Situato nel centro di Lecco, quando si varca l’ingresso di fa un piccolo viaggio nello spazio e nel tempo. Non sono mai stata in Iran ma l‘arredamento e l’atmosfera mi hanno riportata alle ambientazioni descritte dalla letteratura persiana. Nota di merito é sicuramente la carta, non solo per i piatti proposti, ma per il modo in cui vengono narrati, ognuno un breve racconto. La materia prima é ottima e i sapori ben bilanciati. Il servizio é cortese e attento. I prezzi in linea con la cura e la passione dell’esperienza proposta.

Un tuffo in Iran. È stata una bella sorpresa scoprire questo autentico ristorante persiano nel cuore di Lecco. Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione da 5 portate e, ad ogni piatto, è stato come fare un viaggio senza muoverci dalla sedia. Sapori decisamente lontani da quelli a cui siamo abituati qui, una scoperta ad ogni assaggio. Complimenti per la passione che viene messa nei piatti, si percepisce il desiderio di riportare i sapori autentici della loro terra. Servizio molto attento. Complimenti!

Bella sorpresa nel centro di Lecco. Un ottimo ristorante Persiano. Si accede da un piccolo corridoio per arrivare alle sale dei tavoli che offre un'atmosfera intima. L'ambiente è caratteristico e suggestivo. I piatti sono ottimi ed elaborati e ben presentati. Particolare il tris di antipasti Il personale è gentile e disponibile. I prezzi sono medi. Assolutamente da provare.. i piatti sono molto ricercati e davvero buonissimi. L’atmosfera molto intima e suggestiva.. abbiamo avuto la fortuna di parlare con lo chef che ci ha spiegato l’arredo del locale dove ha creato un percorso numerato e ci ha fatto percorrere la storia dell’impero persiano attraverso mosaici, quadri e foto storiche. Ogni piatto e ogni angolo del ristorante ha una storia ed è molto affascinante. Inoltre lo staff è di una gentilezza riscontrata pochissime volte.

A prescindere dal fatto che vi piaccia o no la cucina persiana: ricette creative e di livello, perfetto bilanciamento dei sapori e presentazione dei piatti, ambiente rilassato e servizio impeccabile. Tempi lunghi, ma non è un appunto, fa parte del piacere della serata e del godersi le cose con calma. Andateci!

Dopo aver visto in tv , chef Hooman, ho voluto provare la sua cucina, ieri sono riuscita ad arrivare da Cardamomo , per il mio compleanno. Ottima atmosfera, bella accoglienza e il cibo e un esplosione di profumi. Abbiamo preso il Terno fresco con i fagottini croccanti, con un ripieno molto gustoso , ci siamo innamorati del insalata di cavolo viola , il tortino con patate molto buono. "Eredita ritrovata" lo stinco di agnello, cotto alla perfezione, e stato gradito da mio marito.Io ho preso il "Eternamente nobile' e mi e piaciuto la crosticina dorata del tortino, la carne al interno che era ben cucinata, a ogni boccone si sentiva un aroma diverso, dal cedro, al ribes molto piacevole. Il Shirin polo che a preso mio figlio e stato di suo gradimento. Peccato che siamo molto lontani, ma cercheremo di passare ancora, per assaggiare anche altre bontà.

The food is simply EXCELLENT, a real sensory experience. The dishes are well presented, the service is attentive and kind. Nice furnishing and atmosphere. The service is not fast, but for me this is a quality, both because it shows the care in the preparation, and because it allows you to indulge in the pleasure you are enjoying. Someone might find it a bit expensive, but I when I go to a restaurant I look for something special, and I don't mind to pay for it (let alone that certain ingredients, which are normally used in Persian cuisine, are objectively expensive). All of the food was good, but the Eternamente Nobile was the single best dish I've ever eaten - full of bold flavours that are beautifully balanced to not be overpowering. Beyond the food, the restaurant is beautifully decorated and our hostess was lovely.

I was in several Iranian restaurants in Europe, and this one was the most impressive one I've ever seen! The details of the food were incredible. It felt like fancy restaurants back home, presenting the culture and food was not imposed, it was implicitly in this place and its cuisine! Truly a magical experience! The food was a creative and modern take on Persian cuisine with so many surprising and delicious flavors. The service was incredibly friendly and hospitable. This is the best restaurant in Lecco. Even though it wasn’t italian, I am so so so happy we came here. I was tired of eating carbs and Cardamomo offered an explosion of flavors and beautiful interior. The chef was amazing! The service was top notch. We were looking for a place to eat in Lecco, I usually search google and then based on the ratings and reviews, I would try the place! The first restaurant which popped up was “Cardamomo Persian Palace”! You need to reserve before you go for sure but we were so lucky that they accepted us! When you enter, you can see so many pantings and photos , persian carpets all around the place, we sat at the table and the lady brought us the welcome appetizer; red wine , cheese with bread, they have also their own wines (5 types of wines; red and white) which you can easily pair with your food! In Menu, You have different choices (chicken, beef, kebab , and other typical persian food in very high quality which serves with their own typical breads which bake in the restaurant! One of the most interesting things about this place, the owner (Hooman) who is the chef too ( he won the Chef Italia prize a few years ago) explained all the details about the traditional designs based on the historical periods in Persia which you can get familiar with the Persian History, different empires till the time if Shah of Iran (44 years ago) which is beautifully designed on the second floor (Privé) ! He also mentioned that on Tuesdays, they show Persian films on a very big screen and then the people who attend the events, they can order all the foods in those films in the restaurant! The quality of the food is great as same as the deserts and wines! At the end, they served us Persian Coffee which tasted so particular ( with the mixed of some herbals )! The price of the foods are reasonable respect to the quality! I highly recommended this place if you pass Como Lecco or any other close provinces!

Cardamomo is truly an amazing experience. The restaurant is a dreamy place with a decoration that is beyond beautiful and thought very meticulously. The personal is so kind and joyful. When it comes to the food, it is very difficult to describe it in a comment. My boyfriend and I are used to eat Persian plates and we both were amazed by the quality and the research in the plates. The menu sublimes the Persian food at its finest. From the starters to the dessert everything was so beautiful, tasteful and very well balanced. We have never seen such quality in any restaurant. Thank you to the chief Hooman and his wife for this beautiful experience that made our stay in Italy much more unique. And please go try this restaurant if you visit Lecco.

Well,I can say it was more than my expectations, if you want to try not only Iranian(Persian)food in a social way which you can't find in any other Iranian Resturant , but also have a amazing experience in a Iranian culture with so many eye catching details of Iran in a original way it was , you must go to this Resturant .i don't know how to describe my experience there , also me Huoman and his wife who are the manager of this place and tried their best among these year to keep rate up this restaurant were so nice and kind and care , they understood its my birthday so they put birthday music for me and candle which made my birthday memorable for ever , In a Italian context, we found gloumourese Iranian Resturant in high level , all the respies are made by Mr Houman which are conceptual based on traditional Iranian food and culture . If you just go one time it will stick in your minds forever 🎁 I would like to mention Mr Houmen was the winner of some cooking competition , so if I were you I would try and tell your experience to the others . 🌻🙏🏻🤍

Ristorante nel cuore di Lecco nel quale avere un’esperienza autentica in un luogo curato, pulito e colorato. Il servizio è impeccabile, con un’eleganza ed educazione che si fa notare. Il menù non solo descrive il piatto e i suoi ingredienti ma ne racconta la storia, i sapori sono assolutamente apprezzabili dal palato di tutti e abbiamo apprezzato anche il vino persiano in caraffa. I profumi delle spezie e gli abbinamenti di carni, verdure, riso ci hanno accompagnato in un pranzo domenicale che ci ha lasciato un bel ricordo. Un filo caro rispetto alle aspettative ma assolutamente da provare per un’esperienza che ti porta altrove

First time that I tried Persian food and it was a great experience, even thanks to the pleasant service and the kindness of the staff, chef included. Each course was memorable. The restaurant is small, the location offers the right atmosphere and style but honestly the entrance corridor is below the standard of the rest of the place, very narrow and a bit messy. For my standard it's a bit expensive, on the other hand the quality is really excellent. It's worth trying

Abbiamo messo una stella perché il locale era ghiacciato,tempi d'attesa di 2 ore,cibo freddo che ci è rimasto tutto sullo stomaco con aggiunta di dolore. Mi dispiace che era il compleanno di mio marito e ci siamo rovinati il pranzo! Prezzo troppo alto x 1 antipasto e 2 primi con 1bottiglia d'acqua (80 euro scontato thefork del 20%) Non lo consigliamo assolutamente! Ci dispiace ma siamo rimasti molto delusi.

Don’t let the food presentation fool you! This was my first time eating at this restaurant and I’m definitely not coming back. The atmosphere and service were decent, but the food was far from fresh. I’m pretty sure the appetizer was at least a day old, the bread was stale, and the chicken kabob was undercooked. still pink inside! If you're visiting Lecco, there are better places to eat that are also way more affordable."
