Sharing my experience here today. My family & I came here after going to church. A staff member suggested that money being given to them was fake when it wasn’t. It was just terrible crumbled up after being in a pocket. We had our 5 year old daughter. The person who was trying to pay took offense. ( not understanding the area that we were in and the troubles the store may have had in the past ). We had our little one with us watching judgment being passed. I say this as a review because obviously this store is not located in the best area, I would avoid it if you can. I hope that Domino’s is able to provide the tools needed to those working here so false judgements cannot be made. ( such as a pen incase fake money is being passed at this location ) Prayers for the woman working today.

I can no longer support this business. The people running it now are EXTREMELY CHEAP. I've ordered food here for 20+ years without issues. Now, over the last couple years it has proven time and time again that the newest owner and their staff only desire to reduce customer satisfaction to whatever abysmal levels they think they can get away with. The Philly steak sandwich used to actually have meat inside when you ordered it. Now there isn't even a SINGLE LAYER! They space it out and strategically fill the gaps with the cheese and veggies! Every. Single. Time. They are now Skimpy on everything. Even if you order extra of a pizza topping, they'll do their best to make sure you get less than the bare minimum of the ingredients that should be portioned for the items you order. Just another long running Latham business bites the dust with their quality of customer service.

Went for a pick-up order, ordered an extra cheese pie. When I opened the pie it seems like sauce was poured on top of the cheese, not resemblant of an extra cheese pie. I got out of my car and went back into the store to let them know, but the response given by the man behind the counter was "that looks like extra cheese to me."' ....

You didn't give me my dipping sauce for my cheesy bread sticks. I specifically asked for it. I let yall get me twice, it won't happen again. Papa John's it is from now on!

ordered a $20 deal at 8:11, received the order via delivery at 10:40. my friend also ordered a pizza a singular pizza at 8:14, it's currently 10:45 and still has not received it. to the SAME address. we even called and asked about BOTH orders around 9:00 and the person on the phone was apologetic and did tell us it would be another hour but it was nearly two more hours. i don't understand why they didn't stop online orders if the wait was three hours out. we were not offered a refund or given any sort of discount or anything when in my opinion should have been offered for waiting 2.5 hours and a combined $70 later! the pizza itself was not very good either. requested it well done and it was not well done in the slightest as well as barely having sauce on a different pizza. i tried submitting a carry out insurance claim but it won't even let me. this is absolutely ridiculous. the picture i included shows it took over an hour to even make the pizzas.

Recently, I placed an order, and the food quality was very poor. They clearly don’t know how to make pizza... very careless staff. Avoid this place.

Don’t tip they have slow delivery they are late , claim they can’t deliver to hotel room. Just lazy don’t tip them ever

Worst dominos to order from. Ordered online, extra sauce and extra cheese in my pizzas. When I got there I had to wait an extra 15 minutes which is fine but the workers seemed very unorganized. Grabbed my pizza after the wait, got home, the pizza was dry, barely had any sauce and no extra cheese.

Absolutely the worst Domino’s, by far. If you order online and carry out, be prepared to be waiting, even after the app says it’s ready. Why? Because they always forget something. The past few times, that’s always the case. Either don’t take online orders or get them right when you do. It can’t be that hard to do. No worries though, I won’t be returning.

Ordered Parmesan garlic wings and got plain wings smothered in ranch. When the delivery driver delivered the new wings, she left the box on the floor and didn’t bother to ring the doorbell or call to let me know they arrived then had an attitude when I called about it. Never ordering from this place again.

Orders three pizzas all three were special kind and out of three we only liked one!! Two others were over cooked and were cold when we received! When I spoke to an associate and asked for Manager or Supervisor she said no one there at that moment and she didn’t know what to do!She was offering me redelivery but my kids were hungry and they started eating already . Overall poor customer service and satisfaction.

Horrible and I’m a neighbor! No surprise at 3.6 Ave review score….horrible! Habib doesn’t want to take my order. We called 8 times were on hold for 2 hours on 2 phone lines and told him we want no specials!!! Ouchy!!! Wow, thank you neighbor! We went to Legends and others and were treated with respect and dignity ALL AT A LOWER PRICE AND BEYTET FOOD AND SPECIALS! Thx dominos!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would order a pizza took an hour and 30 minutes to come when I’m five minutes away. Other than that I ordered one cheese pizza and one pizza that is a specialty pizza but basic and received this opened it and this is without touching it. ….. Do not go to Domino’s in Latham you will be disappointed

I paid $ 42 for a burnt, dry and dehydrated pizza, with a bad taste and cold, I hate them, it is the worst pizza I have ever tasted in my life, I think it will be the last time I will buy in domino’s pizza. If you are looking for a pizzeria, I recommend looking for another place, any will be better than this.
