Drive through experience is a bit too long. The parking space situation is a bit tight so be careful parking and waiting. The outside of the resturant is always clean. The staff is friendly. I’ve ordered from Door Dash for Church’s twice - one for delivery and one for pick up. Delivery went well. My order was complete and they even provided extra sauces, plates and utensils. The pick up order (a good idea to bypass the waiting time in the tight parking space) was excellent and order was complete along with sauces, plates and utensils.

Food eas good and great service but i guess the smoke exaust was not working or didnt had one the restaurant was full of smoke.

Service was good, but I remember they used to have a dollar menu. They practice social distancing, but the meal which was a #1 with two additional sides came out to $11 plus change. The biscuit was quite small and the corn wasn't as good as I remember, but overall a decent meal.

Let's see, my dad know that place around the first years since it opened, he told me that was a delicious chicken, we live in Mexico City, I came to Laredo for business, and remembered my father I decided to eat at probably the first Church's Chicken ever in Laredo, TX, I get inside want to order and guess what, the manager so nasty, and the whole staff too, they looked like they don't like their job, they looked annoyed, don't want to attend me or she don't like to attend anyone, at least 3 customers entered behind me and she told them, she has a lot of orders and work, so no have time to attend them, I thought, Its for real??? First time I see a place that they don't like the customers, after that I could say the food is good, but the customer service too bad, hope this message reaches people, that can take decisions in that place because, I think the staff have the responsibility to maintain in good shape and in good service a place like that, hope next time, have an opportunity to get more than I got today, 🤨

I place my order through the drive through they answer offer me their special a large bundle. I said no thanks l order one piece of chicken they had two cars ahead of me from the time l placed the order to time left got to the window they took five to ten minutes to get my order. Think about that for a second for one piece of chicken. Service is not there. The atmosphere dry and not worried about what they doing no recites was given to me to rate there services.

Came by today at 8:10 pm to buy chicken. Was advised that they had run out of flour so they had no chicken to sell. Customers where being turned away. Poor service

It sucks when you order a large drink and receive a small. I told the lady I ordered a large and all she would say was okay and ever changed my small to a large.

They got three items on my order wrong through the drive thru, charged me biscuits but didn't give them to me, under cooked a tender, that wasn't even warm anymore. Asked me how many played I wanted after I asked twice, and then didn't even give me plates and sporks. Went back Inside after 10 minutes and corrected them, and they took 20 minutes to correct the issues, then charged me for large fries I ordered and took those 20minuted to only add the 🍟 to my previous order. Did Not Apologize. Horrible service would not recommend.
