I had a great experience at this Whataburger. I live in San Antonio just not this area. I never been to this Whataburger and I really enjoyed the food the staff manager Sheila and Joelle went above and beyond for making the experience enjoyable. The food was hot and fresh and the restaurant was the cleanest I have seen ever. The sweet tea was made fresh while we were there and tasted great. Thank you 😊 for taking care of the food customers and the restaurant looked so clean even the trash cans .. I can only imagine the kitchen is just as clean. I will definitely return😊
If you want a salad that will not leave you hungry, the Whataburger Cobb Salad is the one. I have had salads at many restaurants and fast food places. I have paid double this price for half of what Whataburger is stuffing into this container. If you want to live life on the spicy side, order it with the jalapeño ranch like I did. Bon Appetite ya’ll!
Since they remodel the whole thing is 100% better the sevice is great dine in or drive thru.
The food was fresh and tast good. They brought my tray to the table so I didn't have to drive my scooter to the counter.
Just want to put it out there- I had to wait almont55 minutes for my order… personally, I was really about to get upset… However Rose was taking care of me and she was such a sweetheart. She went above and beyond what she needed to and I would wait an hour again just to have her wait on me! She is awesome! Please share the Love! 💗
I went in for dinner with friends. The location was busy for 9 P.M. but the service didn't slow down a bit. Three meals with onion rings were out quickly. The open tables were clean and ready to use. The staff was friendly and checked on us a few times. I'm not usually in this area, but when I am, I'll stop here for a meal.
I went in this past weekend and was helped by Gavin he was very polite and courteous. Also the food was great! I will be going back again. Thank you!
Took my mother to VA appointment was told to not eat for testing. We order 2 meals it got a little backed up and my order was delayed. My mother asked about the order so she could take her medication. The manger took priority to fix the situation we received the meal shortly a refund and free pie.

This was an excellent visit! My mobile order was ready as soon as I walked in, and the food was delicious. The jalapeño cheddar biscuit was the best I’ve ever had. Even though this location is much farther from my house — and I pass one right around the corner — it's absolutely worth the extra drive.
This place is a great place. I have visited this location many times at all times of day/night and it is always a consistent experience no matter what day or time it is. The food is always fresh and hot, the employees are always clean and professional, the restaurant is always clean inside and out, and the order is always correct no matter what modifications are made to it. Even trying to I can't think of a complaint. Oh yeah, and one more thing they are even always fast! Update:The LTO banana shake is very good
This Whataburger experience was amazing! I've eaten at this chain twice since moving here a year ago. The first time (Schertz) was disgusting. The people were rude, food was dry, soda was flat! I decided never to go there again...well I happened to not eat all day yesterday. I was out and about and the hunger hit me and nothing else was around. I drove a mile in the opposite direction to look for anything quick and reasonable (besides Canes and Whataburger), but to no avail! I gave in and turned back around to visit Whataburger. The worker in the was cheerful, patient, and friendly..when I arrived at the window...still the same vibe. She smiled and laughed with me about the size of the regular sized soda. It's freakin huge! The food came out within a few minutes - piping hot! The fries were not salty, the burger was huge, and the drink was super tasty! I wish I had taken a picture of the spice bbq bacon burger. It was amazing! The staff at this location did an excellent job. If I am on this side of town again - I would make a detour just to visit this location!!
I come here very often. Their service is so good and the hamburgers are delicious. Anyone who likes hamburgers should come here to enjoy the delicious food.

I live down the street from the location on Grissom, and, I got out my way just to head to this location. They're always consistent and kind. I've especially loved it since the remodel, on our last visit I dealt with some awesome workers at the drive thru. Sadly I can't remember the nice young ladies that helped us, however, I do remember Charles from our last trip. He not only got us our food, but, made sure we had everything we needed not just what we ordered 10/10 will be going here regularly.

Whataburger – Bandera Road, Leon Valley This Whataburger has clearly been updated recently, and while I’ll always have a soft spot for the classic A-frame design, the new, more generic box-style building is clean, modern, and efficient. Nostalgia aside, the important part—the food—remains exactly what you expect. I ordered the #5, and it was hot, fresh, and made just right. My wife went with the #7, and hers was equally spot-on. The burgers were flavorful, the fries were crisp, and everything tasted like the Whataburger we’ve loved for years. Even though the look has changed, the quality hasn’t. If you’re craving a dependable, satisfying burger, this Bandera Road location still delivers.
Ordered in the app, had a small issue with the closest store being unable to accept my order for unexplained reasons, but switched locations and everything went well. Whataburger is one of a few places that everyone in the family can get what they like. It's easy to customize your order, curbside is quick and convenient, and the order is accurate, which wasnt always the case, but whatever system they are using now really works. Back in the day the slogan was "what-a-burger, whatcha waiting for?" Which I'm sure advertising execs thought was cute however they obviously hadn't experienced the long wait times, but it was accepted and worth the wait because the food was good. Today the quality and value is still there, without inaccuracy or delay. I'm not a fan of the new homogenized buildings only set apart from other businesses by color scheme and signage, but it's just the way it is these days. I do miss the old school triangle, it just felt like you were going someplace special, different, but efficiency wins over nostalgia.

The food was great, but they overfilled my friends milkshake. I had ordered an extra gravy with my chicken strips, but I only received 1, and it was like 1 third of the way full. Thankfully, we ended up getting the extra gravy and they gave us a cookie.
When we went no one said hi at all. They continue to have conversations with themselves. Once they were done then they serviced us. The time we went it was slow and the dinning area was dirty. Tables weren't clean and hadn't been swept. I've just been to other locations that looked a lot better and serviced a whole lot better as well.
My family loves Whataburger, but it seems like I always have problems with them getting my order correct at this location, especially when I do curbside. From getting the wrong meal to not getting any fries, it seems I always have to check everything before leaving. They do their best to fix things, but it gets frustrating when it happens with almost every trip to this location.
I went thru the drive thru around 3 p.m. The burger was cold, fries were cold. Waited a long time in line even though i was the only person in line for the first few minutes.. This location is notorious for over cooking too many patties, letting them sit until they sell an order, then giving you the patties that have sat on a hot plate under a fan drying out. If you ask them to make it fresh, they look at you with disgust and will do it but will kill the enjoyment of service tenfold. I ordered the sweet and spicy combo and while the fries were fresh, I WATCHED the cook take an order that was made and disassemble it just to use the patties for my order.
Go to literally any other location, the service here is abysmal. Food was decent but cold which is why it gets two stars. The service was absolutely horrible. Went there today to pick up an online order and was ignored by the staff for over 15 minutes. Even the manager walked out of the kitchen, saw me waiting and walked right back into the back. No one greeted or even acknowledged me standing there until a line of customers began to form. Then they were greeted and someone finally came to take their order. By the time she came to the front the food I'd ordered online was cold. When all I needed the entire time I was waiting was for someone to give me my bag of food.
I don’t usually go to Whataburger anymore. Do to everytime we go our order is never done right. Tonight: (Friday, February 28 at 6pm drive-thru) we decided to get some dinner and it was an experience 1st: the cashier dropped my debit card in the drive-thru 2nd: my burger was not what I ordered I went back to the restaurant for them to fix. Checked my burger in car and did not see the grilled onions went back into the restaurant. And manager was standing there and showed him that the grilled onions were not. He then put his fingers in my burger to show me that the onions were there, which I found very disgusting for a Manager to do.
I placed an order on the app for 2 meals. One of the meals was wrong. I asked for a #1 with 2 cheese slices and avocado, no onions and no tomatoes. And I got no avocado and one cheese slice. UGH!!! Ruined my whole meal! Ever since they opened this "new" restaurant the food has gone downhill. On almost every order I have placed whether it be online or through the drive-thru they have messed up one aspect of the order. I don't know what the issue is but I'm getting tired of paying the extra charges for things and not getting them and the freaking prices keep going up. Prices go up and food gets smaller and food gets messed up. Whataburger needs to do something! 😡
Since the reopening of this remodeled restaurant, the popularity has increased, but the service has been extremely slow especially evening and nights. This location needs to focus on hiring more workers along with training. The restaurant looks great and has potential but speed, quality, and friendliness needs to improve.
There's no price difference on the Monterey burger with a single patty! My mom orders the Patty Melt with a single patty at a reduced price. I figured I'd do the same for the Monterey burger. I was asked if I wanted to keep the cheese on it. I asked if the price was different without the cheese and was told no so I kept it. Little did I know there was also no difference in price from the double to the single patty on that burger. Overall, since the private equity buyout some years back, the food quality and service has gone down and the prices have gone way up. Like with Sears back in the day, people just keep going.
The food always takes too long, the inside is always too cold, and the drive-thru is always slow. My most recent visit was the straw that broke the camel's back: They told me to go on the outside lane and then they served everybody else behind me at the window while I sat there waiting for somebody to come take my money. I finally had to leave because I would be late for work.
Ordered a burger from Whataburger and somehow they forgot the one thing that actually makes it a burger — the patty. I opened the wrapper to find a sad little sandwich of lettuce, tomato, and bread, like someone dared the cook to make the most disappointing meal possible. It’s honestly impressive how you can remember every other topping except the meat. This isn’t just a mistake — it’s a culinary insult.
Our order was a two "meals" (each a burger, fries & a drink). Both burgers were significantly wrong. Specifically: - Both were ordered Without tomatoes; both arrived WITH tomatoes. - Both were ordered Without lettuce; both arrived WITH lettuce. - One was ordered Without onions; it arrived WITH onions. Both fries were cold & soggy. This was wasted money on bad food. Very dissatisfied! Very disappointed!! FYI: - I gave 5 stars for Service because the guy who brought out our curbside order was polite & friendly. - I gave 5 stars for Atmosphere only because it was curbside & the building & parking lot were clean.
Drinks taste like hose water.. especially non- carbonated. Food luke warm for a brand new building which the new drive thru traps you to stay!
Waited too long for a #2 meal. Only 3 cars in front of me. I got the unsweetened iced tea, and it was old it’s smelled horrible. Fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting on the fry bin for 24hrs. I asked if I could have the #4 made with toast instead of buns and the gentleman said it was no problem. Wrong!! Didn't get it. The drinks were, a large powerade and medium coke. I received two powerades. This was the first time I ordered from here at 3a.m. next time I'll go to McDonald's for hot food.
I placed my first online order with Whataburger and as a first-time registrant, I got a free burger! I added a bunch of toppings like avocado, cheese, grilled onions, one more patty and grilled jalapeños. I also got a large onion rings, a vanilla iced coffee, and a brownie. When I arrived to pick up my order, a lady handed it to me. At first, I thought the drink was Coke so I asked if it was my iced vanilla coffee. She wasn’t rude or anything but didn’t explain. It would’ve been nice if she confirmed it was the right drink instead of just saying my name. As for the food, the brownie was disappointing. It lacked that sweet rich chocolate flavor. The onion rings were just okay, not something I’d order again. I was too hungry to double check the burger toppings but I did notice they only gave me two spicy ketchups when I asked for three. The biggest surprise? Even with a “free” burger, my total came out to $17.23 because of all the add ons. Whataburger is definitely on the pricey side! Overall, it was a mixed experience. The customization options are great but the small details (like confirming the drink or getting the order right) could be improved.

Went through the drive thru here on Saturday 2-15-25. It wasn't busy, the person taking orders was rude and got my order wrong I ordered Cheeseburger no onions, no tomatoes, easy mustard and Large Sweet Tea. I got Hamburger (no cheese) lettuce only. Medium Sweet Tea. I don't know how what I ordered translated into what I received, seems like this time they just made stuff up and tossed it out the window.
I'm done, I should've learned the first time. I'm just getting home and they once again got the order wrong. I go to this one and each time it's something different. I'm finally in the mood to get a double Whataburger meal, and they gave me a single but didn't hesitate to charge me for a double. I asked for bacon, no bacon. And there were no cars until I ordered and went in line. How is that possible? I can understand on a busy night and it's hectic, it was slow. This is the nearest one for me and I'm willing to drive out more just to get a better experience.
Horrible experience they were missing some of my food, the burgers had no flavor, and when I asked the manager who was an older lady about one of my Fry's missing she tried calling me a liar and saying I only ordered 4 meals but yet there were 5 of us plus 1 kid and I told her go count the damn Fry's and she tried counting the kids meal as the 5th fry saying we were missing no food. I would like someone to contact me back when they can. The service sucked for it being such a new Whataburger that they just rebuilt. I ordered a number one. I pacifically told them twice to make sure they grilled the bun on the grill and please do not toast it. The bun was burnt on both sides, the burger was smashed where it looked like nothing was even inside. I had an appointment to get my drivers license done. I could not redo it when I handed the burger to the manager never apologize she never said let me refund you. Please come back and I’ll fix you a new meal. She walked away to me. That’s very unprofessional and very rude , so I ended up paying for hamburger that I did not even eat
I went to the drive thru today about 3:40 in the morning, took about 20 mins in line to get my order! I ordered a BOB ranchero style! I didn’t get what I ask for the jalapeños were thrown in my burger and it had no sauce on top of that the egg was so damm cold! To wrap it up management suck the women or guy I really can tell what it was had blond hair with a blue botton up shirt was da dam rude!!!!! Horrible food and horrible service! Ordered 30 minutes in advance so I could grab and go while on break. Ended up having to wait a full 30 minutes for my order and was late for my break. While waiting a manager walked past a large group of us waiting for our food saying "Be patient we're understaffed." While I understand their frustration they had no right to speak to us in the tone they did and demand patience from us, least of all because of poor management that led to being understaffed Food itself was alright, made correctly, but the wait time for a single burger and grilled cheese was downright abhorrent. Came here a second time and was made at a relatively ok pace, but multiple customers were served and given their drinks before I was given my cup.
I placed an online pickup order at 9:27pm. I am currently sitting in the whataburger curbside pick up, that I had a hard time finding a spot at because customers took it upon themselves to use it as an optional parking spot just because its close to the front entrance, for approximately 32 minutes. For a milkshake. Thats right, ONE medium milkshake. I always have issues with this location, whether it be something made wrong, forgotten extra sauces (that I pay for) (happens EVERY time by the way at most whataburger locations!) I hardly find time to get out of the house for anything nice since I have a clingy 5 month old. The least they can do is bring out ONE medium milkshake at the scheduled time they make you place on the app!

The first time I came in, it was an absolute mess. Workers standing around and not knowing what to do, and only one person at register. So today I decided to give it one more shot considering they just remodeled and most likely have a fresh new crew. Well it was a disaster. Chaos, customers were standing around waiting for food for a long period of time. I understand rush hour, but this was just unorganized. Workers this time were running around trying to do there best, but it was chaos. I’ve been to other Whataburgers during rush hour and they have lived up to the standards. If anyone is thinking about going to this location between the hours of 4-6. DON’T. Also the reviews about wrong orders and mess ups are true. While I was there at least five different people came to the counter about their own orders being wrong. Including a woman from the drive through. Go to other locations until management figures out how to educate their employees.
Poor service. They have two drive thru lanes but only have one employee working both. When I went inside to let them know that one of their driver thru speakers wasn’t working the manager rudely said it works, just the employee is slow. Kiosks are terrible to use. They offer a free kids meal option on tuesdays but refuse to give it to you. False advertising.
This was BY FAR the most wildly awful experience and meal. One would think that if a fast food meal took a lifetime to come out, it would be hot and made correctly. Service was awful and rushed but the food was not. Everything was cold and stale like we'd been given somebody else's meal (likely because they were sick of waiting), and there weren't any condiments or napkins. Just a truly awful experience. Go to literally any other location.
I come here often in the drive through to get lunch and every time service is very slow employees. there are very incompetent always mess up my orders asked for ketchup never get them or barely give me any. And today I ordered 2 combos and didn’t give me my fries and had to go back to work and they refused to refund me. this Whataburger is the worse one in San Antonio go anywhere else besides this place. There management and employees are all incompetent and don’t care at all stay away
on 4/5 i visited this whataburger location and placed 3 different orders. (2 curbside and 1 in store) 2/3 of the orders were completely incorrect. i called to get it rectified and Nick, the store manager, seemed bothered. It immediately upset me and then i had to call regarding my kids meal being wrong too. He nonchalantly lets me know i have to bring the receipts and they’ll remake it. Here i am today, 4/7 and i give both my receipts and not only did they re ring the order in the register wrong but they only brought out 3/4 of my orders. again i call and i was greeted with an attitude. my order was remade wrong for the second time and they kept messing up the same things. nothing was offered for the inconvenience and when i went inside to show the offer there was one nice young man who apologized but nick again gave attitude and in person. i reminded him that we were still an order short, i told him he could verify with the receipt he turns around and grabs a bag and rudely hands it in my direction. It’s also missing fries but at that point i was completely over the lack of professionalism. so all my orders were remade 3 times he didn’t offer the cups for the drinks or the chocolate milk for the inconvenience. i showed him the orders were made wrong (opened up the bags and everything on the front counter) and not an ounce of sympathy from him. that is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. not to mention the man to the left of me was getting his order remade as well and was upset. for me to have spent the time to make a trip back here regarding the mistake made by you all, which happens, okay but to be greeted by a rude manager is not okay at all. horrible representation of the establishment.
The only time I come here is to buy my dogs chicken strips to hide their pills in, but sometimes I order myself little treats and it's always disappointing. Fries are always overly salty and soggy, or they forget items, or give me the wrong sauce, it's always something. I think I'll stop subjecting my dogs to their horrible food, too.

Glad the location is finally open again. Still don’t understand why it had to be demolished and re-built. I guess owners had their reasons. Drive-thru is still super slow. I decided to park, order online and go inside since curbside was unavailable after 10pm. Went for a shake with my daughter and the workers had issues finding my online order. Once they figured out it wasn’t made yet (or given to drive thru) they made the shakes but they were having issues putting the lids on our cups. We had issues putting our straws through the lid, turns out they put gravy lids on our shakes.
This has happened 4 TIME IN A ROW NOW where I order a large drink and they put it in a medium container. I especially don't like that you tried to gas light me the last time by saying it was a large. It's like they are doing this on purpose so they can pinch a few pennies out of their customers. They are also notorious for barely giving any fries out here. Don't bother with this location.
Came here a while back, good to see it is being remodeled/demolished. Only problem is if your having same personnel good luck. The service here also needs an upgrade in training. You can have a great establishment but if the people are subpar then it will not be a good recipe for a new location. In today's world the way of thinking is different from back in the days. Social media has ruined many employees who think they are more important than to take care of the guest that's actually pays their wages. Missing the days where employees had to work and impress to get hours, now it's a shame to look at the current level of employees thinking we owe them more than what they owe the guest. Whataburger why did you have to sell. It just is not the same anymore. Now someone else gets credit for all the past years.
I’m really not the type of person to complain on food places, usually I just say “never going back there again” and move on, but this is probably the worse Whataburger in existence. First I walked in and one of the cashiers just stared at me with a dumbfounded look, I just grabbed my food and walked out. On the drive home I discovered that they completely disregarded what I ordered and did whatever the heck they wanted. The label was taped on the bag with how I wanted the order. I was already almost home so I just said whatever and started to eat it, only to discover how crappy the burger tasted. I grew up on Whataburger, and this was just shameful. Don’t go here for burgers, make the extra trip to In-n-Out or P. Terrys.
I’ve ordered at this place multiple times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they forget something. Fries, sauce, and onion rings have never made it to my order. Drinks have been given totally different from what I order. Once I ordered for curbside and was waiting for 30 minutes before I decided to go into the store and I see my food just laying in the counter. No one bothered to bring it out. Never received a sorry or anything.
This location has gotten extremely slow and the quality has gone down drastically. Online orders have been taking 30-45 minutes and some of the items are coming out cold. I was served an inedible and dangerously undercooked chicken strip on 6/15/21, contacted corporate and as of today (8/12/21) have yet to get a response. As a Whataburger fan, I am extremely disappointed in this location and disappointed that I couldn't even get an apology from corporate.
Whoever they have making the burgers need to be retaught how to make their burgers order a #5 and no bacon absolute disgrace.
I ordered my burger a certain way and it wasn't even close. It was a carry out. I usually get outstanding service.
Seeing all these negative comments and it actually makes a lot of sense. Slow workers, slow drive thru, and messed up orders. They ruined my girlfriend’s fish sandwich after I had hyped it up to her. The fish sandwich I got from another whataburger location was awesome. Then I got one from this location and it was total trash. Didn’t look at all like the picture. There was no lettuce, no tomato, no tartar sauce! Literally just fish and bread! Super dry. My girlfriend and I were throughly disappointed.
Went through the drive-thru it was a little busy got my food read the receipt on the bag "yeah that's everything right" I got a bacon Wrangler with a large fry large drink the fry box is half filled everything else looks good but whenever I order a large fry I don't want a small fry amount
I Bought whata chicken wings and whata bad deal it was worst location hard stiff breaks like powder when crushed, worst part is I went back and nick the manager said he made it right and gave me new ones when I got home they where old also 12 dollars down the drain. will be back in morning to speak with a diffrent manager maybe I get one that cares about thier job because nick was rude and lack of professionalism
Yesterday evening I stopped by for dinner and was absolutely disappointed in the quality of the burger and fries. Both hamburgers I purchased were flat as if someone smashed them down. This makes the second time in a row I’ve come to this location and received the same poor quality burger. Fries were over salted and not fresh What a waste of money and time.
Employees are horrible here they have no common sense, no work ethic, poor understanding and they can’t follow directions. The order was repeated 3 times at the speaker box and at the window and they still got it wrong, whataburger is good but honestly the staff is what keeps us away.
Food is decent. Every time I order here there is always items missing. I gave this location a chance but everytime something is missing and fries are usually cold but there is times the fries are good. Wouldn't recommend if you have a big order they will forget something.
Never have I had such rude behavior from Whataburger. I might as well went to McDonald’s. The awful and disgusting rudeness. And for nothing, because I asked for 2 separate containers of extra pickles. The worker acted as if it’s too much and completely ignored my request. Managers never greeted or welcomed me. Do better Whataburger and smile! You chose your job so give the customer service ppl deserve. What a shame
Today I ordered a large frosted berry, manager takes the order and goes back I'm assuming to make it. A staff member hands a frosted berry to another customer, I asked about my large one and she mumbled something, comes back with a small one. I said I ordered a large and she said they ran out of large cups. Manager comes up and says have you been helped? I explained what happened she tells them to make me a large but tells the girl to throw out the small one, I asked instead of throwing it out can I pay for it assuming she would not charge me full price since it would have been thrown out. Lo and behold I now have paid $4.32 for the original large and $3.99 for the regular that she planned on throwing out. Most expensive frosted berry. Lesson learned, I do doordash pick ups here that's why I was there to begin with and as before the lack of customer service is overwhelming not only from staff but management.
Kid at the drive through was in a obvious bad day. Started by handing our card to us with greasy gloved hands. Grease all over our card. Handled our drink with same greasy gloves from previous order - I let all that go. I asked for more spicy ketchup ( gave us 2 for a 3 person order) You would have thought I asked for something impossible. I made eye contact with him so, as to know I had his attention. I told him to have a good day, he ignored me and closed the window in my face. People have bad days, I get it but, if you are and you show it to customers, perhaps dont work in the service industry. Called the "manager" who didnt seem interested. "Ya, I'll talk to him." This family will no longer frequent this establishment. We are 0.3 miles away and all 3 burgers and fries were cold.
I got sick the other day after eating here and thought it was something else that got me. Then my coworker ate there recently and had the same issue. Avoid this location they are doing something wrong and cross contaminating food.
Waited about an hour which was understandable due to new years. But they forgot my onions rings and charged nearly 50 bucks i was able to get the rest of the orders but they missed my onions rings with my #12 combo. I called but no answer.
Went to order some food the girl taking my order was the rudest person ever acted like if her doing her job was an inconvenience to taking other people‘s orders spoke with the manager, Josh, which is also rude it’s no wonder Whataburger has gone downhill. The quality of employees. The quality of their managers and their staff is just unbelievable. I guess I’ll keep going to Burger boy at least my burgers will be hot and my fries will be fresh and not cold

The menu photo shows a complete platter with properly portioned eggs, bacon, hash browns, and a biscuit. What I got instead looked sloppy, under-portioned, and thrown together, and it was missing key items. It was nothing like what I ordered or what’s advertised. Honestly, it looked like someone’s leftover plate was dumped into a to-go container and handed to me. This wasn’t a small mistake—it was poor quality control and an incorrect order. I won’t be going back to this location, and I recommend people drive past it and choose a different one that actually cares about the quality and accuracy of what they’re serving.
Horrible service! Super rude manager. When I told them my order was wrong, one employee said they would replace everything for full satisfaction. But then Lupita (the manager, I think) said they’d only replace the items that were wrong or missing — not the whole order, even after it was promised. When the replacement finally came, the fries were cold and the bacon on the burger was raw. Totally unacceptable! Check your add-ons and your quality before handing out food like that. Forget Whataburger new standards
i haven’t had problems at this whataburger in awhile, they’re usually so kind to me! but today i went to refill my drink that i bought this morning and a shift lead stopped me and said im not allowed. i work two stores down and i always go to refill it once a day whenever i buy one in the morning. like sure that 12¢ of dr pepper is coming out of your pocket. i had started to come here more often to buy food because they were so nice to me but now im not. she stopped in the middle of taking an order to get onto me. it’s not that serious, get a life.
Ordered almost $70 worth of food. Everything was trash. All the meals were wrong. We got a chicken strip box and the amount of gravy given didn't even fill up a quarter of that little cup. This place is trash, dont waste your money. The fries damn near broke my teeth. So hard and stale. I dont get it. You think as busy as they were they would have fresh fries cycling in and out...nope those fries had to have been some of the worst I've ever tried. Never spending my money here again!
5 out of 5 times now (which is why im finally making a review), my fries are cold and soggy, my burger is soggy and the bread is just mush. Weird that i waited 25mins thinking i was gonna get fresh fries. But nope, just a "sorry for the wait". Burgers tastes Okay at best. I REGRET not going out of my way for P. Terry's. Won't make that mistake again. Gone are the golden days of Whata Burger. Its just a joke now.
I came in, and I placed my order. It took them almost 15 minutes, and when I received my bag, the onions were missing on my burgers. The worker who handed me my order also had very poor hygiene - as if he did not brush his teeth or wash his face - that's unhygienic for a workplace. This Whataburger location is not good at all.
Went into the establishment, and was completely misled. I was told by an employee, taking my order, that I could order fries and a drink and receive a free burger. I took the opportunity and ordered the said promotion. Once I paid I overlooked my receipt and noticed that I was actually charged for my burger. I asked the employee about it, and she acted confused. I asked to speak with the manager and she said that I shouldn’t have ordered the hamburger if I didn’t want it. I made it clear to her, for the second time at that point, that I was misled, and she still was not understanding. She did nothing to compensate me, or ask what she could do to fix my experience. I reached out to corporate and they seemed to understand, and fixed the situation for me, by compensating me. It’s sad that I had to go to those lengths because of this particular manager’s inexperience of leadership.
I can't speak for everyone, but this location hasn't been that great. They always get my order wrong and takes forever to get my food during the middle of the night. Food is still good, just the service part.
Waited about 30 minutes on side they pulled out 4 cars before us. They forgot our straws asked if they had put spicy ketchup in the bag she said yes. There was none had to walk back inside to get straws and ketchup. Alls we ordered was a sandwich and a burger and a shake. Our food was cold as well
Sad that one manager can change the whole dynamics of this location Susan is always rude and very inconsiderate it's hard to see this because it takes away from the goodness that the other managers do it doesn't they just have a manager like that and I'm sure it's not by choice of the managing partner Mr Allen he seems very particular about employees staff and managers he's just the one that sticks out from the rest she just extremely rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever if I don't understand why she's in a position that she is and the only reason I hate to do this give the start of one rating for today is just for this visit because she's the one I dealt with right now cuz I really hate to give this location a one-star rating cuz I don't think they need it you need all the help they can get with customer service skills you have good managers in this location how's everything below that's not the the type of food that I'm used to eating at this restaurant the food normally really good but those fries are brown soggy and old as hell I don't think she's capable of handling a restaurant of this magnitude anyway just thought I would let you all know please don't hold it against the tire restaurant. Is this every time I come in and she's here on duty I'll either leave and go somewhere else to eat or try not to interact with her at all ruins your day
