Online order I asked for no pickles and they gave me pickles. I was kinda excited to see them cross out the pickles on the wrapper because everytime I ask for no pickles always get them. That was untill i bit into and tasted the vinegar on the bun opened up the sandwich 3 biggest pickle slices I've ever seen. They also gave me no sauce (ketchup, ranch). Fries where good tho thats about it.

A.i. in the drive up? Please! Then you charge me $1.89 for a tiny melted ice cream? No wonder youre no longer the king? You suck!

Would be nice to get a burger that wasn’t sitting around for a while, then microwaved for a minute to be so piping hot you can’t even hold it. Bad taste. Crap burger. Very disappointed. Wasn’t exactly a “have it your way” kind of day. Boo BK! Get it together people

I have been out in the drive through for 50 minutes. I am hungry. The whole point of fast food is for the food to be done fast. Thanks now and super late for work.

Food was slopped together and messy, got two burgers and they were not fresh, onion rings were stale and the fries were burnt, this location used to be good but it has gone downhill.

Went there this morning and I ordered a sausage croissant and egg and they did not put any sausage on my croissant. I ordered the cinnamon minis and we got two and they were both burnt. It was supposed to come with four not very happy with this location tried calling nobody’s answering Terrible service.

All Of the times I have been to this place has been horrible. This time I ordered 3 milkshakes. I got strawberry Oreo vanilla and Chocolate Oreo. They messed up the chocolate Oreo milkshake and only gave us chocolate. And on top of that they didn’t put any Whipped Cream and a cherry on top. And the AI drive thru?!?! That Ai has messed up all of the orders we have made. This was a horrible experience.

I came through the drive through at around 3:45 am and the larger employee, he seemed to be the only person on shift, served us tacos that were just saturated with grease, dirty grease at that, with BBQ SAUCE on them instead of TACO SAUCE after he had asked if I wanted sauce on the tacos. Horribly incompetent workers, it left a taste of burnt oil until I went to sleep. The sad reality is that I paid for this. This dude does not care about his job, 0 stars

Hepatitis and cross contamination On Thursday 5/23/24 at around 8 pm it was a all women team crew but these was the nastiest team I’ve ever seen cross contamination and bad service starting with manager on duty on cash register and then not washing hands and not using gloves then proceed to pre pare food when asked she said she replied you can have your money back not using the food holding times wasting food by dropping fries and 15 minutes later I watched her give customers these old fries water on the floor safety issues every one standing around talking in Spanish and thinking it’s ok too pre pare people food money is dirty and germs and you proceed to contaminating food and and everything you touch by not having proper sanitation please stay away from this store watch the people who prepare food I will call the district manager and file a complaint with health department
