Normally never have problems with this store but yesterday I was very dissapointed. After placing my order through the drive through, they told us to pull up to the window. There was a vehicle in front of us and as it pulled away, someone inside stuck their head out and told us to wait where we are (to not pull forward). We waited a good 10 minutes. I tried calling the store after that wait but received no response after three calls. After about another 5 minutes, they finally flagged us to move forward. When we pulled up to the window, they didn't apologize for the wait or anything, just asked for payment for my order. I asked them what the hold up was and they said something like that they were refilling the ice machine. There were at least three people in the store at the time. I don't understand why they told us to wait, never apologized for the wait, and to top it off, our Dr Pepper tasted like cough syrup. Two stars and only because the popcorn chicken was good.

The you go on your lunch break u pay for a meal I get to my work n they don't put all ur fries Ur ordering don't let u talk finally. They got it N for what .. they forgot to put them..I just wanted what we pay for.

Food tasted really nice until I chewed a piece metal. Cashier didn't seem to care but gave me a refund. Least be considerate chip my tooth 🦷

Took a chance on this place and ordered the breakfast sandwich and was the worst. Looks nothing like the picture. More bread than substance. The tea was bad, from dispenser. The staff is full on ATTITUDE!!. JUST GO NEXT DOOR TO THE MCDONALD'S. Save your breakfast disappointment, this restaurant has no quality food and may just close up like the others.

tbh i dont hate the food , but yesterday around 11:10pm i was in line in drive thru with 3-4 cars in front of me, i was next to order but i ended up waiting 5-7 minutes before i left and no employee took my order , turns out one was their phone and the rest where no where to be found . be so fr

It is ridiculous that you all are advertising that you close at midnight and I get to drive thru at 1145pm and they tell me it’s close. That they close early because the manager doesn’t want them to stay pass 12am. Common sense we’ll change the operating hours. I am a manager and we never close doors early because we want to leave. It is the lamest excuse I have ever heard.

You need more staff!!!! The employees where upset. The environment was horrible. It was awkward to order because they were like 7 ppl waiting for there order. They never cleaned the floor. They closed the door shut for no one to come in or out. Pay them more!!!! And get more employees!!!!

I’m rating a zero. Who ever is in charge of this location my service here was horrible and not because of the employees that went out of there way to provide me with great costumer service even though they only had 3 employees doing a job of 8 or 10 having orders back to back. A job at this time is needed they are unable to quit because they need the job. All the stress builds up and they take it out on the costumers that are wasting money to have a nice meal. Please hire at least more staff. It is needed. Please do not abuse of 3 people working a job of 10 ppl. This looks bad on JACK IN THE BOX!!! I expected more from you all!!! This is abuse and I am 1 hundred percent sure you are not paying them $15 per hour!!!! This is bad I will no longer come here and if I do it’s only to see if you all took my advice to making this location better.. waiting time here was over 2 hours smh

Horrible experience! There was a man taking my order (dine in) and I asked for 3 breakfast jacks and he looked confused. Said they didn't sell those and I'm like what?? I asked for 4 tacos and 1 fries and he gave me 2 tacos and 2 fries. This is ridiculous, he's either new or plain dumb. Then I asked him for a refill and he took like 10 minutes to give me a simple refill. Never going here again!

Well love jack in the box, but we ordered tacos since it was late night. We get back to the hotel and on one of the tacos there was a huge hair inside. Needless to say we did not eat the rest of them. Didn't bother calling the store since probably not gonna believe it, and say it was ours.
