I wasn't expecting to eat the VERY BEST Sausage & Cheese McMuffin I've EVER had at this particular McDonald's . . But I DID❣️ Not only was the sausage McMuffin delicious, it was fresh & hot.. Including the hash browns! P.S. There is NOTHING in the world as good as a Large Coke from McDonald's on a 98° day!

They shorted my change by $5 & I didn't realize it until I got to the pick up window. When I told them they said they would have to count the drawer & I would have to wait. Uh - no thanks. I go to this place at least 3 times a week for Diet Coke or breakfast biscuit. Not any more. Too many other McDs around.

There were a lot of youngsters but overall they were far from problematic so I had a great breakfast listening to my favorite music with no disturbances and the food was ready soon after I ordered. Great spit for a quick bite to eat while on the go.

there’s this one worker i guess she’s the manager i don’t kno how , but she doesn’t wanna give more than 2 sauces . acting as if it comes out of her pay check or wtvs the most u get is 1 sauce and u have to pay for the other . her name is erica .

Food is good, customer service is good and there usually isn't any problems but sometimes they do mess up orders but no one is perfect either. only thing I'd say that keeps this from being 5 stars is that sometimes when there's a rush of customers, they'll either knock it out quick or you might have to wait a minute.

Went to the drive through for a large coke, and apparently it's $1.29 now. That's fine and all, but at the register, the lady made me pay an extra 10 cents for some reason. Other than that, the restaurant is mostly fine. Food is hot and has the standard taste you expect, but the experience has gone downhill in the last year. Every other order something is missing from my bag, and the prices on everything in the menu have increased significantly! I used to be able to get all three of my family members whatever they want for about $25, but now it's closer to $40! For that price you may as well go to Root Beer King since it'll still be the same price, but you'll actually get a tasty burger AND get really good sides for the same price. I mean if it's the only place open, McDonalds is fine, but for how pricy it has gotten, and how much smaller the burgers are now, you're better off going somewhere else like Jack in the Box since Jack is open 24/7 and have much higher quality and tasty food.

I stopped at this location on my way home. I sat in the drive through for almost 10 mins before a rude employee said you have to come inside to order. Maybe a sign would be helpful if that’s the case. I go inside and 1 employee is mopping 2 others standing there talking, looking irritated I had to walk across the wet floor. Food was cold, no napkins in the dispenser. And I watched the screen and the employees watching cars just sit in the drive through and not saying anything. Employees were not friendly or helpful.

I literally went last night and they gave me this keep in mind it’s a double cheese burger… u can see their finger prints clearly. Keep in mind they got mad because I ordered a wrap

Very rude service is trash take way to long to give your food attitudes need adjusting need thought it was under new management but it’s still super bad service I use to love this McDonalds. I’ve had my card kept and had to go back to get it my dad has also had his card kept and someone used it to order food off of it will not be returning here attitudes are disgustingly bad

Super Bad Expierence... I caught a worker trying to save some cups that fell onto the ground ONLY TO PICK THEM RIGHT BACK UP in front of the manager, and If I didnt say anything about it, God knows what they would've done to sell to our community....Manager called the cops on me becuase I yelled about Safety Procedures and of course the Sheriffs got there without any probable cause to arrest me...I just went there for a few breakfast sandwiches and it wasnt like i wanted to start a problem, but the problem began with the employee... I highly dont recommend anyone to buy from this place as the manager was defending the employee and what she did.... says a lot about this place.

Very bad experience the employees are really rude. Also for the happy meals there always has to be one for girls and one for boys. One of the largest food chain fast food place and cannot provide with the correct toys for the kids. Disappointing not going back. In lamont

I ordered a 20 piece nugget with bbq sauce, and a fillet o fish. Got told to wait “it takes 4 minutes to cook” 12 minutes later they finally come out. No bbq sauce or receipt. I go back through the drive through and the youngster is laughing at me as I ask for bbq sauce. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the prices sky rocketed and the customer service is non existent. I would fire the whole crew and start fresh with competent employees that actually care. 0/10 will not come back.

Today around 6:15am I went to place an order in the Lamont location at Mc Donald’s after ordering and paying I get to the second window and encounter the worst customer service I've ever experienced in years normally i wouldn’t go the extra mile to even write a review but how rude the lady was and tapping on my car “my personal property” and disrespecting me because I had no extra time to park my vehicle was completely unnecessary having to go back and forth over nothing. its completely ridiculous I will get to the bottom of this encounter because how I was treated was a little prejudice and it’s never happen until today I am a paying customer like anyone else to the girl in the drive thur window if you were having a bad day it’s understandable but if that’s your permanent attitude shame on you and shame on the management staff for allowing you to treat paying customers with so much disrespect as if you own the company after I speak to a head manger I will no longer take my hard earn money to this location since it seems they only serve “certain type of people “

News flash for burger eaters! You're eating a dairy cow who are impregnated at 12 months old and kept impregnated each year after that for 5 to 7 years. Calves taken away at birth never to see their mothers again. Male calves sold to beef farmers or shot to death or kept in a box for 4 moths to be slaughtered as Veal. Female calves are kept to replace their mothers. After when a dairy cow can't produce milk for cheese, yogurt, coffee creamer, whip cream, cream cheese etc... production after being impregnated and milked for 7 years on and on and on then she sent to be slaughtered for ground beef. Tell me that's not torture? Does dairy cow gets to live her life? Does she gets to live her life with her calf? The burger that you eating is a dairy cow who no longer needed. I want you to really read what I'm saying here, read it twice, read it three times. Tell me how is dairy cows life isn't torture? After she gave everything she had TO YOU!! She gave it ALL TO YOU! SHE GAVE HER LIFE TO YOU!

Went to order for myself and my family because I had so much homework to do and it should be easy to get something for my kids to eat. After paying, I received partial my order, missing medium fries so I was asked to park ,no problem. I parked where they told me, waiting for 15 minutes and watched as people after me getting their order and leaving, so I decided to go in to see what was going on with my missing fries and ask if I could get fresh food since my food got cold. The "manager" I suppose because he was not dressed professional but just a tie on a t-shirt, he took a while to confirm and agree to give me fresh food and then I still continued to wait about 10 minutes or more. So upsetting, what is going on with this establishment, I worked there before and it wasn't as so neglectful and out of control as it is now.

Most disgusting restaurant I have ever been in. Trash all over the floor. Bathrooms were filthy. Can't blame on a busy long day. It was 9:30 AM. Food was like warm. Shouldn't get one star. From other reviews seen upper mymust not care. This place needs health inspector to shut it down.
