Came by late night from the Bay with my dog. My dog always goes crazy with excitement going through a drive thru as he always things its for him. Spoiled him from our Saturdays at Stabucks. Nigel was great and understanding when he wasnt able to hear my order over the barking. Thanks for the little extra love for Mr. Bowie! Dinner was great and my dog was even happier with his late night treat! We will be back!! Keep being amazing!! People like you keep us coming back!
STUFF THE FRENCH FRIES IN YOUR BURGER IT'S AMAZING AND ORDER REGULAR SIZE AND KEEP YOUR CALORIES DOWN SO YOU CAN HAVE IT MORE OFTEN TRY IT IT'S DELICIOUS.

Was worried about going here because I got good poisoned about 20 years ago but I gave them another chance and it worked out fine
It's Jack in the Box so I'm a bit biased because I'm not a big fast food eater these days but over the years I've never had bad experiences here. The staff never got upset when we would storm the place in high school with 1 person buying something and 15 more asking for water cups. Actually just recently I stopped in to use the bathrooms with no incident. They are being remodeled right now too so it will be fresh!
Wow. They remodel the place from the outside. Drive thru section is different. Will come back again.
Went in to order a meal in the kiosk and had to wait nearly 20 minutes until I asked an employee to check the status of my order and the employee glanced at my receipt and tried to give me the wrong order which I nicely reminded them that it was not what I ordered and had to wait another 5 minutes for my correct order. I will give this place another try since it is not the employee fault that the kiosk order did not show up on the employees end but nearly 25 minutes for a meal from a fast-food joint is pushing sit down wait times and the drive through line was not super long outside either.

food was not placed neatly, my ham was to the side, my bacon was burnt & all over the box, & my bread wasnt even on right. We asked for fries and we were given a hash brown.
Sandwiches look like they were thrown together from across the room. I ask for Curly Fries and get what was clearly a catch-all for every crumb and half-burnt fry ever to fall through the cracks. There are other, better managed Jack in the Boxes than this one. Never coming back here.
Gave us the wrong order and I found hair in my food
I got a junior jumbo Jack the bun was hard the meat tasted funny I will definitely not be supporting this location anymore because every time I get a burger the bun is hard
Went here for.lunch today. Ordered the jumbo jack with cheese combo. Its was disgusting. It tasted like it was made days ago. I even had to pull up to the front of the restaurant to wait for.my order to be ready. The people that work here are the worst. They don't care about their jobs. No pride
Went this morning for some breakfast and I ordered and extreme sausage sandwich combo and two tacos. It said my order was $11.81, gave the clerk $20.81... I see that she dropped some of my change and said I only gave her .76 cents. Gave me a face of " forget it" then proceed to go get my food. Came back with my sandwich and hash brown. But I noticed my two tacos were missing. Told her about my tacos, that she remembers. I proceed to leave once I got my tacos... once I get on the freeway, I was so flustered by her attitude, I realized she never gave me my change. So I called the store to let them know, and the manager wasn't very helpful. Said they have me my change, but I know I dont have it. If they have Surveillance cameras, im positive you can see no change was given to me and then the manager just hangs up on me. I don't normally do bad reviews, but this one really upset me. I don't think I'll be going to that Jack anymore. I didn't have a problem with them before, but I can't go back to a place with such attitude and rudeness.
I came and got food ok oct 3rd at 2:50 and the associate said that if he wanted he’ll spit and mess up my food! There is cameras and you guys can see the recording! So either he apologizes to me personally or I will sue this place!!! I need to speak to the manager I already contacted my lawyer! And it’s all recorded
My partner placed a pick up order & the lobby was closed. Why did the workers tell us to go into the drive thru on foot then reject us? Waste of money.
I go they a few times. I thought I give it a try again. I don't like workers touch my food with their hand. They should gloves. This what happen when they get good money there lose the care about the customer. They want to get paid more money then they should give good customer care on food handling 😒
Two restrooms and one won't be open to customers because they want to say it's employees. What's the difference. We as customers paying to eat here. Is there restroom cleaner. Do they not want to clean restrooms? Why would u make someone having to use the restroom wait
it’s 10:50PM and I just order a munchie meal with the jacks spicy chicken and the chicken itself was thin with no meat. Tried bitting more down hoping for more meat but was disappointed. Basically eating batter also onion rings hard aswell like always . Please do better
I’ve gone here a few mornings when I have time and a tall white lady with glasses is always so dismissive and rude every time I order. Tells me my order and I have to tell her I’m not done. I won’t be coming anymore cuz I know how you’re supposed to treat customers. I work in food also and this is not how I wanna start my Mornings. I thought maybe it was an off day. No she acts like that EVERTIME. I’m over it. Sucks cuz it’s closest to my house and on my way. Also my egg smelled and tasted like mold or it went bad. I threw it away. It was disgusting.
Got all the way home to find this. Looks like it was in the fryer for a few days. Can’t believe an employee put this in the box to pass off as “looks good” was hung up on when we called about it.
The salad from Jack In The Box Southwestern sucks the chicken grilled it's like biting a piece of leather the salad was halfway empty this is the worst place I've ever ate they used to be really good their salads but now they really really suck and there are the pictures right there Jack in the Box management and CEOs put attention
