They support local schools, sports teams, and neighborhood events, and it really shows how much they care. My family gets cookie cakes from them every year, and they always nail it. Super responsive, easy to work with, and the cookies are just flat-out amazing. We’re lucky to have them in the area.

I had no idea that this location is locally owned. I'm not sure when the new owners took over and had never met the previous owner. However, I was greeted with a smile and to my surprise it was the new owner at the cash register. He was very friendly. I got the Birthday Sprinkle Ice Cream Cake. Hubs and I have managed to eat this whole cake in a matter of days. I love that this location is open late so after we get pizza next door we can get cookies or ice cream. Marble Slab and Great American cookies brings back nostalgia of when I was a teenager. I've never had a flavor of ice cream or cookie that I didn't like.

We loved our experience with Great American Cookies. They did a fantastic job with our design - we asked them to make a Master's Logo for our friend that loves golf. We also were extremely impressed that they texted us to let us know when our order was ready, which felt very intentional. Would gladly be back here to visit!

Plus an impressive array of cookies, ice cream cakes and custom birthday desserts. Alyssa waited on us and was very helpful and friendly. She got super busy after we were quickly served but was always very calm and kind while she waited on a sudden army of customers. Great service, delicious choices and we will definitely be back!
