I had dinner one evening with my mother and daughter. We were greeted by a very kind young lady who took our names and seated us. Then the waiter came to take our order, knowledgeable and competent in suggesting the various options, including a children's menu with a little gift (very appreciated). Meanwhile, another waiter came by, also very kind and polite, and joked with my daughter, telling her in a friendly way that only if she ate everything would she receive a little gift, even giving her a high five (apologizing for the intimacy), a nice gesture that made the evening even more enjoyable.

Super friendly and welcoming staff, very willing to resolve even small hiccups in the cooking of the meat (I really appreciated that they offered to re-do the grill because it was a bit dry). Fast and precise service, a vast assortment of dishes for every taste, and big screens for football matches! It certainly doesn't disappoint!

We had burgers, schnitzel, and a T-bone steak: everything was simply perfect! The meat was excellent quality, cooked to perfection, and served with tasty sides. Generous portions and authentic flavors, just as you'd expect from a cuisine that focuses on substance. The value for money is excellent: you eat well, you spend the right amount, and you leave satisfied. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. And the icing on the cake? The dessert! Delicious, meticulously crafted, and truly the perfect ending to an excellent meal. We'll definitely be back!

After longing to try this place, we finally made it, and we were thrilled! The place is truly charming, with a typical pub atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable. They seated us at a table in a quiet area, away from the noise, allowing us to enjoy the evening in peace. As for food, we chose a burger and a tagliata, both of which were exceptional! And we certainly couldn't pass up dessert: we opted for two desserts. Personally, I love the warm heart soufflé, but I have to admit, this one didn't blow me away as much as I'd hoped. However, that didn't detract from the beauty of the evening.

I give it full stars because if the wait is long, it's not the staff's fault, but rather the people who stay for hours and hours and never get up. That said, the service is very, very fast. I asked for a change to my sandwich and they did it without any problems. The place is beautiful and the quality of the food is really excellent, even the chicken in the sandwich wasn't the usual frozen one, it was a fresh cutlet. Everything we ordered was very good. I honestly recommend it and will be back! For a large mixed fried food, 3 drinks plus a large water, two giant sandwiches (with fries included, which is not a given), a tortilla with chicken, a plate of curry rice, the Oreo cheesecake (SUPER GOOD), and a coffee, we spent €23 per person. It's a fair price.

Nice and clean place, good staff. Food is amazing, even if I don't recommend grilled vegetables... but if you eat Fajitas of chicken/meat you will be totally amazed and with a totally fully stomach. I really recommend it.

I don't know what happened recently, but unfortunately the quality has really dropped. The service and experience are always improving, and they're very accommodating to any need. What has changed is the food. The meat wasn't as good as it used to be; it had a strange flavor. I've tried several different types, and it's the same for all of them. Even the fries aren't as good as they used to be, and the quantity is much smaller. I'd love to go back to the days when the fries were all spiral-shaped and a sort of white focaccia with oregano was served. What memories! I've been going to this place since I was little, and it's always been good, but... lately, that hasn't been the case. I hope they can revise a few things and bring back the excellent quality/price ratio they once had.

I've been to Crazy Bull in Surbo and, honestly, I expected something more. The sandwich selection is rather limited, and practically all of them cost €10.50, without many variations or customization options. There was some disorganization during service: while they were taking our orders, the waiters were bringing receipts to other tables, causing confusion. We even tried calling ahead for information, but they never answer the phone. The dining room is large, but the tables are too close together, so there's little space and little privacy. It wasn't all bad, but there's definitely room for improvement. Three stars because the atmosphere is nice, and with a few tweaks, it could be worth more.

Siamo stati al Crazy Bull di Surbo attirati dalla fama del locale. L'atmosfera è piacevole e il servizio cortese. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, la presentazione del piatto era davvero curata e invitante, degna di nota. Tuttavia, la qualità dell'hamburger non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative: da un locale di questo livello mi sarei aspettato una carne più saporita e una consistenza diversa. Nel complesso un'esperienza sufficiente.

Locale carino in stile americano, accolti dalla responsabile, professionale ma un mezzo sorriso di benvenuto potrebbe anche farlo. L'addetto agli ordini si è dimostrato cortese e disponibile durante tutta la nostra permanenza. Una pizza con cornicioni completamente crudi...immangiabili, una pizza invece più bruciata che cotta. Abbiamo mangiato il mangiabile solo perché affamati. Patatine fritte indecenti. Molto buona la birra spina bionda.
