I was surprised to find that The Empty Pint and the Southern Tier tasting room are actually the same place. The brews are all excellent. I am not a stout fan, but loved theirs. They had a nice dry red wine too. Very friendly host. I did not notice if they had food.

Thanks to Christine for the spectacular Brewery Tour. Well worth the price of admission with a free custom beer glass and 4 samples of the beers on tap. We learned so much about Southern Tier Brewing and the art of beer. Highest recommendation to take the tour if you are within 50 miles of Lakewood, NY.

What a cool spot! Food was fantastic, love the atmosphere, architecture is beautiful. Don’t love having to go up to the counter to order every drink or food, servers would be nice, but not the end of the world – we will definitely come back.!

The brewery that I judge all other breweries by, because it is the gold standard! On top of having an excellent seasonal rotation of some of the finest beers, the atmosphere and location are among my favorite, especially after a day at the (nearby Chautauqua) lake or a hike through the local forests. Plentiful pub space in the winter is even better in the summer, when the grounds are a buzz among the many tables. If you’re lucky there’s an incredible band on the outdoor stage. I always appreciate that I’m able to bring the pups along and they are comfortable and welcomed. The food menu also has something for everyone, including vegetarian options. Don’t skip getting “the Beautiful Mess” - a staple appetizer u like any other nacho plate around! Highly recommended and loved!

I love this place. The beers and beverages are top notch with good variety. Drafts, cans, seltzers, etc. The food is delicious too. The facility is great with plenty of entertainment for all. Multiple Cornhole sets, a stones course, and live music.

Amazing beer and food. Best pumpkin beers ever not overdone with pumpkin. The sweet 16 hazy IPA was super and the porter was super smooth. Everything was good, wish I would have had more time and not been driving where I could have sampled them all. I will have to go back!

Excellent food and great on site brewed beers. Prices were reasonable. Very nice establishment with indoor and outdoor seating. There was a band playing out in the amphitheater. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend for get togethers, parties or just having a couple drinks and dinner. Located behind southern tier brewing company.

Very cool brewery. Great beer and the beer garden “Rocks”. Seriously the live music hasn’t disappointed us yet. They have a nice selection of Southern Tier Brewing co Swag ( Hats, shirts, Mugs, etc). Staff is happy you stopped in and very helpful. Go check it out. Thanks Southern Tier!

Great beer. The weird ones like cinnamon roll and thick mint are garbage but they make an awesome double IPA. The nu skool is also wonderful to drink. The alcohol content is a little high some of the beers. They also have a distillery across the street. Never tried any of the liquor but hear it is good.

A group of us visited Southern Tier last weekend, after first hiking through nearby Panama Rocks. We drove from Northeast Ohio. STBC is an excellent facility. We enjoyed the outdoor backyard that is set up with picnic tables for a nice open, community atmosphere. Obviously they have a fantastic lineup of beers on tap, both in the downstairs main bar area, as well as the upstairs tasting room. Staff was very polite. Very good food options as well. Will definitely return to Southern Tier.

The Empty Pint at Southern Tier Brewing proved to be a fantastic stop for a casual meal. Despite a limited menu, both the chicken sandwich and the burger were expertly prepared and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, offering a unique view of the brewery's beer tanks right through the windows. The service staff was attentive and efficient, enhancing the overall experience. During the summer, its proximity to the adjacent patio and stage makes it a prime spot for enjoying frequent live music.

There are very limited options for meals. We got some nachos and a sandwich and split them. The nachos were mostly soggy. The beer was very good but we felt like we weren't in the club or something. Like they were just too busy to talk to or help us in any way. Too bad the place couldn't be a little more inviting.

Food choices are pretty minimal. We got the nachos. Over half the chips were not edible they tasted and ate like plastic. I'm not sure if they were under cooked or what. The meat was so dry it looked more like jerky. Def will not be eating here again. Beer was good they outside area is great with good band. Def a whole lot of kids running around felt more like a daycare then a brewery special since not a one parent was actually supervising, at one point while walking around had to avoid a landscaping rock that was being winged at random (several rock throwers). The stones course is pretty neat and would be fun to try!
