If you are starving, I don't recommend this place because they take so long to serve your food. I understand they always have orders in front of you, but there had been times that they took over 35 min to give you the order. So, if you are hungry but not that much you can go there, by the time they serve you, you'll be hungry. Food is good. I like it. That is the reason I go there to have boneless and tenders.

They always take too long to prepare the food, even tho we order something pretty simple (wings and fries for 3). Every time I've gone they take between 30 min to 1 hour to have an order ready. I think it would be nice for the staff to let us know ahead about how long our food will take just so we have an idea and make sure if we're willing to pay and wait that long

I asked for classic wings original hot, wings was dry and tasted like spicy garlic

Update: I asked the staff and my order was not even made and they told me they called my name and someone else took it (not true since I am direct in front of the delivery shelf) I have 30 mins waiting for a small order. There are orders flying off the shelf for takeout and mine nothing. The packing lady sometimes is gone. She is also on her phone on the line. I would appreciate if they would have told me the waiting time and let me decided if I wanted to wait this long. Seems to me like online orders are priority while take out here is not even important.

I hate when I call and they say hi please hold. Every single time i call they do this. Last time.i was on speaker in my car. When I got down the bluetooth disconnected and I had to call again. Very upsetting.

Made an online order and 45 min later received a notification that my order was canceled but still charged me now in order for me to get my food I would have to pay again but my order was picked up by driver 🤬

never fails to mess up my order. there is always something missing especially when i order online. ridiculous. they always try blaming my driver when they’re the ones who prepare the order.

Horrible. They can’t answer the phone without making you hold. They take over AN HOUR to get orders out. Would not recommend The wings are overly cooked and dry too I called with a question and they were very rude.

They put many boxes of wings that the bag ripped when we called to ask if they can be remade they said it wasn’t their fault and denied the bag could rip, saying it can hold 20 pounds. Crazy how they didn’t even want to own up to a bag ripping or apologize even with their long wait time.
