This was the loveliest Valentine's day!!! Everyone here was so nice and kind, the place was cozy and warm and the food was just delicious. The presentation was gorgeous, but even better was the wonderful freshness and flavor of the food. We started with a sake flight, and there were so many different flavors from dry to sweet and creamy. After we had delicious brussel sprouts to start, then had pork belly appetizer that was so delectable we had a second. We then had the lemon salmon roll and the lobster roll, both were delicious. We ended with oysters Rockefeller... It was the best Valentine's meal and the staff made it so special, they even took a Polaroid of us together. It was wonderful, will for sure be back!

Pier 215 Sushi Sake Bar: A Culinary Fusion that Sails Beyond Expectation! Pier 215 is more than just a "sushi sake bar"; it is a dynamic culinary destination that successfully marries the artistry of traditional Japanese cuisine with bold, fresh flavors from around the world. Spearheaded by an experienced chef with a pedigree in high-end Las Vegas dining, this restaurant delivers an elevated experience that focuses intensely on ingredient quality and creative execution. The first thing you notice upon entering is the refined, modern ambiance. It strikes a balance between sleek metropolitan dining and comfortable warmth, making it ideal for everything from a casual happy hour to a special occasion dinner. While the sushi and sashimi are—fresh, meticulously sliced, and beautifully presented—the true magic of Pier 215 lies in its unique fusion plates. Highlights include the creamy and addictive Spicy Rock Shrimp and the surprisingly delightful influence of Italian cuisine, seen in dishes like the Cajun Shrimp Penne Vodka Sauce (a popular off-menu item) or even a unique take on a Caprese Salad. For those craving raw fish, the specialty rolls, such as the bold Yellowtail Serrano Roll or the indulgent Black Tiger Roll, offer an exciting mix of texture and heat. For a truly premium experience, the non-sushi entrees, like the Baked King Crab Leg or the Korean Beef Short Ribs, showcase the kitchen's mastery over savory, rich flavors. Pier 215 is a destination for the diner who appreciates traditional Japanese technique but is eager for culinary innovation. It’s a guaranteed fresh catch that stands out in the crowded Las Vegas dining scene.

Pier 215 is a Japanese restaurant that serves a variety of sushi, rice bowls, and some drinks. There’s many options but it’s pretty standard when it comes to sushi. The thing that sets this place apart from other sushi spots is the fact that they have a Kaiseki option as well as a sake sampler. If you want to try something different, I highly suggest either of these options. Kaiseki is pretty much an assorted variety of Japanese dishes from vegetables to sushi. Ambiance is pretty nice as I’ve only went there when it’s night time. Fairly dimly lit so it brings a romantic vibe if you want to bring a date here. They can accommodate a good amount of people, but a large group may be limited depending on how busy they are. Whenever I’ve been here, the service has been pretty decent since it wasn’t too busy. The service was pretty standard as they would check up on us every so often. Overall, this place has good quality Japanese food while specializing in sushi/sashimi and has great options when it comes to drinks as well.

Loved it! Now I’m happy I found this Sushi spot, all food was delicious. The Service was perfect, we were 12 people and the food came right on time with no long delays. The restaurant even has a great happy hour deal. Been to a lot of sushi restaurants in Vegas and the is now on my top five.

Pier 215 has great customer service! They are welcoming. I got the Golden Knight Roll and the angry lobster roll. They both were good. The golden knight roll is fried and served a lil warm. The crab mix is really good.

Very impressive sushi spot. We were told about this place by a fiends and decided to go check it out. Richard was our server and he was awesome. He directed us through the menu and explained some different thing to us. We enjoyed some appetizers, rolls, sashimi and drinks. The location is perfect and it’s going to be much busier once Durango Station opens up (across the street)

Pier 215 is definitely one of the best sushi spots in the area. They offer a wide variety of fresh, flavorful sushi rolls, sashimi, and bento boxes. The spicy tuna and sashimi dinner are especially worth mentioning—fresh, well-portioned, and delicious. Prices are very reasonable, especially during happy hour, which makes it a great value. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great dining experience. Whether you're a sushi lover or just looking for something fresh and satisfying, Pier 215 is worth a visit.

Stopped here after a long flight for a work trip. I couldn’t decide what to eat, I wanted to try everything. I like that they had small plates, a raw bar, and sushi. The service was a bit slow because they were busy, but friendly. I was able to order oysters by the eaches and got 3 Santa Barbara oysters. The mignonette was great. I then ordered the Pork Bao Buns and the Lotus Roll. All the food was fresh and had a ton of flavor. I will definitely be back here on my next trip and bring my customers along.

The sushi is consistently good, friendly service. Not sure if they still do the happy hour anymore, but it used to be a good one. The Rock shrimp is delicious as is the fried cheesecake.

We've eaten here before, but it's definitely jumped up quite a few notches. First, the service was personal, and every item was exceptional and unbelievable. we were the only ones there it was early, but that made it so much better if you had been here before go try it again.

Great local restaurant. Great customer service with good original food, I’d say this is my second favorite sushi in Vegas after Neko. Love the 8$ roll all day menu. Atmosphere is modern and bathrooms are nice and clean. I’d dine with them again and highly recommend.

My wife and I ate here for our anniversary dinner. This place is a hidden gem. The quality of the fish is several steps above what we are used to at AYCE places and the traditional rolls are not drenched in sauces, which shows the chefs' confidence in the quality of the product. Happy hour from 3-6 pm every day does include some sushi rolls, but I recommend adventuring into their main menu and trying other things. There wasn't a single item we ordered that we didn't like. We look forward to coming back for some of their dinner menu items aside from just sushi. However, we will certainly return and recommend to our friends to come here for delicious, high quality sushi.

Service was great, servers were very attentive. They had a good mix of what you'd expect from any sushi place, as well as a few delicious specialty items of their own.

One of the best Happy Hour in Vegas!! I enjoyed $1 fresh oysters, fresh and crispy ceviche, few rolls at affordable price. You'll be happily surprised!

Really enjoyably eclectic menu with a decidedly Asian-fusion twist. They have a nice bar selection and some fun happy hour type choices. The staff was fun and attentive. They don't have a sheet to order sushi, so I made my own with a napkin - the waiter was so appreciative! 😁 A really nice surprise at Pier 215 is that they actually do their grill type items well. The sushi was good, ok. So was the grilled tako appetizer, awesome. But the steak was really terrific by any standard. That's often not the case at places that try to cover so many bases. These guys do it, and they do it very well!

Good sized sushi. Fresh fish.

Omg, i've been feening for a bento box for a while now and finally just had it for lunch. The teriyaki chicken bowl bento was alittle pricey for lunch time. Heck everything cost more, right? Service was fast and the quality of the food was perfect, not too salty or saucy. The restaurant layout is current nothing dated, just a good vibe there. Loved the experience, food, and company.

I had a fantastic time at Pier 215! The seafood was incredibly fresh, with each dish bursting with flavor. The sake flight was a highlight—perfectly curated and a fun way to explore different varieties. They also offer a great selection for non-raw fish eaters, ensuring everyone has plenty of delicious options. The service was attentive and friendly, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Great place for a business lunch. Great food, great service, quiet enough for a business meeting and priced better than casinos. I had the sushi sampler and it was really good.

Amazing place! Great food and service. Love the atmosphere. I tried the bento box and pork belly rice bowl. Both were good. But the bento box was my favorite. It was super creative and I got to try and bunch of things I've never had before. Definitely coming back!

They have all day happy hour every day, pretty amazing. Things like spicy tuna roll, which was very fresh and tasty is $5. They have a great selection of happy hour drinks too. A cozy spot to check out.

F

Happy hour offers some pretty solid deals. The beers come out to about 7 which is ok but they start off at $14 so make of that what you will. The rolls are the best deals with $17 coming down to $10. There were also hand rolls and some other items. The regular menu is huge and generally casual sushi restaurant fare tho I did see some interesting specialty dishes. Overall, solid local sushi restaurant off the strip. It has a lot of room and the food is solid. Value for price was also solid

T
Thilo Savage

It’s rare for every cut in a chirashi bowl to hit, but the Pier pulled it off. The rolls were solid too. Service was oddly slow for an empty restaurant, but that might’ve been a fluke (fish pun intended). I’ll definitely be back for round two.

N

Good food. Service a little slow and forgot an entire entree order :-(. Prices reasonable though for sushi I would do an all you can eat place.

First, their service is not good, super slow even though when we came there in a group of 6, there are not that many people in the restaurant, but they still made us wait 40 mins before we can seat down. We work nearby and have like an hour to eat for lunch but not until 12:50 that our dishes all came to the table! (we came at noon) Second, their sashimi bento is tiny and not that even good with the expensive price we have to pay. It’s not fresh. Nothing is exceptional, just ok but price is so high and service is bad. If it were not to be close to my workplace, I would not come here. You can find a much better sushi place than this

J
Justin Miller

We went there on a Saturday (on the day of the grand prix) and it wasn't crowded, that probably should have been a warning. The fried zucchini was fairly bland but the Korean fried chicken was decent. That's where the good part ends. The rolls we ordered were soggy and just not appealing. We only ate a couple pieces and the waiter didn't even ask if there was a problem. The steak I got was very unevenly cooked and mostly fat. Waiter never asked if we wanted more drinks. For the price it was a little embarrassing. We had to laugh as the other reviews are so good and our experience was definitely not.

L
Luis Fuentes

My wife has been wanting to come here for months and finally we came to try it out. We did curbside pick up and with that they gave us twenty percent off - which was nice! The food wasn’t good at all! Very sad for the price you would think that it would be a better quality but it was far from it. The edamame wasn’t good, fried rice was not good, the sushi was mediocre and the bulgogi was the worst. We at least tried it and we’ll stay away.

K

We had dinner here last night because we were craving fresh, raw seafood and chose this place based on the good reviews. Our waiter was nice and friendly, and our food arrived within 5–10 minutes of ordering. However, shortly after leaving the restaurant, we both began experiencing stomach discomfort. We had abdominal pain and multiple episodes of diarrhea after getting home, and even woke up in the middle of the night with ongoing symptoms. We believe we suffered from food poisoning, possibly due to seafood that was not properly stored, handled, or may have contained parasites. Unfortunately, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this place for fresh seafood.
