I wanted to take the time and carefully write out our experience. It's not Dairy Queen's fault. I was visiting my family last month and we decided to go get some ice cream at Dairy Queen. Upon the drive through, I ordered a banana split and mother ordered a cheese cake blizzard. It was sometime during the transaction payment mother took notice to 3 of the employees just standing there pointing up and one holding a cup. She asked the girl if they knew what they were doing or just learning. The girl replied no, everything is fine. After we got back to the house we started eating. Mother told me this is the worst tasting blizzard she has ever had. She insisted that it took 3 or 4 of them to make her blizzard and clearly had no clue what went in it. Maybe we just caught a bad night and there were some new employees in training or they just didn't have the full experience. Either way, since this is my review and not mother's I felt to be fair for both sides I wanted to take the time and write out my review and give our side of the story.

As a fan of ice cream, I'm disappointed and frustrated!! I've given this business more than a couple of tries because I know that things happen..but sheesh! I paid $12.02 for 2 vanilla ice cream with sprinkles and can't even get it on a sundae!! They told me "Sorry, that can't be on a sundae, it has to be a cup" And even though I said I would pay the medium price for a sundae with no toppings other than the sprinkles, they still gave me this ridiculous embarrassing portion!!!! Dairy Queen, c'mon man! You could've just charged me for the medium sundae and called it a day..my absence of not going back won't hurt the business, wanted to let you know.. Ridiculous

Well tired the Carmel heath brownie sundae disappointed again hardly any topping not much ice cream portion small over 6 dollars with tax this is why I dont come to dairy hardy ever at all

Ordered a chocolate m&m blizzard to be made with chocolate ice cream (dairy queen normally uses vanilla with chocolate syrup) I do not care for it their normal way and if I'm paying enough money for one cup of ice cream that could get me a tub in a store id like it the way I ask. This is the third time in a row they have made it with the syrup instead of just using chocolate ice cream. I have no more plans to spend money here. Update 1-25-2023: Waited all this time and decided to give another try...Yet again got one made with vanilla and chocolate syrup. Disgusted and completely over Dairy queen again. Unfortunately I can't give less then one star.

Super bad service, got over charged they notified me. I asked for small upgrade got denied and then got served the float that I asked for with just 1/3 of the cup with ice cream I asked for a redo and again persuade to take it. This staff needs to go an explore other options in line of work or retrained. BuT BIG 0 in service.

They really need to do something about the parking lot with the way cars come in and the line to the drive-thru. The other Dairy Queen has a much better setup.

I'm only giving four stars because I didn't have one but two eyelashes in my blizzard. Other than that the ice cream is usually perfect. So no A+today.
