Dairy Queen was delicious. The food was hot and fresh made by order. Friendly staff. Ice cream was good as usual. I love the Many delicious flavors of blizzards. Cotton candy and Oreos is the favorite flavors of mine.

I recently visited Dairy Queen and had a fantastic experience! The chicken tenders were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside—seasoned just right and served hot and fresh. The fries and Texas toast on the side made it a complete, satisfying meal.

Great customer service and everyone was "masked up"! We thoroughly enjoyed the food. Also they have some great meal deals with a sundae included!!

Clean not crowded quick service. Set back a little hard to see but one of the original DQs. Quaint. High rating on the health Dept report. Good selection if ice cream cakes and they looked delish. My food was hot and fresh.

Workers were kind and the food was great! However, the system that the workers are using is extremely old and needs to be updated. The buttons on the card reader are all faded. I used to work at a Dairy Queen and we had electronic system that was easy to use, I don't know what cash register system they have here but it looks confusing. I just think it would be more beneficial for the workers if they had an up to date system.

I had not eaten at diary queen in many years. Now I remember why I don't care for their burgers they are very dry

I've loved Dairy Queen for years. But this location is a tad bit off. Half the time they just stare at you as you're trying to place your order. This is one of the older location spots, so they lost me on the fact that they do not have a drive-thru. Its 2017 build a drive thru. Its not the worst DQ I've been to, but by far not the best.

The food was good but the lady who took my order was a little snappy and rude. On top of that I got a chocolate sundae with nuts that I had to pay extra for and she gave me a sprinkle of nuts. So when I asked for more she tried to recharge me, I could count the number of nuts on my sundae if you catch my drift!

Ice cream cones were good but the chocolate shake was super runny, the double cheese burger was yuck, tasted like burger patties you buy at the store frozen, kinda rubbery when i bit into it. Nahhh, will stick with the cones and not the food next time. Very disappointed and money wasted. McDonald's burgers are better and i hate McDonald's.

Tried to use DQGift card on two occasions but reader machine broken. Would like to use my giftcards for food. When will card reader be prepared????

Haven't been in a year poor service, decided give it another try! The lady assume I was using more than one coupon when I was merely tearing it! She was interpreting the coupon to make me spend more money ( that's not happening) ut took the older gentleman to explain it to her! The food was dry like rubber my must've microwaved it even though it said Rotisserie style chicken bites. I guess it will be another year or more or more disappointed but expected it!

It was okay until one of the customer seen the manager without any gloves on his hand he touch the chicken with his hand and then pick up some banana without any gloves. So the manager got mad and closed the store up bad business please wear gloves that is cross contamination.

I spent $50 for burgers and ice cream. The burgers were dry and overcooked or warmed up. My suggestion cook burgers to order. I will never buy food from this location again only ice cream.

I am DQ fan and I love ya service and quality of food that is offered. However, today's visit was so unpleasant when the lady in the kitchen told me to "shut up and wait". I couldn't believe my ear... I own and operate my own chicken wing business in the metro city area and you don't really talk to the customer that way especially when you are in the kitchen and YOU MADE MISTAKE on orders. I ordered two burgers: one for me and one for my wife.. NONE of them had veggies and they added mayo when I told them not to. Horrible Terrible customer service ever. It looked as her husband was working at the front counter too. He told me that I don't understand how the restaurant business is and it took them 30 minutes or more to add vegetables to my burgers.... idk why... Never will visit this store again and just wanted to let ya know how these people operate under this brand name.

I had a horrible experience. I will never spend money here again. They gave me the wrong blizzard and when I told the guy he argued me down about it and lied, didn't give me the right blizzard or try to give me my money back. I told him 3 times the blizzard I wanted and he still made me the wrong one. They are over priced and not that good. Customer service here is never good and they don't care about their customers. I wouldn't have given them any stars if that was an option or if it would get anyone's attention. Please don't spend your money or time here.

I wish I could give this less than one star. The owner skimps on toppings, he was absolutely rude to my family. My wife accidentally knocked over her drink and when she went to clean it up the owner looked at her and told her to apologize to him. Will never come here ever again. I’d rather go out of my way and walk into Southlake to get my ice cream than deal with this ungrateful and rude owner.

The place smell horrible! I checked out the score, it was a 96. I'm pregnant, its hot outside and I was craving ice cream badly. I ordered a sundae, paid for it and attempted to grab some napkins. Out came a roach with the napkins. Eww. I will NEVER go back to this location.

Tasted awful, the cheese curds were undercooked, and my oreo blizzard tasted like grease. I will never visit this establishment again. The previous experience here I was completely ignored so I thought I would give it a second chance. I should have asked for my money back.

On 7/12 I went to this Dairy Queen to get a blizzard. But soon as I opened the door & went inside, the place smell terrible!!!! IT SMELLS EXACTLY LIKE GARBAGE! THE FUNK HIT U SOON AS YOU COME INSIDE!! THE GARBAGE ODOR WAS SO STRONG!!!! Then I walked over to the front counter, & there was a ROACH turnt up on its back kicking up its legs!!! I WALKED OUT IMMEDIATELY,WHEN I SHOULD OF RAN OUT THE DOOR! I WILL BE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO REPORT THIS FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!!!!

The worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. I ordered a chicken strips basket with a banana split. The chicken was not done, the bananas were turning black, and the ice cream was mostly melted. Very dissapointing.

They had 2 new girls today and the one waited on me (pink hair) messed up my peanut buster parfait 🤨 she put dipping chocolate instead of hot fudge. they are closed now 😤

I was sitting on the little brown bench waiting on my food.... and 2 roaches decided to climb on my arm! I jump up, scream, and knock the roaches off and kill them.Then the lady whose working the register looked at me and said "We were closed yesterday, so they might have came from outside because it's cold"!!! Whaaaat??? No, these roaches belong to this store and it's nasty!!!

The food is great yes, but the people you order from just radiate hate for some reason. I'm kind of a shy person and i stutter a little trying to talk fast and the guy who was taking my order just was so annoyed and had zero patients for no reason at all. This place is trash!!! The service sucks and so do their attitudes! I was going with my grandmother and she asked for no chocolate for my great grandmothers ice cream. They ignored her and put it on their anyway and we asked them to remake . The lady had an attitude and so did the manager and started arguing with my grandmother! The smoothie was nasty as well. I will never go back and not to mention the lady ignored us and let ppl skip in front of us when we first came in. This was my first and last time going!

He didn’t want to provide his name and felt as if we were argumentative about wanting our salads redone. I spent my hard earned money to deserve a salad that looks distasteful. Imagine you go out and you were being served like this? Would you think this acceptable? I’m pretty sure that you’ll want your food redone as well. As much as I loved coming to Dairy Queen. I will NEVER return to your establishment!!!!!

If my patronage is thought so little of that I don't merit a side order of slaw then I will take my business elsewhere. Common sense should have registered with the owner that nobody would turn around and drive several miles in each direction to hustle or steal an order of coleslaw, not to mention while their food order was assuming room temperature and don't forget the blizzard that was melting in wait! Any owner/operator who is this ridiculously cheap is undeserving of my hard earned dollars ! Be sure to always request and check your receipt from all businesses plus check your to go orders carefully before walking away! There are so many business owners who are out to take advantage of the customer "by any means necessary." I grew up in a different time when the customer was always right within reason, however, that standard of conducting business seems to have become a relic of the hopelessly sentimental in today's world.

WARNING- THIS DQ DOES NOT TAKE COUPONS OR ACCEPT DEALS ON THE APP. Why? Their excuse is "we don't have a scanner." Absolute BS! A scanner costs $30 bucks. This location simply has no regard for its customers or the promises made by its franchisor. This is nothing new. It has been going on for a couple of years. They will stare at a coupon like it is a three-headed calf. Then they come up with a lame excuse not to accept it. The DQ franchisor needs to take a hard look at this location. I have been coming to this location since the early 90s. It used to be a great one. But in the last couple of years, that has not been the case. GO TO THE RIVERDALE, ELLENWOOD, OR STOCKBRIDGE DQ INSTEAD. They appreciate our business.

I ordered one of the new summer flavored blizzards in a size mini. I didn’t like it. I asked if I could get something else and RITA rudely started mumbling under her breath and then proceeded by say it’s not her problem. If you like it you like it and if you don’t you don’t. I have to pay for another mini blizzard if I wanted one. I told her I will contact corporate then she got in my face and pointed that the manager was over there. I just threw it away but I will be contacting corporate. Don’t go here they do not care about the customer.

When I asked her can she fill it up all the way she rudely said no and you need to pay extra. Very absurd remark. They burn the toast to where it is fully blackened on both sides. They are skimpy with toppings for blizzards. I even suspect they are watering down the soft serve. It just taste off. I’ve noticed the decreasing quality of food and customer service here and I refuse to go back. This is the only DQ in the area unless you want to go inside the mall. However the eagles landing location gives you more food better quality and has friendlier workers.
