I want to say many thanks to the lady who took my order of 3 taco cabana breakfast taco boxes on Friday, September 13, at 630am. She was very polite and friendly. I've been on different occasions to this exact location between 6am and 620am and was always having to deal with this place not opening until 630am, then the tortilla machine not working and the last time before this one I was told it was cash only. I didn't carry cash, so for a while, I stopped visiting Taco Cabana, possibly for about 7 months. It was not until this day that I tried again, and she made it all better, so thank you!

After an unfornate experience at the new burger place in town, I went to Taco Cabana. I was greeted by the night crew. The shift leader advised it would be a wait due to food preparation. Hello 🤗 my local and distant neighbors well I would like to share with you my experience at this Taco Cabana location. It was wonderful good service polite respectful professional attitude food was absolutely yummy. Three chicken tacos three beef tacos and one steak fajita taco and one beef burrito absolutely delicious my order was just a bit too slow maybe because they had a door dash order which was quite large but for the most part I'm extremely happy after 20 years of not having any Taco Cabana the wait was worth it. Living up in the north west keeps you from enjoying some of the finer things that we love to enjoy Taco Cabana is definitely better than Taco Bell, Taco John, Taco Bueno or any other fast food Mexicano food. Stop by here New Year's Eve to grab a bite to eat after last minute shopping and the Margaritas were watered down the tortillas were not necessarily fresh and it took a minute for someone to come to the counter to help us. Then the manager took my ID like I was too young to buy anything and look me in my face kind of sternly and said I'm going to have to scan this ID and I told her that was just fine because the two children I had with me were my grandchildren and I was born in the 1900s she rolled her eyes took my ID and then came back and gave it to me and got my order.... Maybe they were just overwhelmed because it was the holiday but you should deliver the same kind of service no matter what day it is

Howdy folks, I been getting margaritas here from 2weeks or so.. I appreciate the gentleman who fills up the margaritas cups. There's another gentleman he doesn't fill Upp the cups.. he even ask me if he wanted me to fill Upp my cup after giving it to me. I think that this was a decent location. The food was pretty good. There was no salsa bar set up and it was empty in there. Some of the drinks were out of order but otherwise I think it was a pretty good experience.

Ordered a chicken bowl. The chicken was burnt and they were out of lettuce, this was the second time.

Missing the salsa bar. Had to wait 3 and then called on a cook to get me a cashier just to place my order. Food is great for being fast food. Customer service was great after my order was placed. They left out my tortillas but responded with a fresh pack a few minutes later.

For what my wife and i paid for 6 tacos (3 per person) for 1 meal., we could have bought all the ingredients for the same price and had 6 tacos for 2 or 3 meals. The food was great as always but idk if there was a problem with the electricity today but the lobby was dark the digital menu only half of it was on and maybe understaffed too because the salsa bar was a gross and messy finally it was atleast 5 minutes of waiting b4 someone came out the kitchen to take our order but she was sweet and knowledgeable

Service is utterly ridiculous!!! After ordering food, we waited & waited. After about 10-15 minutes (seemed longer), we finally got the margaritas we ordered. Then, after going to the counter to find out what was going on with our food, we finally got get some of our food only to send some back b/c it had been sitting so long that it got cold. Then, got food & it was still wrong. Had to go back for a 3rd time. Still didn't get what we really ordered. And then people who ordered after us got their food before us. Okay this location is great as its on my way for many things. So I go there alot. The drive through os horrible and never gets the order right. When I go in. The place is dirty. The bathrooms are nasty. Service takes forever just to get an order in. I have been trying to be understanding cause its not a million dollar job. Yet the employees have attitudes and always gets the order wrong or they cook the food horribly. Not sure what it is but its nasty. So I dont go there anymore. At one point it was awesome. Now you get nasty food with attitude. Hope that helps. Maybe an incentive for the employees to get their name on a review might being up moral and they may perform better. But a good incentive. After all they are the ones making the food and taking care of the place.

Food was decent but the real reason I’m leaving a two star review is the sheer lack of motivation from any of the workers. We pull up to the drive-thru to pick up our order (the inside & drive thru are both EMPTY) & the guy tells us we have to come inside to pick it up. So we go inside to a place that offered no service. Three or four employees walk by before I have to make it a point that I’m there to then get my order -.- this place needs new management who will keep their workers working & providing quality service. LORD have mercy food service at a fast food place is not a hard job, MOST people should be able to provide better service than this. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Taco Cabana has really gone down, and especially this one. This particular location seems to always be missing something. One day, they didn't have flautas during happy hour. The next time I went they were missing queso for breakfast. I'm always worried when I go there. But the staff are always kind.

The food here is good but the service is terrible. I literally have waited over TWENTY FIVE MINUTES for six tacos. I placed my order at 8:08 am and it WAS 8:35 when I got my order. The salsa bar was not set up, none was offered and when I asked the lady seemed to have been irritated by my request, and then just gave me a salsa without offering me any of the usual options. Taco cabana food is taco cabana food, pretty decent, but there are other locations, that I will for sure be going before visiting this one again.

Taco Cabana (in general and definitely this location) has lost touch with what their customers want. I arrived at 11am and asked for beef fajitas. Was rudely told by the counter help that they didn't have any (see attached pic. Of fajitas on the grill.) What happened to Taco Cabanas wonderful salsa bar? Now only an anemic reminder of what used to be (see attached pic.) I'm glad I don't live anywhere near this Taco Cabana because I would hate to have to go in there because I enjoy Taco cabana's fajitas.

I’ve come here several times for cheese enchiladas because they can be really good. On 11/25 at 7pm, I got a fresh, hot plate — truly 5/5. This first experience is what brought me back. Since then, the quality has dropped drastically. On a lunch visit around 11:30am, there was no rice, the enchiladas tasted old, and the beans were dry. It was maybe a 3/5, and I had mild stomach gurgling afterward. But today 12/5 was the worst. I was given very old enchiladas, clearly reheated, tough, greasy, and impossible to cut with a fork. I received only a few spoonfuls of rice, no guac, and beans so old my stomach reacted instantly with one bite!. I couldn’t eat any of it and had to throw the entire meal away. The staff is friendly, but food safety and freshness need immediate attention. Owner: please order anonymously and taste what’s coming out of the kitchen. Lancaster location has potential, but the inconsistency and old food are unacceptable.

Went here last night and drive Thursday was closed down. I left. Returned next day Thanksgiving day and went inside assuming drive thur was closed still. The server was rude and seemed angry I was not rude, didn't raise my voice nothing to justify the rude behavior. The other 2 employees had no problem. I won't spend money at any business that treats it customers they way I was. Just My opinion!

This place has gone way down hill. They are slow and unorganized. The lady in the fton doesn't seem to even know how to use the register. The girl at the register had no idea what she was doing poor thing. Getting orders wrong, giving customers the wrong receipt. And did it took forever to get our food. However the food was on point. The meat/bean ratio on my Cabana bowl was perfect. But once we ate we decided to order COOKIES it took another 30 min to get those!!!!! They are severely understaffed and need more workers.

The place smells bad on the inside, it takes F O R E V E R to get food inside and drive thru and the order is hardly EVER correct and you have to ask for napkins, utensils, and sauce that's SUPPOSED to come with your meal ... Close it down or revamp ASAP. They just need to start the whole city over.

I pulled up to the drive thru, and no one was in front of me. The lady said one moment. No one came on the speaker for over 10 minutes. I pulled around to the window, and there was one car in front of me that seemed to be having issues with their order. I then placed my order directly at the window and was not given a receipt. I noticed only 2 people working. One person is making food and one taking orders at the drive-thru and in store cashier. It took another 15 minutes to get my food, and the individual making the food gave it to me. I asked for a receipt from him since the lady at the window disappeared. Waited for another 3 minutes to get the wrong receipt. I'll definitely be disputing any inaccurate charges. Can't ever seem to get good service in the southern urban areas of Dallas. It's really a shame because my money is just as good in North Dallas.

We do not have Taco Cabana back home so we wanted to try it while on vacation. We were not happy with the food, the service, or the overall atmosphere. Men's restroom had no trash can so there were paper towels on the floor. Took almost fifteen minutes to get our food, none of which was fresh/hot so we did not know why it took so long.

Went to dine in and there was no one at the counter at all. We had to call out for someone to come take our order. All the tables were dirty, so we had to clean a table to sit. The food was ok, but it has been way better in the past. The salsa bar was dirty. The bathrooms were awful. When I went to throw out my items in the trash, thr trash bin smelled awful, like when the trash hasn't been taken out for a few days and things are spoiling in there. Not returning.

I walked inside to place an order to-go about 8:30 pm on a Tuesday night. There were maybe two cars in the drive-thru and one table with two people waiting for their food. I waited about 10 minutes before leaving with nothing. I never spoke with an employee. I never even saw an employee the entire time I was waiting to be served. This location is the absolute worst in customer service, wait times, food presentation and accuracy, and they never have their margarita machines working. And if you happen to get lucky enough to score a nice, refreshing cold margarita.. you'll regret it, because they are disgusting at this location. I ordered a strawberry margarita and a hard taco. The service was horrible . The girl kept my license for 6 minutes. I don't know what she was doing with my license. The taco meat was half on the shell and the rest was on the foil and take out box. Horrible place to eat. I will never spend my money there again.

I came here for a bowl and I said no sour cream and they put not a lil but covers my bowl with it and I paid for extra cheese and didn’t get it I came all the way back and I was furious. This place should close. The workers don’t act like they want to be there, nobody smiles. I ordered a TC breakfast tacos box. They left out the bacon tacos, they did not give me salsa until I asked for it, and did not label the tacos. I had to open everyone of them before finding out there were no bacon tacos. It took 15 minutes to get my order. The service has fallen off, hard. They should close or find new management who can hire workers that want to serve others and do a good job.

*** Beware*** Lancaster Tx store # 20328. NASTY place. Dining room dirty and not one inside table clean. Patio not any better. Food was ok till I was given a spoon to eat my salad. They have been without forks allmost all day per the cashier. Walmart is only .4 miles down the street and they sell plastic forks. Poor management! I'm sure it will be blamed on staffing shortage, but who would want to work in a place like this. Don't waste your money.

I hate this is the only TC close your me. This is the most unprofessional, rude, slow service you could ever get. I ordered 2 breakfast tacos and went in to get them bright and early no line on the inside at all. It took 5-8 minutes for someone to even come to the register. I had to yell out are yall open on the inside. Because I could hear them socializing in the kitchen. A lady calls for the manager that’s working that register, no greeting or nothing she just looked at me and I assumed that was my queue to order. She takes my order gives me the receipt turned to walk away but not without grabbing her cell phone and putting it up to her ear. 15 min later I finally had 2 bacon, egg, & cheese breakfast tacos.

This light skin lady with blonde/pink braids I'm guessing she is the manager. She was working the drive thru taking orders, taking payments, giving the food to customers way outside the window with gloves on both hands. Remember the gloves ok. When I pulled up I watched her with these same gloves handle large burrito size tortillas. She placed them on the grill. She continued to get other orders ready. With those same gloves she made the burritos. She stuck her right hand in whatever toppings to put on the burrito. She then answered her cell phone with that same gloved hand and placed the phone up to her ear to talk. She used her shoulder to steady the phone while she continued. Once the call ended she used that same gloved hand to put her cell phone back in her pocket. She finished the burritos folded it em all nice in that foil wrapping it comes in....order was ready. I'm still waiting for someone to come get my payment. I was hoping it was her so I could tell her to change those gloves. Unfortunately she didn't. With that same gloved hand she handed her headset to a Hispanic guy who was taking over the drive thru window...with them same dang on gloves on. NASTY AND THEY KNOW BETTER. I get they may have been short staffed because I was in that line well over 30mins but that does not give them reason to not be cautious with handling folks food. Change your gloves or let one person handle the drive thru etc not both unless you change those gloves. I got 2 enchiladas plates and an order of flauntas that she didn't fix thank you God. The food was good but the wait was too long. Those young folks in there were moving close to turtle speed.

Young lady with dreads at the drive through window, was rude and had a attitude, didn't speak, she didn't provide napkins salsa or even a straw. The bean and ground beef tacos were full of grease and hard to eat and enjoy. Worst experience I've had so far.

This place lacks customer service skills. As a walk in, two employees walked past the counter without acknowledging people were standing here to order. No good morning, no hello someone will be with you in a moment. The second girl did go get someone to let her know customers were st the front to order. Direct reflection of management. The first time I came here was in the drive thru and I had to wait a bit because they had to make food fresh which was great but let the customer know there will be a wait time when certain items are ordered.

I ordered the Jalapeño nachos burrito and it should bebcalled the jalapeño BEAN burrito because 90% of it was beans. It was over saturated with beans and not a lot of cheese or ground beef. I'm guessing about .05% was ground beef. I didn't want the bean but they said it was already made. Now I see that if they take the beans out you will on have a tortilla and jalapeños. Don't get this meal.

Always check your order before you leave for a simple not complicated order they managed to screw it up on a kids meal on a non busy workday .

Lady at the Drive thru has horrible customer service skills. Gosh, dont get me started on having to wait 15min in the drive thru line! 🙄

I keep forgetting how horrible the service is here. Always slow, so rude, they look high, lazy with attitudes. Never going back to this location. It’s Lancaster so that says a lot.

Horrible attitude from your employees and the manager at your Lancaster, Texas location! Asked for the managers name and said she didn't have to give to to us. Then they closed the windows, started talking about my husband and were laughing at us because we asked why were they giving us a bad attitude for no reason! Wasted 50 dollars there just to be the most mistreated I have ever been by any restaurant employees!

Just speed right through don’t stop!!! EVERYTHING WAS OLD DEAD AND DRY. Had I not been starving myself I would not have ate my bowl. I just pray I am not sick tomorrow

45 minutes trapped in the drive through line, I have seen at least 10 cars leave the line, when I ordered she listened to the ENTIRE order then said no substituting, and my breakfast is now double the box price. Would NEVER come here again if it weren’t for my kids wanting tacos from here. One time, well that’s ok everyone has off days, this is the 3rd time in the past few months and it gets worse every time. I’d rate zero stars but it’s not an option. Not even sure if the management cares because all the reviews seem to be that same with apologies but no fix.

If I count give a zero star I would have. My husband and I walked into the establishment and waited for service the employee Tonya didn’t even acknowledge us standing there. Once she came to take our order she had such a horrible attitude. She just stood there looking at me without asking what we wanted to order. I asked her what’s the difference between a brisket street taco and a regular one she said I DON’T KNOW ONE IS STREET AND ONE AIN’T. With the most horrible attitude. I asked her for her name she refused to give it to me. I asked another employee. Needless to say we won’t be going back there.

Takes all day to even take your order which is confusing because the breakfast menu is limited. Got out the drive through line thinking going in would be faster no one acknowledged me not even a hello one second left me standing at the register as if I was there Just to look at them not go to work. It’s unfortunate that this is the only one in the area

The enchiladas are good, but they seem to have A LOT of trouble paying attention to orders. I always ask for corn tortillas, and half the time they give me flour. I got DoorDash today, asked for corn tortillas. I got some of the shittiest flour tortillas around, including one that looked like someone ate off of one.

Such a terrible place. Never again we will eat there. Went in around 815pm. There was only 2 workers and they were just standing around in the kitchen. They were talking to each other. It took 15 minutes to take our order. No other customers were there. Then it took 20 mins to get our food. The rice was crunchy, the taco shells were stale, the enchiladas were tough, no tortillas, the relish bar was blown out and empty. The beans and tea was the only good thing.

Walked in at 6:07 a.m., no one acknowledged me. After a few minutes, someone finally took my order—with no customer service skills and looking irritated that I ordered 18 breakfast tacos. Definitely won’t be coming back.

This location os terrible, I should have known from the moment I walked in and it was dirty and empty that it was going to be disgusting. Waste of time and money and the employees and obviously those responsible for this place could care less!!! Taco Cabana should shut this disgrace of a location down, they are tarnishing the brand! Whewwwwww this was the worst fast food I’ve had in a while. I wanted a Mexican pizza and for some ungodly reason I stopped here to order— with no onions. It was cold and as you can see the cheese was not melted on top. I still have the courage to take a bite and it was disgusting. Zero stars. I ordered in the drive thru but went inside to get a fork and it was very dingy inside and looked abandoned. Smh. Lancaster is struggling in general food wise.

Guacamole was sour, which means it’s bad or starting to ferment. Flautas were burnt to hell and my wife’s been and cheese burrito looked like someone sat on it. Hire better quality workers before you end up giving someone food poisoning
