.

Great service! I got issues with my ankle and I been using a boot walker, and I walked in with my 2 kids fom the entrance they opened the door for me and Chick fill A staff were very nice, polite and kind. I was about to get in line and they told me that they will get my order from the table, excellent service! I definitely recommend this place!

SURPRISE! Did you know they have soft serve ice cream cones? Only vanilla but it is a creamy icy blend that is surprisingly delicious and cheap! A packed cone is cheaper than one scoop at the other ice cream places. I had no idea ever - just happen to read one of those table markers and there it was being advertised so tried it. I’ve never seen anyone with it either. Funny thing is- we got ours and sat leisurely eating them and suddenly it seemed like every other table was ordering them too. Go get one! They’re that good!

This is truly a wonderful Chick-fil-A, one of the very best I have ever been to! The staff and management are to be commended for their quick and courteous service outstanding cleanliness, and outstanding food. The young lady who took our order was exceptionally kind and friendly, and the food was delivered promptly. My breakfast sandwich was absolutely perfect!

It’s always a good experience coming here! Now that my son is back to school football season is starting up again. This is where we go after his home game (by his choice) I had to use curbside and I had no issues. It was quick and fast I have gone through the drive-through even though there was always a lot of cars. He got through pretty quick which place has developed a great system during lunch and dinner. No matter where we chose to dine in drive through or even using curbside the food was always excellent.

Had the best experience in two years at this location. Fries were full and everything came out as it should (finally). Ask to speak to a manager - Shay came to our car quickly and professionally we let her know were excited for the improvements and to keep it up!! Made our day!

Whether I do curbside or just go through the line, they always seem to be super fast and efficient. The app is easy to navigate, the good is always fresh and I can honestly say that I have never recommended a wrong order. I highly recommend!

I haven't been here in a very long time. We were greated at the door by an employee that told us to take a seat and they would be with us to take our order. Things have changed since I was here last. The person that took our order was cheerful and seemed to like her job. There were plenty of things to choose from on the menu that we were given. The prices were reasonable and the portions served were just right. The atmosphere was pleasant while we ate our meal. This is a good place for anyone to go to eat.

When at 12:30 PM, the line was long, but it moved quickly. They took our orders. We paid outside, and I had my food within 8 minutes. Staff was friendly.

I absolutely love eating here. The workers are always so wonderful and the food is always delicious! My daughter knocked her fruit cup off of the table, and I was having a very bad day. One of the employees cleaned up the mess and brought my daughter another fruit cup, free of charge. You won't find that kind of hospitality at any other fast food chain! I love this place!!

This Chick-fil-A is seriously the best. The lines around lunch and dinner are always long, but they have a method to keep it quick. Now I prefer to order ahead through the app for curbside pick up, which is also very quick. I've NEVER had a messed up order, and the food is always so good.

Who doesn't like Chick-fil-A!! I do quite a bit of catering orders. When I have large orders they help me to my car which is amazing. The app is great. It doesn't usually take me very long to get my food. Always consistent with getting my order correct! Super friendly employees!! It was my pleasure to do this review:)

The flavor of their chicken is just loveable. They don't overdo the crust and I just have to put their taste in the top class with another brand's original recipe. However, where the other brand has expanded so much and prices have increased so drastically. Chick-fil-A has kept it simple and prices that are decent for today's working force. Maybe that's why they have double breakfast, lunch and dinner lines backed around the corner, even before Covid19. And they have service down to a CAPITAL T!!! You don't wait long for piping hot fresh nuggets, deluxe filet sandwiches or grilled salads. On top of KUDOS to the line attendants who get your order to the cooks who cook it to perfection in record time and the servers who deliver it. So far in several different states I have yet to find one to act unfriendly, unprofessional or uncourteous even in the scorching heat or pouring rain. Also to the owners who I've seen go out of their way to make these employees comfortable.

This is where I meet with my Bible study group every Friday morning at 7-am. Ordering on the app is very easy and gets me very quick service. Tasty, high quality food and free coffee refills. Very friendly staff and easy parking near the entrances.

Met up with a lunch date. We both brought our young granddaughters. Staff helped us acquire highchairs. And took our order at the table. Plus, delivered the food to us. Its chick fil a what else needs to be said. The employees are trained the right way, everyone is always super nice, respectful, curtious, and want to make your exsperence a great one. The food is super addictive but thats ok it is sooo good. My favorite meal is the spicy chicken sandwich with bacon and peperjack cheese.

Went here for lunch and it was super busy, but we still got our food in good time. The employees were friendly and professional, and the food was great! They have a play place here if you have younger kids. I recommend trying the Chick-fil-a sauce with you chicken and waffles fries because Chick-fil-A sauce is the best! Excellent food and services as always, but the lines just get rediculously long. I can't say that I ever enjoy sitting in the long lines but it is always worth the wait. Our food was piping hot as usual and very fresh. My soft drink was made just right and didn't taste like syrup or over carbonated.

Usually the food is amazing... I LOVE chic fil a... But today the chicken sandwich was dry and the lemonade tasted off. Maybe just an off day... Idk... I might give it a week or so before I go back.

When the double line goes into the Walmart parking lot, it'll take 30 minutes to get your food. Just download the app and park in one of the curbside spaces and you'll get your food in 5-10 minutes. They're always nice. Great system to keep the line moving. They get your order right 99% of the time, which is excellent for a fast food restaurant that has so many customers.

The bread or buns are dry and old. They used to be great. The last 3 times I have eaten there , I found the bread to be poor quality.

Even when the line is out to the highway, I'm in and out at a really good pace.

Great staff and relatively quick drive through considering the volume of people. The inside is in my experience mostly immaculate except for the bathrooms, which are not by any means horrible, however compared to the rest of the restaurant, aren't great. The atmosphere is relaxing in the morning, especially if you get there at opening time, however once you get to breakfast rush hour, it becomes chaotic, with the sheer volume of people, and it does not get less crowded after that. All in all, great place to grab a bite to eat, especially if you are early.

Had their chicken tenders. While tender, I personally didn't care much for the breading. Waffle.fries were ok. Doesn't take long for them to get cold. If you want salt, ketchup or sauce better aask!! We went thru the drive thru.

I'll start off my saying that I love Chick-fil-A and they are known for their efficiency and speed. This one was far from normal. I sat in line for for almost 30 minutes before I got my food and you would think after all that time the food would be hot but it was barely warm.

This chick fila is one of the worst & they take forever!! A curbside order took over 20 minutes to receive the order, the App kept asking me if I received my order! Ordered a chicken sandwich a little after breakfast time & I know they gave me a breakfast filet instead of a standard chicken for the sandwiches, what a shame.

We go to Chick-fil-A at least once a week and love it but this location was extremely disappointing. They didn't put cheese on my wrap, they didn't put pickles, cheese, OR bacon on my son's grilled club, and finally they didn't give my other son his kids meal toy. One or two mistakes is to be expected from time to time but this was just ridiculous!! We will not be returning.

Please do not participate in anymore corporate giveaways. When you do that, it’s unfair to the employees and the customers. The food and service suffers because everyone is in a hurry. Slowest Chick-fil-A drive through I’ve been in. All other Chick-fil-A location drive throughs have been swift with service, but I sat in the drive through line for 10 minutes (arrived 8:56pm on a Monday night) for one frosted lemonade. I thought Chick-fil-A had a process in place to get customers served quickly and efficiently. I hope this was a one time thing

Half way through my sandwich I realized there was hardly an meat... I was working at the moment and didn't realize till I looked at my sandwich. The biscuit itself was dry and fell apart as soon as I took it apart from the chicken. This is not the Chick-fil-A I once knew I don't know if it's inflation or what but that sandwich was dry and nasty.

Nuggets were cold, half the fries were new while the half were old and for sum reason 4 cars behind me got their orders before I got mine. A little disappointed I called the store and was directed to call another number for complaints. I then called that number and was told I would get my food replaced after giving sum info of my experience. But to my surprise I get a phone call from the store manager instead. The manager informs me that my food will not be replaced. Apparently I need call the number back and fix the wording of my complaint if I want fresh food. See the first fry burnt my lip which I stated in my complaint. This wording turned it into a diff complaint.. I'm not calling back. I would however like someone to contact me so I can get what I paid for. Im extremely disappointed with my whole experience. If I could give no stars u best believe I would of 👎

Slow and very rude service if you compare to the chick-fil-A standards we’ve all come to know and love. Management should take a hard look at what they are doing different from seemingly every other location on the planet.

I scheduled a special lunch date with my daughter in her school for her birthday . We both love chick fil a so I ordered thru curbside @11:04am got there around 11:30 waited 15 minutes more finally got out of my car to asked somebody turns out they wanted me to wait another 15minutes for the chicken strips.

Y’all need to figure something out because it’s too crowded behind the counter for all y’all trying to squeeze in there. Y’all are too close rubbing up against eachother packed in. I don’t allow my daughters to work here for that reason, that’s just too much to handle for anyone trying to move around. You don’t need 4 people doing the same thing for different customers. You assign each person a task and do the job more efficiently. Don’t put me in charge of this location because it would be 2 people only in drive through, 3 at cashier, everyone else preparing the meals in the kitchen. Not over 10 people in the counter area trying to serve 1 person at once.

This review about the service not the food. The food is great. I understand if they get busy or short handed with staff but...... I went when there was barely anyone there (drive-thru). I waited 30 minutes for my food and that's not the crazy parts, in that time I counted 15 cars that got their food before me and I was ahead of them. I only order 2 things. I saw other order a whole family meals and drinks and I still didn't get my food before them. I don't know if they don't like my truck or they don't like the way I look. Also this isn't the first, this happen in curbside too

While the food is usually good, the staff are nice, and the care is good. Lately the staff at this place has dropped the ball. It is unacceptable that it takes almost 30-35 minutes just to get what I ordered this morning. When I got my order it was wrong, and the staff had failed to give me the drink I ordered. There was also no sense of urgency by the staff.This is not the first time such an incident has happened. There needs to be a way to become more time proficient, and to verify that orders are received correctly.

The efficiency of this place sucked. People behind me were getting their food first??. Either find a new manager or get better staff. From 5 stars to 1. Husband drove from Holiday Lakes 45mins for lunch for me today since I'm working. When he got back all 5 sandwiches were hard, unedible, overcooked and on one you can see the burn marks from the cooking racks. I tried to call the store multiple times no one answered. So I called corporate. They were incredibly nice. I offered to send the photos I took they said not necessary I didn't need to keep the food either and that someone from the store would get back to me with my refund information. 2 hours later Jessica who says shes the store manager for this location calls me and tells me that I need to bring back the food for my refund. I told her the above she said "they are not corporate they are a 3rd party company and don't know our policies". I said regardless I tried to contact the store and no one answered for 20 minutes. Then I called the chick fil a cares line. And now it's been 2 hours. I was told I didn't need it so I tossed it. She doesn't care and refuses then doesn't want to give me her owners info and reluctantly gave me her name. I called the cares line back as I told Jessica I would. They apologized on her behalf and are putting a ticket through to the Owner and only the owner. I have never ever had 1 issue with chick fil a EVER. This is the only location anywhere close. I'll drive to Pearland from now on. Jessica is rude as hell and does not care about her customers. Great Manager yall got there. I didn't get loud or rude once.

I went to Chick-fil-A and had one of the worst experiences ever. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and clearly didn’t care about customer service. My order took way too long, and when I finally got it, they still managed to mess it up. The workers seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. Terrible location during lunch. The lines are chaos. People cut. Service is slow. Six months later this place still has terrible service. For some reason in the drive-through line they feel like they have to repeat the order three times. The listening comprehension skills of the people taking the order are terrible, they almost always make a mistake. So you'll get in one side of the line and at least two or three times the amount of cars will go through the other side before you even get your order taken.
