Looks like a hole in the wall, but those are always the best places. Food was great and their Thai tea was delicious. Prices are a little steep, but what isn’t in the AV? Highly recommend.

Despite being talked to rudely by others they had a polite demeanor and demonstrated a lot of patience. I hope everyone is more understanding moving forward!

I got a to go pho soup with flank steak. The soup is great. The flank steak they put was all fat barely little flank.

So I just moved here from city of La Puente/Hacienda Heights area over there pho is a soup you can get almost anywhere moving down to Lancaster. I didn’t find many places that offer Vietnamese and I was in the mood for some. This place had OK ratings. My expectations were probably a little high given the fact that I’m in Lancaster now, but honestly I expected basics service was horrible. It seemed like they were very understaffed and the lady that was there was very very short she kept telling me to wait in between my order so she could go help somebody else, after that it took everything 30 minutes or more just to get my order out and when I received my soup, all I can see was noodles and no broth so I asked if I could get more broth and they said they would charge me and I told them why do I have to pay for more broth when my plate should have some in it and I even asked to speak to the manager and they gave so much attitude and I asked if my plate looked like it had broth in it and he said no and and said that I would have to pay extra four dollars to get more broth I did not think this was OK. Given the fact that service sucked. I waited 30 minutes for my food and my food was not done correctly. I believe that if you’re making a dish, everything should be measured out, and clearly that was not the case . The eggrolls were OK they did not get served with lettuce looked like frozen eggrolls. The soup was good. Just wish they would’ve added the broth the way they should’ve so overall it’s OK if you’re desperate for some Vietnamese references. Will not be returning.

Food is usually pretty good and portions are huge. Prices are in the $25 for two to eat range. Not the best around but the best I have tried in this area. I usually order the salted pepper shrimp plate and my wife orders the veggie tofu, she loves it and I keep coming back so that says something. However there isn't consistency in my plate, it's always made a bit differently. For better or worst I will leave that up to you. It's worth a quick try.

This is my go-to pho spot in the Antelope Valley. I usually order the number one in a large size and add sriracha to it. They tend to play the same music every time so that might be something to keep in mind. I recommend sitting near the cash register area if you want quicker service. For some reason they are a bit stingy with napkins so be prepared to ask for more. I have never had an issue until recently. On my last visit I asked the manager for an extra bowl and she responded by asking why we did not request it earlier. I am not sure if she was having a bad day but I felt the response was unnecessary. Overall it is a great place with good food but expect to wait during the fall and winter since it gets busy.

While we were visiting Edward AFB we decided to get some pho on the way home. You can’t go wrong with some pho….. but this night we did. First off the restaurant lacks cleanliness. There’s sauce on all the walls and floor was gross. We ordered our food just two phos. It took about 30 minutes to get ! Which is unbelievable. Pho broth was so dark and looked dirty, and lacked flavor. Our guess is we got old pho that wasn’t even hot as pho should be. $32 down the drain.

The food was good but honestly i like going places where people are actually nice. My hubby and I sat down and no one came to see if we was ready to order. I literally had to yell to get them to come to our table. Also , after we ordered and started eating . They did not once ask if we was okay or needed anything else . I heard them asking other people if they needed anything but not us , maybe it's because we are black. This really hurt our feelings. Their service was horrible . We also had to get up to get our own Utinsels. I really hope they change their attitude.

It wasn't the worst pho I have ever had but it was pretty close and very disappointing. The soup was Bland not very flavorful. The cuts of meat were thick uneven cuts that were chewy and didn't taste very fresh. The beef meatballs taste very much like an old freezer or refrigerator. Everything about this place screamed that they just didn't care about serving quality tasty food. It had a miserable and depressing quality that made me wonder why they would even open a business. The server was quite good though. I felt that she had to work in such a place.

Vietnamese food is one with great taste and an array of delicious flavor that combines French influences. This place had no taste what so ever . I ordered the grilled pork which was cooked right but no flavor at all. When I asked if there is a dipping sauce they replied only hot sauce. This place definitely an insult to a great cultural diverse cuisine.

Is this the highest rated pho place in the area? Very disappointed. Two Pho dishes took literally 50 mins to arrive at our table and water took about 20 mins. We would have walked out but we paid first. The restaurant only had total 3 tables occupied so very curious why pho would take that long. The pho itself was about average. I wouldn’t come back for the pho even if it was a 5 min wait. I came to read reviews as we were waiting and saw that a bunch of reviews said the same thing taking 45 mins for pho to arrive when it was not busy. We felt validated in our experience.

This place by far has the worst service I have ever seen. I have gone here a few times because I actually like the food . However I can no longer ignore the horrible service 1. They don’t answer the phone to place an order . To get a soup takes them 45 minutes 🤔 everything for pho is pre made . 2- I asked them for chille sauce they want to charge .75 cents for each one which is outrageous seeing how if I was sitting there it’s u limited. 3- ordered the egg rolls they are supposed to come with lettuce so upon arrival I asked if they were in the bag? The lady stated you didn’t ask for it when placing the order , umm I just asked . Wants to charge me again??? For what I’m not sure it’s supposedly comes with it . 4- they over charge the menu states a regular pho is 9.85 $ and the egg rolls are 8.95 how did she come to $26 ??? The service is horrible here . So if you don’t mind good food but being overcharged have to wait 45 minutes and paying for hot sauce when it’s free when you dine in then go for it . I’ve given the place 6 chances and I’m done ! Good luck !

First time in this restaurant. At first I was so excited! But not anymore after bad experience! Bad customer service! I have tried a couple of dishes. I ordered chicken chow mien was a little salty. Pho soup were good. I asked for hot tea for drink. I was told they have to charge me. Really? So I ordered for drink just water. I visited so many Chinese, Thai restaurant in the area. None of them charge for hot tea. Especially this time of year. It's winter and most people like hot drink. I was talking on the phone and didn't notice they served me hot tea, which I didn't order. Then I received the check where they charged me for it. I told that I didn't order tea, I ordered instead water. She was arguing with me in front of so many people in the the restaurant at the moment. Then she was talking laud and murmuring that I ordered it. It was so embarrassed! I never see a waitress urging with a client. Even worts murmuring after that. Really?

Ordered a Chicken Pho then after 40 mins I was being told that they cannot make Chicken Pho..so I agreed to have a veggie pho with chicken in it. It took them another 25 mins to get me the veggie pho with chicken. A total of 1 hr to get my order. It was bland no flavor...I added every available sauce on the table to get some flavor out of it. To my surprise I was charged for the added chicken in my flavorless pho. Total waste of time and money. Please avoid this place.

Pho is my favorite food and I’ve probably gone to more than 50 pho restaurants in my whole life. Thus said, I have extremely high standards. This place fails. The broth here has no taste. The noodles are mushy and overcooked. Meat portion is fine. They are stingy with napkins. Service and food takes a long time to come out. This place used to be decent about 5 years ago but I took a long hiatus from going because it got bad. I gave it another chance recently and regretted it. I won’t be coming back. (Instant pho from a package or broth cube is better than this place!)

We took like 1 hour and a half to get our pho, meanwhile there was 3 groups of people ahead of us 3 different tables and they got their pho plates after 25 minutes and all the condiments and everything we were also missing some condiments and papers, the thai tea was all dripped from the cup not seal right very watery too and to get service from our waitress she is black hair, white skin, slim and brown eyes bad attitude if you see her get ready for bad service, the pho wasn't even that great my family member got 2 pieces of shrimp in his pho "shrimp" and I got on my beef pho only 4 pieces of small beef. Not worth it, I been in better places!

Took an hour just for our food.we did take out Three dishes. Never again. Was told that they potentially have enough rice for my dish after saying there's not enough for an order that wasn't mine. 20 minutes later I ask, and they state well they told you about the rice, right? Forty minutes after being told there was possibly enough rice, we got our food. Ended up having to go next door for food so as to not get sick because of medication I was on(eating too late would cause me to be nautious at bedtime)

Overpriced but Decent food. Service was always terrible but they seem like they’re trying to improve it. Owners seem to be stingy as well. Could see why it took them this long to hire more servers. This will be my last visit here. I already paid for my meal which was well over $60 for 2 including tip. The owner came back and requested me to pay for the two sodas I ordered. (Their server forgot to include it in the bill). I was not aware of this since I had assumed it was already part of the bill. This should have been their responsibility but nonetheless she still wanted to charge me. I understand if it was a missing appetizer or entree but soda? Really? It just left a bad taste on my mouth after the meal. Customer service isn’t their priority nor is the quality of the food with how they price their items.

Update: tried to give this place a shot but there should be a negative star. This place is so laughable! Low effort food. Look, i'm asian and I don't expect much when it comes to customer service as long as the food is good but my family and I literally did not even order food here and just walked out due to the lack of any sort of service! Usually, when you walk in a Pho restaurant the aroma is usually amazing but this place? Absolutely nothing. And here is where my patience ran thin. 1) we walked in and the old lady at the register didn't even look up to greet up. We didn't know if we sat ourselves or wait to be seated? So after waiting I had to ask her and she was already not friendly. 2) we sat down but it didn't seem like anyone cared to service us. We also had a toddler so I had to go ask for a highchair. Again, I went to ask the employee if she had a highchair and she begrudgingly said yes. And then I had to ask her if she was going to grab it for me or I should grab it. She grabbed it for us but that was where her service ended. 3) Did not give us a menu or anything after sitting down being ignored. Finally, I got up and grabbed 2 menus myself. After sitting down and having no one service us, we decided to walk out and leave. I understand there aren't a lot of options in the AV for viet food but I would rather not eat than support this place. FYI Boba Cove & Cafe has some pretty decent Pho and super friendly service !

Food use to be decent. But recently they have been skimping on meat and quality of ingredients. I got extra meat and all the meat I got was 4 tiny meatballs and 1.5 strip of flank. That is kind of ridiculous for extra meat. Also the quality of meatballs the use went down. They use to use meatballs that were meatier / heavier and now they use the super light meatballs that have trans fat in them. It is really upsetting to pay 20+ dollars for a bowl of pho that doesn’t fill you up. Also wait times are 20 min+. And the rice plate cost 7 extra dollars for 1 egg roll, which makes no sense at all. I’m really disappointed in the food quality and portions here and probably won’t come back for a while.

Stopped here on our way back to Los Angeles. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. We ordered four large pho bowls. Only two very small basil sprigs were provided for the entire table. When we asked for more, we later discovered an unexpected $1 charge on the bill without being informed beforehand. Two bowls were served first, and the other two arrived much later, so our group couldn’t eat together. By the time the last two bowls came out, the first two were nearly finished. We were also served spring rolls without any utensils and had to wait. Water took about 15 minutes to arrive after we were seated. As for the food, the noodles were overcooked and mushy, the meat portions were small, and the prices were higher than comparable pho restaurants in Los Angeles. Overall, the service felt unorganized and the food did not justify the price. We won’t be returning.

The only thing I understand was changing the intensity of the fish sauce by watered down, I get it since its trying to introduce the flavor slowly to the masses. But the concept is off. The pho was off flavor too, my wife ask pickled onion, they gave her onion and dressed w recent vinegar and charged her 2$. I dont know if they know it take time to be pickled and u have to diluted, it was straight vinegar. Very disappointed.

The overall experience was disappointing. Service felt disorganized and slow, and the food quality did not meet expectations. Considering the pricing, we expected a much better experience.
