Inside isn't 70s anymore since remodel. Bathrooms much cleaner and locked behind a keypad for customers only. Tesla chargers functional and working.

Customer service here not so friendly, french fries or salty and the burger very salty and they use the old pickle and jalapeño on Texas burger make your burger so salty and sour

Staff isn't super attentive, but recently they went through a renovation and the drive thru is operated by an AI now and she's very polite! Hopefully this will mean more attention to the cleanliness and in person interactions inside! But yah, wrote this pretty much because of the AI!

I am not fond of Burger King food, but I did enjoy ordering a soft serve and some chicken nuggets last time I visited. They were really cheap for the quantity in my opinion, at least when you compare the price to other fast food places. The quality of the food is as expected of fast food- mediocre, but at least I got my money's worth and had a fine experience. The interior of the store is relatively modern and they have some self-serve kiosks. The staff were nice, so bonus to them. The biggest perks of this location are its Tesla chargers and its proximity to transit (the Hillsdale station, El Camino & 28th stop, 28th & Hillsdale Station stop). This Burger King also has a drive thru, like most others. Overall, 3/5.

The food is good but the first thing I experienced when I walked through the doors was A Sticky Floor. What's going on?

Food was good, service was good, but the remodel is terrible. It sucks the life out of the place! It used to be fun and now it’s depressing. Very disappointing

For the last two weeks they keep the drink machine locked and it is difficult to get them to unlock it, it makes getting the advertised refills very difficult

Not the greatest location and right in front of a strip club. LOL! Food was greasy and staff interaction wasn't the greatest. I've never had a Whopper dripping in oil before. There was no one in the restaurant and they still asked us to park it for some reason. Come on BK!

So I just was at this location, should have expected this kind of service from a BK by a strip club. The staff was friendly However, I order a 3 piece chicken strip combo and only got 2 chicken strips, and tw chicken fries. If I want chicken fries that what I would have order. Also I asked for a bunch of ketchup and got 2, I dont what they think it mean when someone say a bunch, but in my books a bunch mean at the very least 5 ketchup packs. Very disappointing, will not be returning to this location.

They have no customer service everyone looks miserable and they don't clean up tables or garbage the place is dirty. I gave it a 2 because at least the food was quick the fries were a little cold.

I was waiting for approximately 15 minutes for my order patiently. No one helped me until then, I was then given my order all wrong. No Lettuce no onion, made poorly wrong. This was around 6:00-7pm.

Rude employees they acted like they didn't understand what u asked. I asked to use the restroom and they made me do my purchase before they would give me the code. Just rude rude employees!

3 burger combos for $43, it's a RIP OFF, and they don't give enough food, I ordered medium fries and they seem worse than small ones,, it's a misery of food, HORRIBLE place, I would never recommend it, DON'T WASTE YOU'RE MONEY AND YOU'RE TIME 🤬😠

I got really sick after eating & drinking soda from their fountain. I was throwing up for 2 days. Never coming back! Check your cameras Burger King! Might be an insider job.

The night manager told me that it closed at 10 when I was going to sit down to eat, it was 9:50 and I felt thrown down and left, terrible idea to tell someone that when they are going to eat right.

I'm a DoorDash delivery driver. Despite having so much staff here, DoorDash orders are always delivered 10 to 15 minutes late.

Incredibly disappointed. I stopped into the dining room quickly to grab something to eat. I've got 2 hrs on trains and a bite helps. I ordered a cheeseburger and a drink. Pretty simple. Not so much. It was a bit on the busier side, but only in the drive though. 3 people were waiting with me in the dining room, all unserved. We watched at least half a dozen orders go out through the drive through in minutes, but nothing for the dining room. The wait was so bad I had to abandon my order, losing 12 bucks, because I was going to miss my train and I couldn't sit around waiting on any service or refund. I did let the employees know that I had to leave and which order was mine so that food didn't just sit around if it was already made, though I did not see it. I was not at all impolite, but I'm actually pretty upset that the staff categorically ignored the dining room.

Poor service While I understand the closing hours (after which I had waited in drive thru for 20mins), with the screen on, they could have said they're closed, rather than ask me what I want and then go ahead to turn the screen off with no communication!!!

Horrible experience. Only two girls were on the floor running everywhere. It was very busy in the afternoon when I visited yesterday . Waited over 15 minutes for my order. The same person taking cash was packing the bags it is unhygienic and cross contamination. Poor management and understaffed. Wouldn't recommend.

Worst Burger King I have ever visited. I ordered a double veggie burger. First, the girl took too long to come and take my order, and when she finally gave it to me, the burger was burnt. Totally ruined my mood.

Went through the drive through after hrs. Ordered well done burgers w/ seasoning (so I don’t have to consume patties left over). I am a huge Burger King fan - only reason I am leaving the review. Out of spite it seems like they opened the salt container up and poured it in the burger. Not fully absorbed by the mayo and bread by the time we got home, it was like chewing on a rock salt burger. Enough to make any body of fresh water a salt lake. Train staff better. Or at least I hope there significant other will stop cheating and they stop bringing that stress to work. IMO. Thank you.

Near Fatal experience. If I could give zero stars I would.i asked for specific instructions on a cheeseburger which included NO TOMATO, NO PICKLES, NO MAYO (+ cheese) all due to a severe allergy. Everything I asked not to do they did!!!! I called the store atleast 10 times as I don’t live in Brampton to return to the store and no answer the entire day and day after!!! This was a near fatal experience as the website of the allergy reaction this major error could have caused!!! I’m beyond furious and no one is there to respond. I want my money back and would like corporate to get back to me asap. Despicable actions.

Went to drive thru and i was there for 5 minutes and the store is open but noone working at the window area … got fed up and went in stores i see like 5 people just chatting and not working 1 was eating food and only 1 guest inside ?? Like really so many people working and noone to take order at drive thru its a disappointment and fried food was so oily its like they didnt even drain the oil at all and just put in the take out bag…

Ordered spicy chicken burger with two poutine. I requested them fries to be fresh. No one was in the lane, but just me. So they asked me to wait so I waited thinking that it will be fresh and yumm....turned out to be a huge disappointment! Fries were sooo soggy in the gravy..all I could taste was the gravy and salt! The patty was disgusting..it seems like as they had fried it twice. Such a waste of money!
