Great place. We went there for the lakeside rodeo and had a great time. When making any purchases, Always use their website. The lakeside rodeo is a non profit, so avoid the scalpers and deal directly with them. It’s a very nice family atmosphere with clean restroom’s facilities. God bless all those volunteers and the exceptional way they make it all come together..

You'll need to plan to get there a little early if you want to get decent parking and the seating was a little cramped BUT the Rodeo itself was a lot of fun! They had lots of vendors to shop, eat and drink. Very entertaining and we definitely plan on going again in the future.

Rodeo isn't what you think of when joining a high school or college scholarship sport...In Ramona, Poway, and Lakeside, Cowboys are not a thing of the past...The Rodeo 🏆 is a big deal. The rodeo arena is large part of raising families right for our worlds future. Lakeside Rodeo Arena is a place for everyone to enjoy this family sport. A healthy foundation of dirt to grow up in. Scholarships and championship buckles. Farmers market, 4H and fundraising for our local schools. Five stars. I've been going here since I was a kid. What will your kids remember when they grow up about Lakeside Rodeo Arena? Boasting about our country, crab apple equestrian, community.

The Good: The prices are right both for tickets and food, beverages. The shops are great, and you see the same faces every year. They don't overcharge. Wow, what a show!!! Not Good: We want more shows! 3 is not enough! Show is too short (about 2 hours), starts too late ( 2:30pm or 7:30pm) You're either getting sunburned or getting home at midnight. Parking situation needs work: you're ither gonna be stuck in traffic for an extra half an hour or walk a mile. The tickets book up fast.

It is a fun place to watch a rodeo up close. The seating is horrible though. Bleachers are too close. I had people's knees in my back and my knees were in the person's back in front of me (I'm not a big guy). We we're also very close side by side.

The off road swap meet wasn't good at all I drove like 30 minutes All I found was a 1lane swap meet only like 6 vendors halfway was Harley Davidson parts?? Not worth it my 10 dll

Not sure how the current owners were allowed to "build" a new building when the seats are the worst in any arena. Maybe this is why no one rents out the place.

will not go again, it is ridiculous that if you go out you can’t go back in. If you payed and consume you should be allowed to go out and go back in. First and last time i go.
